Fabulous Villa with Private heated Pool, Jacuzzi and steam room.

Welcome to Casa Maurizio, an exclusive villa, Italian designed and luxurious throughout. Maximum occupancy 2 guests.

The interior is light and airy with a comfortable and modern lounge/dining area, 55" TV, DVD and Wifi included, also has air con. One set of patio doors lead straight out on to the private heated pool and the second set lead to the secluded Jacuzzi area.
The master bedroom is very spacious with a large double bed and also a day bed, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and plenty of wardrobe space. The second bedroom is also a double room with views out onto the pool. Both bedrooms have air conditioning units.

The kitchen is very modern and sleek, everything is integrated, including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and the all-important Italian coffee maker.

There is a further bathroom in the villa with shower over the bath.

As you step outside the villa from the lounge there is a shaded terrace with further dining area and comfortable seating, plenty of sunbeds and a good size pool with outside shower and also a Canarian BBQ for great chilled out evenings, and just in case this isn’t quite enough there is a fabulous Jacuzzi just to the side of the villa – prefect for a relaxing evening whilst waiting for the BBQ to heat up ! There is also a fantastic Turkish Hamman steam room, in the garden area

Use of the Jacuzzi is included in the holiday price.

Stylish, comfortable villa.

The Villa is exactly as depicted in the photographs, very nice and comfortably furnished and presented very well. The Villa is clean and situated on the outskirts of Playa Blanca in a private complex of similar looking villas, but felt exclusive and extremely private and not overlooked. The pool is cleaned twice a week by a friendly professional pool attendant and it was very clean and surprisingly warm. While close to Playa Blanca, a 15 to 20 minute walk, a taxi only cost just over €4 and there was never a problem getting a taxi. Playa Blanca has plenty of eateries and nice places to have a drink. We enjoy eating out, but also like the convenience of self catering in the villa, and this would be my only negative comments during our great two week stay. While there is a fully fitted kitchen I felt there was a lack of simple utensils that would help eg garlic crusher, lasagne dish. Plus while there was a dish washer, there lacked basic cleaning materials to keep the area in the pristine condition it was found in, and the BBQ area can't be kept clean without cleaning materials. The rooms were all very clean and the beds comfortable and the many windows and doors and high ceiling gave the villa a light airy feel. The outside area is great with table and 4 chairs, and 4 sun beds. The pool is superb and just what is needed to escape the heat. The bedrooms at night do get a bit warm and would benefit from air con for the very hottest months as the provided fans just circulate the warm air. I would definitely recommend this villa to family and friends and for any people going on holiday to Lanzarote and hope to be back soon.

Perfect accommodation for our family of 4

The apartment is spacious, clean and very well equipped. The outside area is fantastic with the heated pool (a good idea for the winter holidays) and the jacuzzi added even more luxury. The kids loved it and with two separate bedrooms inaddition to the living space we all had room to relax. We rented a car for the week and enjoyed exploring the island as well as local Playa Blanca. It’s been the best holiday we ever had.

Very Spacious!

What a lovely Villa, extremely private, very modern and everything you could possibly need. I had a couple of issues with the TV but the maintenance men came very quickly to sort it out. I will definitely be returning soon.

Fantastic stay

Amazing stay at this villa. In a quiet residential area, we didn't have any neighbours until a few days into our stay. There were 2 adults and 3 children staying in the property and yet it still felt spacious. It was immaculately clean with a very modern interior. The pool was cleaned regularly, though a point to note that on one day it was cleaned any costumes that were worn that day all turned green! The outside space was wonderful. It's around a 20 minute walk to the harbour and the many restaurants. The only suggested improvement I could make would be to equip the villa with a few more items e.g. bbq tools and smaller bowls for cereal. Would definitely consider returning here.

Comfort and privacy

The villa is extremely well-presented and well-equipped. The main bedroom is very spacious and the pool area is very private. When we were there, the complex where the villa is situated was very quiet. It's about a fifteen or twenty minute walk, depending on your speed, into Playa Blanca. We always walked in and got a taxi back - only three or four euros. There's wifi and a smart television. There was a thoughtful welcome pack waiting for us. Everything was as we had hoped for. It would be helpful however for those of us with a weak sense of direction if simple, basic directions from the villa into Playa Blanca were supplied. It took us a day or two to find our bearings. But overall a quality villa offering high levels of comfort..

wunderschönes, sauberes und modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit cooler Außenanlage! Empfehlenswert!

