Home away from Home

We absolutely enjoyed our stay, like titled “Home away from Home” which is how our stay felt like. Comfortable, quiet neighborhood, all the amenities make our stay even more enjoyable, the kids had a great time swimming in the pool, weather was perfect.

Fantastic Stay

Highly recommend Usery Mountain Oasis! Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, trail access. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, plenty of room. Lanai and spa were great!

Great property

The patio and pool were perfect for our stay. We loved spending our time out there. Everything was clean and very well maintained. Quiet neighborhood that was close to walking trails.

A Great Vacation

We enjoyed a great vacation at “Usery Mountain Oasis”. A beautiful home in a beautiful neighbourhood, with so many nice hiking trails around. It was very unique to have our own mountain right in the backyard

Week away with family

This home is exactly what you see in the pictures. It was fully stocked with towels, dish soap, hand soap, and even some dishwasher pods. It was so clean and super close to hiking and shopping. I highly recommend this property!

Great House

Very nice backyard with places in both the sun and shade. Lovely hot tub. House is very roomy and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and Usuary Park is close by for hiking and biking.

Great Relaxing House Close to Trails

We really loved the layout of the house with 3 separate bathrooms plus the outdoor space was so great for hanging out and relaxing--different areas to read, drink coffee, and talk. Home was clean, easy to get into, and had a gorgeous backdrop backing to the foothills. Highly recommend!

Exceeded Expectations

This home was the cleanest and most comfortable home we have ever stayed in over the years. The home was immaculate and well maintained. The beds were so comfortable. My bed in the master bedroom was like sleeping on a cloud. My daughter said the same about hers. Perfect stay.

Family visiting family

My family came to visit my sister and her family. We were traveling with 4 children (3,5,6 and 9). Great place to stay. Lots of things close to do. It was cold for our stay but pool/spa looked amazing. Good trails from the house. Clean and safe. We will book again.

On target!

Close to the Rifle Range where the guys were competing. Close to so many things. So relaxing to come “home” to the beautiful kitchen, hot tub, and lovely family room. We are making plans to return!

Relaxing place to return to after enjoying outdoor activities

The house was beautiful! The layout of the home was nice as the bedrooms are spread out among the home to create some privacy for each guest. The pool and hot tub were terrific to cool off and relax in after a day of hiking and exploration. My only complaint is that there was no dish cloth in the kitchen only a sponge which I felt didn’t sanitize the countertops well. But if you are considering renting this home you won’t be disappointed!

Christmas in AZ

We had 6 adults and 2 teenagers. We had plenty of room for everyone. The house was neat, clean and tidy. Close to all AZ has to offer. Many hiking adventures right out you door. Excellent!

The house was flawless. A couple of suggestions: it would be nice to know you have to pay extra to heat the pool. Management says it takes three days. Notebook at house says 12 hours. At 85 a day that’s a huge disparity. No Kleenex. Biggest issue was we weren’t given access code to development. If we hadn’t arrived early we would have been screwed. No one with management company ever answered a phone. If you need assistance, good luck finding it. Needed to know we needed our passwords to our streaming services.

Great home, undersupplied.

Great home, but needs more supplies. Also, there is no cell service, but wifi works. Nice pool, beautiful neighborhood. The pool is sweet. Issues with supplies:, ran out of laundry pods, paper towels, and had to buy dish soap. Also, we had a group of 5 and the kitchen is in need of larger frying pans for cooking for a larger group. Great house, poorly managed.

To clarify, we provide our guests with a starter kit of supplies. This includes cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products. Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional supplies throughout the remainder of their stay. Supplies are restocked before each guest. We welcome your feedback as we continue to work with the owner for home improvement. We hope to host you for another truly carefree and great vacation!

Boulder Mountain

The location of this house was perfect. We were really close to some trails we could hike. There were amazing places to eat and shop for groceries. It was about a 20 or 30 minute drive to the city, depending on traffic. We loved that it was a gated community. We felt very safe. We liked that we didn't have to pay extra for the hottub but the charge to heat the pool was extremely steep. That was a huge let down so we didn't opt for it to be heated. Another huge drawback was the lack of seasonings in the kitchen. We had to buy a couple things of seasonings like salt and pepper to cook with. We were hoping to find a blender in the kitchen but it was also lacking that. The grill and utensils were dirty when we went to use them. Trash cans were full when we got there as well. I'm not sure if trash day landed on one of the days we were there. Overall, we loved our stay but there were some things that could have made it more enjoyable.

Amazing home but poor service from 3rd party management

The home is amazing and stocked with everything you need! We especially enjoyed the patio! I would definitely stay here again! I’ve rented several homes through VRBO and have always received outstanding support from home owners. I can appreciate why a home owner would use a third party service to manage their property but the onsite support from Vacasa was poor and the communication regarding late checkout request was horrible and deceptive. I inquired upon booking about a two hour extended checkout and they advised that communication would be sent a day or two prior to checkout. All communications from Vacasa regarding early checkin, confirmation that we got in okay, and a survey about cleanliness upon arrival were through text EXCEPT for the ability to learn that late checkout WAS available! They sent that notice via email early in the morning two days prior to checkout. I did not notice that email until the day before checkout but by then the option to select it was no longer available. I texted and called and was not able to reach anyone that could enable late checkout. They stated it was automated and they could not override it. Again, I understand that they need time to prepare for the next guests but the devious way they handled this part of the reservation was very disappointing. I also reached out with a specific question about the property and while they acknowledged my text immediately they had to reach out to the local team and it took over a day to get a reply.
