Cozy near the beach

This property was a nice economical place to stay, near the beach and many great attractions.The newer, large, swimming pool and hot tub are a nice addition. Also, the two barbecue grills came in handy for some of our meals. Overall, a good value and great location we enjoyed it!

We had a great stay. Everything was exactly as advertised. We had easy communication with rental agency when we blew a fuse. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Lovely

We loved our little loft. It was perfect for my husband and I. The only downfall is there was no laundry unit there and a lot of our stuff was wet from the rainy beach day the day before we left. Otherwise, can’t say a bad thing!

Incredible Stay

Great place! I cannot say enough about the location. It was located perfectly. Right next to the beach, easy access to shops yet still off the beaten path enough to not have traffic. The pool was incredible. Will be back again!

Great location, pool, & beach access

Love this location with a quick 100 yard walk to a beach access where you walk right from asphalt to sand. No boardwalk/steps. Heated pool is clutch in cooler seasons. Will stay again

Good Location

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Close to the beach and nice area. Only thing to maybe mention is the sheer curtains over the sliding doors. Maybe look into replacing them with a light blocking option or thicker option for privacy and sleeping.

Yearly Vacation

We stay at this complex every year. Per usual, our stay was great! Perfect walking distance to the beach and being able to see a slice of heaven from the condo is always a plus! The condo was well stocked. Great communication. Already looking forward to next time! Thank you for the hospitality!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute and Cozy was a perfect respite for two busy working grandparents. It was spotless, light and well maintained. The management company reached out with a courtesy call to let us know what to expect and to answer any questions. It really is 3 minutes from the beach and from our adorable balcony with it's cheerful yellow chairs I could see the Gulf of Mexico. The pool and hot tub area were beautifully landscaped and the pool, in spite of the cool weather was warm and welcoming. I hope to visit again.

Big Issue: This property needs curtains that help block out the sun in the morning. The only curtains on the 2 major sliding doors are sheer. At 5:30am each morning, the whole space is lit up. Curtains in the living space and the loft would make a huge difference.
