This beautiful villa has a fully equipped kitchen, with open plan living and dining.
We have a smart TV with uk channels, Free WIFI. Two bedrooms have fitted wardrobe and one with free standing wardrobes with chest of drawers. Main bedroom has an ensuite, there is also a separate bathroom. Outside has Astro turf so it is very comfortable for sun bathing.....
do not sit on sofa with sun tan lotion or fake tan. as charge will be incurred.

Really disappointing, the tv channels were not working and when I contacted the host they passed me to the maintenance person who then told me to contact the host and I went round in circles for 2/3 days and eventually give up. Caused a real issue with 2 kids and cost me additional money having to go out more often. Not sure if I’d book a villa again. Probably ok if things don’t go wrong.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Villa Liza. Communication from hosts was spot on prior to travelling and loved everything about the villa. We are a family of 4 (2 kids aged 13 and 14) who particularly loved the swimming pool.The villa was equipped with everything you need including a fabulous welcome pack (with beer and wine!) on arrival. Great location with 3 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and Bailey's bar just done the road. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Fantastic Villa with very private patio/pool area. The villa has 2 double rooms, 1 twin room and a small room with bunk beds. Has everything you could need in the kitchen with a comfortable living room area and dining table. The walk down to Playa Flamingo took us about 25 mins but there are plenty of taxis around if you dont want to walk

Perfect villa for family

We had a lovely holiday, villa Liza had everything needed for the perfect family stay, an ideal home from home holiday. Great location with 10-15 minute walk to local beach and playa Blanca. We would definitely love to stay again.

Good week

The property was fine. The hosts contacted us and gave all the details about accessing the property. The swimming pool was heated and we used it quite a lot. The welcome pack in the fridge was greatly appreciated. It was a week of hot weather and air conditioning would have been very welcome.

Great Spacious Villa

Amazing Stay at Villa Liza

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Playa Blanca Lanzerote. The Villa was spacious and ideal for our family of 4. The pool area was private and well equipped for a day around the pool. The villa is located within walking distance to a restaurant and a small supermarket shop. Would advise using a car to get around the island and bigger supermarkets. Taxis are also very easy if you wanted a pick up and drop off into town. Communication with host is 5*

Fantastic Villa

Spent 2 weeks in Villa Liza and absolutely loved it, was truly a home from home in the sun. Lovely quiet location and really private. Pool is excellent and even deep enough for kids to do some tricks. Would highly recommend staying here and hopefully we’ll be back.

Loved it!!

What a stunning villa & it has everything you could need. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. We had a fantastic stay. It was very private & peaceful, just what we were after. Kids loved the pool. Would have no hesitation in recommending and would love to return one day.

Fabulous Villa

Perfect location just outside Playa Blanca. The Villa was spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped, and much more than we expected. Communication with the hosts was first class. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for couples, families, or a group of friends. Sunrise on the terrace is just spectacular !

Great holiday

The villa is within a 15 minute walk of a great beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The villa is very spacious and a home from home feel to it, it is equipped with everything you need to cook family meals if you don’t want to go out, outdoor BBQ a great way of cooking for that alfresco feel, we used it all the time. The privacy of the garden and pool is a bonus too. Communication with the owners was very easy and Linda and Eddie who are in the resort are easily contactable and very helpful, all in all a great relaxing place. Will book again.

We’ve just returned form a week long stay at the villa, first impressions didn’t disappoint, beautiful villa with everything we needed, spotlessly clean and the warm pool was a bonus. Only one criticism was the noise from the road at night in the main bedroom but it didn’t cause us much concern as we just swapped to the other main bedroom, would highly recommend and definitely would like to return to the same villa

Villa had everything we needed. Its only 5 euro including tip to the town centre . Easy access and good communication with host . Great wee complex at taxi rank Jardines de sol for great food and quizzes and other entertainment. Friendly locals

Perfect stay

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Liza. It's very clean and our welcome pack was much appreciated. The bedrooms were all a good size and the living area was huge! The TV and kitchen are very modern. The pool area has the sun all dayday(perfect for us). It's so private and not overlooked at all. We choose to walk into Play Blanca sometimes, the bus was handy too €1.40 and a taxi home was less than €5. Communication with Clare was excellent along with the directions and instructions. Thanks for a wonderful holiday. ☀️😁

