Adorable house, recently renovated. Tons of old charm, while still having a fun and fresh new look. Bright and beautiful, this house offers a great mix of funky, fun, old and new. One block from the downtown strip, this lovely little house is the perfect place to explore Door County or just to have a nice time in Sturgeon Bay. Also if you heading to Lambeau, this makes a great home base for the game. Pets allowed for additional fee.

The entire house, yard and street parking. Play structure and kids table in the side yard.

We can be reached by phone, text, or email and have help around the corner if anything is ever needed.

Great neighborhood, located a block and a half of the main strip.

Whether it's car, bike, taxi, bus, or Uber you can easily navigate the area from this house.

Exceptional hosts with great communication. The place was charming albeit a little shabby chic. The kitchen, though we did not use it much, seemed well stocked. Plenty of soft towels, basic toiletries, laundry detergent. It was in a great location in the very charming town of Sturgeon Bay. We were fortunate that there was a fall festival going on in the lovely downtown area. The downtown area was full of cool shops, restaurants, and near the water. I highly recommend getting some pineapple salt water taffy at the candy store-yum. Beautiful houses all over the place. Things that would make the house even more enjoyable-curtains on the living/dining room side of the house. The bedrooms all had curtains but the other side felt a little exposed (even though there was tree coverage). More hooks to hang towels in the bathroom-I was wondering if none had been placed on the bathroom door because maybe it was an original door that they did not want to mar but perhaps one of those hangers that hang over the door? The furniture was not super comfortable but perhaps that helped us to be less slothful and do more exploring. Finally, while technically 6 people could fit in the home, I think it would feel cramped with more than the 4 we had-mostly because of small bathroom. Overall we were very happy with this place and Sturgeon Bay. We particularly enjoyed the amazingly large display of a whimsical collectible (I do not want to spoil the suprise). Thank you!

We had a wonderfully relaxing time at the Door Belle! Ben kindly allowed us to check in early, and we moved right in. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds comfortable. We particularly enjoyed lounging on the porch and the patio.It was particularly easy to keep the key in the lock box as we went our separate ways during the week, and we were sorry to leave at the end of our stay.We’ve rented several properties during our annual visits, and the Door Belleis certainly one of the best.

Great location

So clean and friendly! Everything was smooth and well-taken care of (I especially enjoyed the complimentary honey wine and cherries). Great location one block off of cute downtown Sturgeon Bay. Would stay again!

Very Convenient

Nice location to downtown - only 2 blocks away. Nice neighborhood, clean and quiet. We liked staying in Sturgeon Bay as our home base and exploring Door County each day from there. Third Avenue in town had some good restaurants and shopping. The house itself was clean, comfortable and had nice amenities for our stay. We really enjoyed it

Lovely reunion spot

Four old friends reunited in this comfy spot. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep, cook, talk, play card games and laugh. We’ll be back next summer!

Excellent stay

The home was beautiful and we appreciated the little “extras.” It was a great location that was walking distance to the town shops and farmer’s market. We are planning on booking again!

Great stay in Sturgeon Bay

This three bedroom house is perfect for a family visit to Door County. Many restaurants and shops are within a mile from the house. Home owner was quick to respond and provided great recommendations for our trip. Will stay again if we visit the area.

Quaint house

Lovely house with enough space for the 3 of us. Bedrooms are roomy and beds were comfortable. Second bedroom could use heavier curtain on the window. Great location close to town. All of Door County is a great place for the scenery, shopping, wineries and food! Definitely will be returning!

Comfortable vacation home

We had a great weekend in Door County. The home is nicely appointed. It is a 20 minute drive to Whitefish Dunes state park. This state park is dog friendly with a dog beach. 45 minute drive to Al Johnsons Swedish restaurant in Sister Bay. Easy walk to downtown Sturgeon Bay. Nice farmer's market on Saturday morning. Our son enjoyed the swingset. We used the firepit one night. Netflix on the TV. Very comfortable and pleasant stay. Our dog enjoyed it too.

Close to restaurants

We rented this house as we were looking for something close to bars downtown, enough room for the 3 of us and our little dog. It didn't disappoint. Beds we're comfy. Everything we needed for the kitchen. They even left us some gifts. Ben was quickly available with any questions. The yard would be perfect playground for kids. Lots of play equipment. I would stay there again if we ever go back.

Loved our stay

We loved our stay! The location is excellent. It’s a short walk to shops, restaurants and the bay. The house was very comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen and bathroom are very nice and clean. We would stay here again!!

Great weekend getaway!

Lovely place to stay! Great location easy to walk to the water, restaurants and shops. Short drives to state parks and great hikes. Excellent communication with owners. Very accommodating. Great place to stay with kids!!

Rented this property that is just blocks from great restaurants, cute shops, the bay, and easy access to highways. Comfy little home that allows a pet and was the perfect answer to our 6 day getaway to Door County. Easy to work with owner.

Perfect Location, Wonderful Accommodations

We came to Sturgeon Bay for our son's wedding, and the house was perfect for our family of six. The house was very warm and inviting and very spacious for all of us. The kitchen is well equiped, although we did primarily take out. There are plenty of fluffy towels, and although the bathroom is small the six of us had no problem getting ready for the wedding. The beds are very comfortable and the area is quiet, so we all had a good night's sleep. We loved walking around the neighborhood and seeing so many beautiful homes. Restaurants were also within walking distance or just a five minute drive. With the pandemic we were able to get take out for any meal and dine together at the house. I highly recommend Trattoria del Santo which is about four blocks away. The menus in the binder were much appreciated.

Cute house with a great location

We loved the hammock and porch out front and that we were able to walk to nearby shops and the bridges. It's also ~15 min from multiple wineries. Their welcome binder has some good recommendations so be sure to take a look. Highly recommend!
