My housekeeping crew is the best in town and leaves the house in immaculate condition for your vacation. THIS LOVELY HOME WAS RECENTLY REMODELED. IT HAS 2 BR/ 2BA AND A LARGE RESORT GARDEN/YARD THAT IS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. Resort living with out resort fees! No stairs all one level.

Two week stay

This vacation rental offers a great location, with easy access to nearby hiking trails, restaurants and grocery stores. The pool and backyard are lovely, clean and private. However, the interior is somewhat gloomy with dark grey walls and ceiling and even darker grey trim. It is notable that there are no less than 6 cameras posted on the property. Four cameras in front in addition to two ring doorbells with audio at the front door. There is also a camera in the back yard which someone had placed a towel around prior to our stay. There is an inconsistency in the listing which states there are 3 bathrooms when in fact there are only 2.

Amazing Mesa getaway

We made a last minute decision to plan a week long getaway to somewhere warm and hit the jackpot with this amazing place! It was exactly as shown in the pictures and was immaculate! The heated pool was wonderful and so clean!! The owner responded immediately and made sure everything was perfect! The location was excellent - very easy to get to local hiking spots, restaurants and the airport. This is definitely at the top of our list of VRBO’s we have stayed in and highly recommend it. We hope to come back and stay again !

Costal Cottage in the Desert

We were visiting family in Mesa and this location was perfect. The house looked just as the photos portrayed. Communication with the owner was very good. A problem with the coffee maker was promptly solved by the host providing a new one. The heated pool was a bonus as the grandchildren loved it. We would definitely stay here again.

Charming - Comfy - Cozy

The property is inviting and enjoyable, inside and out. I’m an interior designer, as well as a clean/neat freak, and staying in this home is a pleasure. The bed is so plush and comfortable, it makes sleeping a luxurious experience.

Great Family Get-Away!

Beautiful property inside and out and very peaceful and quiet (with the occasional giggle from some boys next door enjoying their pool.) So sweet! We had a lovely time and sorry we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you so much!

Things to know before booking

1) After a long trip, we arrived at the rental, there was no hand soap to wash are hands or bottled water to drink. 2) The master BR sheets, pillows, and mattress were soaking wet the evening we checked-in. 3) Before we left on our trip to Mesa, there was a VRBO message from the owner stating, "Pool will be heated to 83-85 degrees at your arrival". Instead, the pool temperature was set for 77 degrees at our arrival, which was too cold for swimming. We had rented this house with a heated pool with the promise that it would be usable in March, a time of year when even Mesa's temperatures can be cool. The pool floating cleaning device never worked. There was just one poolside lounge chair. We were unable to use the pool durng our entire visit. Despite notifing the owner of the problem she chose not increase the pool temp. 4) The 11-pages of Rules and Policies sent to us about the time our reservation was accepted had a different address, which not only caused us to approach the wrong house, but that detailed document mentioned a hot tub in three places, as well as (poolside) umbrellas, but there were none. 5) There was no bath or laundry soaps. 6) There was no hair dryer. 7) There is no ice maker or ice trays. 8) The fireplace cannot be used. 9) There is insufficient lighting in the Master Bedroom to read a book. 10) The guest toilet plugged once with normal usage and proper TP. 11) Only one shower could be used at a time. Shower water temperature changed when the other shower was in use or when any sink water was turned on. 12) Be meanful of the additional costs and cleaning fees. They increased the cost of the rental approxiamately $100/day for a one week's stay.

Clean, comfortable

This was a great spot to get away, close to restaurants and hiking! And the host was very accommodating after our arriving travel day was met with weather delays/cancellations and alternate flights. As we continued to update her as plans/planes changed, she made sure the property was accessible upon our middle of the night late arrival. She even left the lights on! :) We were able to finally relax once there and enjoy our stay.

Nice Place to Relax

We choose this rental due to it having a pool and location. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of Phoenix or even Scottsdale, yet having lots of amenities close by. Quite location and perfect for a little R & R.

Sisters Weekend

The home was beautiful and super clean. The beds were very comfortable. We spent most of our time in the amazing pool and patio area. The home had everything you needed to fix your own meals as well. Beautiful home in great location.

Really enjoyed this home. It is immaculate and nearly a model home. Great location too. Close to Sprouts, Movie Theatre, In-n-Out burger and more. Also 10 minute drive to lower Salt River recreation area and Usery Mt. hiking area. Kayaking, fishing, biking....lots to do.

Wonderful Stay in Mesa

The house is beautiful, clean, and perfect for a stay in Mesa or the greater Phoenix Area. Our kids loved the pool and the media/theater room, and we loved the comfy king size bed and prime location close to restaurants, entertainment venues (movies, bowling, arcade, other), and grocery shopping. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you again for making our vacation a wonderful time!