Fab villa

Lovely spacious villa. It was nice and clean and had everything you needed. The pool area was very private with high walls so no one could see you. The firestick is a very handy addition enabling you to watch english tv, the massive corner sofa meant we could all sprawl out on it after our return from a big meal lol.We all really enjoyed our stay there and i would definitely book it again. My only criticism was i think the large bedroom could do with a bigger bed in it rather than the standard double as hubby is 6ft 3 and took up most of it and bigger bath towels. Other than that it was a great find. And must mention the owners, really helpful and well communicated.

Lovely spacious villa

Lovely villa , great outdoor space , only 3 of us on this holiday but could easily accommodate 6 and more, kitchen is a great size , lots of equipment, living room is absolutely huge! But lovely to chill out in for a night in or after a night out. Lots of wardrobe space, plenty of storage in all bedrooms.Pool man was really friendly and came often. Linen was changed during our 2 week stay, she was lovely too. It does back on to a road, but it’s minimal noise, we loved hearing the school children getting on and off the coaches! Good location about 20 min walk to playa flamingo and another 20 min walk to the harbour , 10 min walk to baileys bar ( brilliant food and drinks) Great communication with owners all in all a fantastic stay in our favourite place in the world

Room for improvement

The property overall was roomy and bedrooms comfortable. The outside was spacious with a lovely pool. Unfortunately there was a busy and very noisy main road on the other side of the villa wall so if you are after peace and quiet this may not be for you. The bus service was excellent. For 1euro 40cents you can travel anywhere round Playa Blanca.The promenade is really lovely with views that you will love. One negative to finish with unfortunately. A change of towels and bed linen were due once a week. We were there 15 days and had no such changes. I texted the housekeeper but never got a reply. As you can imagine 15 days without clean towels or bed linen is unacceptable. Playa Blanca is a lovely resort and I would highly recommend it. The location of the villa was too noisy for us but we would certainly return to Playa Blanca.

superb villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Liza, it was very clean on arrival and well equipped,a real home from home with lots of little extras and a great welcome pack. We had an issue with the TV on arrival but this was soon resolved with help from Villa manager Linda who responded immediately to my phone call and also from villa owner Stephen. The outside area was lovely and private, pool was kept warm with use of overnight cover, sun loungers had very comfy cushions, one slight criticism of outside area was the garden needed a bit of a tidy but didn't detract from our enjoyment of what is a lovely area with great mountain views. We like walking and enjoyed the walk down to flamingo beach and restaurants and also further along the promenade to the main town, restaurants and shops but also hired a car for exploring further afield, If you don't want to walk the bus stop and taxi rank is close by. Right from initial booking enquiry communication with Liza Clare was excellent with prompt responses. Would thoroughly recommend this lovely spacious villa, we stayed for 12 days and didn't want to leave !

Most Disappointing

We booked this holiday in August 2021 to visit in October half term with my husband, 9 year old son and 2 elderly relatives ages 81 & 83, as you can imagine, with the COVID restrictions and the trauma of the last 2 years we were all looking forward to our stay. We chose this villa specifically because it was 4 bedrooms. The day before our stay the owner messaged to say that there had been a leak in the small bedroom and it was therefore unusable. Upon speaking with her we found that the damage was from August but rather than let us know in good time so that we could have looked at alternative accommodation she decided to drop the bomb shell less than 24 hours before our trip. Her attitude stunk and was very much "well nobody else has complained, there's plenty of bed's you'll have to bunk up" The villa was basic, the beds and pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. The pool was freezing and needed a good clean. On the plus side the living room was large and spacious and there was lots of room for everyone. The outside area is private and the terrace is nice. It's not too far to walk for a taxi. Would we visit again - most definatly not !!