Als wir ankamen, wurden wir nicht enttäuscht: Es war alles so, wie auf den Fotos im Internet gezeigt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, groß und mit großen Fenstern, die das Haus mit Licht durchfluten, das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch die moderne Einrichtung in allen Räumen war unser Stil und wir haben uns sehr schnell wohlgefühlt. Leider haben wir das Bügeleisen und das Bügelbrett nicht gefunden und ein kleiner Kaffeeautomat wäre auch schön, es war leider nur ein italienischer Espressokocher vorhanden. Die Außenanlage mit Pool, Terasse und Zubehör hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen und man kann hier den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen. Durch die Grundstücksmauern war es sehr ruhig, gleichzeitig vom Wind geschützt und hatte Privatsphäre. Am Pool wäre ein Geländer angebracht, weil die Stufen zum Hineinsteigen etwas hoch sind. Ansonsten waren wir sehr begeistert und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Wir kommen gern einmal wieder!!!

Fantastic peaceful escape

Stayed here and from the moment we walked through the door we totally loved it , such a stylish villa , very spacious and stylish , the pool and hot tub were great , so private not overlooked at all , great sun trap , BBQ and patio were perfect for an evening in , and despite some reviews we found the walk into playa blanca quite straight forward , literally 10 minutes, and a taxi back later on 3-4 euros , so many lovely restaurants and bars , playa dorado beach is gorgeous , crystal clear water , can't really find any negatives ( maybe an electric kettle lol ) , but not an issue , Netflix's and YouTube on the if you want that kind of thing , thank you a1 villas , we loved it 👍

Beautiful villa in pictures that did not disappoint in reality!

We had a fabulous stay at the villa. We couldn't of asked for more. All rooms clean , lovely and spacious, pool was perfect and hot tub was a bonus!! Perfect location for us. Just a 15/20 minute walk to the centre for shops and restaurants. We did hire a car which made it easier when doing shopping and allowed us to get out and about. Go to papagayo beach it's beautiful 😍Also the catermeran over to Fuerteventura was a great day out! If you eat out definitely visit a restaurant called Restaurante Tipico Espanol the service was spot on and the food was delicious 😋 Cannot wait to visit Lanzarote again and hopefully the villa will be available for us too 😊

Superb!

Superb villa in all respects. In real life it looks bigger than the photos. Excellent communication via the booking agents. Pool, Hot Tub, BBQ, TV, Sonos, WiFi. Around 15 minutes walk to the front in Playa Blanca. If you want a taxi back it is 3.50 Euros. There is a small local supermarket about 2 minutes walk away which is handy for basic items and a local bar about 5 minutes away, otherwise you will need to walk into Playa Blanca. Situated on a small estate of similar well kept villas and although we had people either side it was very quiet.

Ruim, schoon, comfortabel, heerlijk verblijf

Deze villa heeft alles wat je je maar kunt wensen. Alle ruimte, mooi en comfortabel meubilair, een goede keuken, twee badkamers, zwembad, mooi terras en heerlijke jacuzzi. De omgeving is rustig, en op korte auto-afstand van het centrum met vele restaurants. Alle plekken op het eiland zijn vanuit hier binnen een uur per auto te bereiken. Vooral de jacuzzi is erg lekker na een wandeling of dagje strand, wij hebben er elke dag gebruik van gemaakt. In de ommuurde tuin heb je alle privacy en de ligbedden zijn prima. Kortom een heerlijk verblijf, ik kan deze villa aan iedereen aanbevelen.

Beautiful villa

I have never posted a review before, but in relation to this villa I will make an exception. I have always been slightly disappointed with previous accommodation due them being misrepresented in some way. However I could not fault this villa, it was lovely. Modern, clean and all the amenities you could wish for. I would however definitely recommend a hire car as the villa is not near to any of the amenities offered by Playa Blanca. If you like walking this is not an issue , but we had a 5 year old with us. We also had a 16 year old and both kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. This is the fifth time I have visited Playa Blanca and I love it. It is peaceful and relaxing, but has plenty to offer. All in all we had a fabulous holiday and we are planning to stay here again.

5 Star Villa

Having just arrived home from our 4 week stay over the Xmas & New Year period 2016/17 one can only say this Villa was absolutely tremendous hence our 5 Star rating.Everything you have at home is here in this luxurious villa ,plus pool and jacuzzi. Only a 20 minute walk to the shops and restaraunts in Playa Blanca. A change of towels along with a light clean was carried out weekly . Not that we are telly addicts but the only disappointment was there were NO English channels to watch All Spanish. Bob & Gloria.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Casa Maurizio

Die Villa ist für 2 Personen sehr geräumig, sehr hell und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir haben das sehr genossen. Auch die Terrasse ist sehr schön und bequem möbliert. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die nach unserem Geschmack für 5 Sterne fehlen: - Die Pool- und Whirlpoolpumpen liefen jeden Tag für ca. 12 Stunden (Zeitschaltuhr). Das Brummen hat man sehr stark gehört und uns hat das gestört. Das Wasser im Whirlpool wird die ganze Zeit auf 39° geheizt und umgewälzt - in unseren Augen ziemliche Energieverschwendung. - Die Villa machte einen gepflegten Eindruck, allerdings darf man nicht so genau in die Ecken schauen. Geputzt war nur sehr oberflächlich. - Ein Supermarkt ist um die Ecke, Restaurants sind allerdings nur per Auto zu erreichen.

AMAZING

The photographs give a great impression of the house, but they don't do it justice. It is stunning. Beautifully laid out, clean and modern. Everything you need is there. The wifi works well, jacuzzi just press one button, ' be easier. Myself and my wife could not really fault it. There are even herbs left from previous people, which make cooking easier. The villa is about 20 mins walk from Playa 4 euros by taxi, but when it is of such high standard it is difficult to leave behind. There are some great places to eat. Many on the front are much of a muchness, so try Cocina de Colacho that will be one of the best meals you will ever eat, 5 euro taxi ride towards marina area. Proper 'high end' food at reasonable prices. Lanzarote itself is lovely. Really enjoyed the Cactus garden and just driving around the landscape. Great meals at el golfo on west side. Would recommend hiring a car£100 for a week from the airport to get around. Fantastic cheap scuba diving all over the island with loads of life. All in all just an amazing holiday in an absolutely amazing villa

Brilliant Holiday

We had a superb stay at Casa Maurizio, space, tranquility and privacy, just what we needed. My wife and I found all the facilities excellent, exactly as shown on the web page. A short walk (15 minutes) into Playa Blanca, Supermarkets, Irish bars and Restaurants a plenty; we also found the local shop just a couple of minutes walk adequate for immediate needs. David and his team of cheerful domestic ladies and Dave the pool man were all very professional and helpful. The hot tub was the star of the show for us and we would not hesitate to recommend this villa to family and friends. We will return in 2017 for a longer stay. 5 Star Villa, 5 Star Service. Thank You. Fabulous accommodation

Fabulous property, very comfortable and luxurious with a pool and jacuzzi ......very welcome after a long cycle. A little further away from the town if you don't like walking the. a car would be recommended. A small shop nearby with basic supplies but otherwise no other shops, bars or restaurants nearby. Great location for us as we had planned to cycle most days and didn't mind the walk to town.

Five star home from home

This is the first villa we have stayed in where the description and photographs were spot on. The villa was spotless and all the furnishings were top quality. We ate in a few nights and it was a pleasure for my husband to cook. The only thing missing was UK channels on the TV, but as we had asked about this before we arrived we were able to bring our laptop which connected easily to the TV. I would recommend this villa to anyone wanting a quality villa with complete privacy - we did have neighbours but the villa is totally enclosed and in a quiet area.

Amazing place

Stayed in this property with my partner and has to be the nicest holiday we've been on! Couldn't fault anything about this villa, everything is spotlessly clean and the little touches around te place really made us feel at home. I would recommend anyone to stay here, the rooms and bathrooms are all very modern and spacious & the private pool and hot tub are fabulous. Garden is very clean and tidy I loved it will defiantly be returning soon! Great customer service when booking the property and a Special thank you to Liz who was a lovely friendly face and helped us with everything :) thanks again, Joss