August Stay at Villas Blancas

So the pick for the Family Holiday this year was another different place, and what a smashing villa this was, the photos are spot one and the outside area and pool were ideal for our family. Once we got our bearings on the area it really is a well placed villa, if you are not great walkers then the walk into the main centre an take about 30 mins at an amble as at times very hot, but the wind definitely helps here, if not literally walk to the bottom of the hill and wait for the excellence cheap taxi service 3-4 Euros dead cheap and run all the time. The Volcano at the front of the villa is well worth the walk aswell, but steep at times, do take a drink as when you are up there you can walk all the way around it aswell, which is ideal. Any of the communication we had with the owners and property support in Lanzarote, were excellent very attentive and always at hand as and when required. If you are foodies then the BBQ area is excellent simple trip to the Hiper Dino and load up, then even the Supermarket will order you a Taxi lol. But literally anywhere along the front were excellent restaurants, we especially liekd the New Italain Ask, fantastic fresh food and really attentive service, some though slow but when freshly cooked worth the wait. there are some excellent beaches aswell, not that 2 of our party were that keen but mixture of fine sand and large buts so not that bad atall if not your thing, walk along the excellent pathway all the way to the marina, where even more restaurants/bars are waiting for you! Lots of choice and do make the effort to the Teguise Market/Playa Blanca Markets as good days out for sure, bargains to be had and you can haggle with them aswell. Overall great holiday really well needed and enjoyed by our whole party thanks Lanzarote and the Owners.

Bad start

When we arrived the alarm was activated upon our entry, this took 10mins of being deafened before we could silence it, (villa arrival brief stated it would be switched off) things got worse.....the Villa was flithy (hadnt been cleaned since last guests had left) We called the managers (after trying for 30mins we got hold of them) who confirmed that there had been a mix up & it hadnt been cleaned, they did come very quickly to clean the Villa, which meant we had to sit outside in the garden for 2 hours whilst it was cleaned, the kids didnt mind this as the pool is lovely, nice & warm. The info folder is tatty (no care or attention has gone into this) The kitchen is lovely but the lighting is poor, & its not very well equipped. The biggest problem for us was the lack of curtains or blinds, the windows only have a transparent sun shade stuck to them, which doesnt allow for any privacy in the evening or blocked any light from the outside street lights, we had to stick black bin bags to the windows to sleep & for privacy! We did contact the owner about these issues, who said humans make mistakes & sorry the window dressings our not to our taste, this is not an issuse of taste, there simply are no blinds or curtains! One of the bedrooms doesnt have any bedside tables with lights. Reading the reviews we thought the mentioned issues had been resolved but sadly not. Regards, Arran Hendriks

Hi Arron I really sorry to hear our villa wasn't to your satisfaction, Our house keepers made a human error and rectified the issue immediately. The aim in our luxury villa is to keep clients as happy as we possibly can during there stay, I'm sorry again this wasn't the case for your family. I apologised to you during your stay and so did our house keepers and can't stress enough how sad we feel you wasn't totally satisfied. We are amazed the equipment in the kitchen wasn't to your satisfaction as previous guests always tell us how fantastic it is. On behalf of my husband Stephen our housekeepers Tina and Tony and myself Liza Clare Apologies. PS Just to let all travellers know that Stephen and myself have been out to the property added additional lighting to the kitchen, put curtains up in three bedroom as well as blinds, added bedside cabinets to rooms where necessary. Hopefully this with give future travellers piece of mind. Our aim is to keep people as happy as possible during their stay.

We have visited the island many times and fell in love with the area around Playa Blanca which is in our opinion the best location on the island. A very short distance away you have bars, restaurants, beaches, aqua park, everything to make your holiday complete.
Local taxi services are at reasonable cost, but would recommend a car to travel further to see the beautiful sights of Lanzarote.

Playa Flamingo, Playa Dorada, Papagayo.
Timamanfaya is a must see with the volcano still live. (Also the Cooked Chicken)
The water park Aqualava is a fantastic day out< don't forget your sun tan Lotion....

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our villa is to a very high standard, rooms are very spacious, two room have fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage. Open plan living area with fully fitted kitchen, everything the ladies need home from home.
Outside artificial lawns, alfresco dining and beautiful private heated pool, during cooler months
There is a travel cot and high chair but i ask guests to take their own cot bedding.
There is a hair dryer and straighteners.
