Elegantly furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely flat is within walking distance to Le Marais and various attractions in Paris!

Relax in the bright living room which features a sofa, plenty of armchairs and a workspace equipped with a desk and chair as well as a row of bookshelves lined with our amazing book collection! There are also two large windows that bring in light and illuminate the space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cutleries you’ll need to whip up an easy breakfast including a stove, an oven, and a toaster. There’s also a small dining area where you can eat your meals with loved ones!

The bedroom offers a comfy double bed, a wardrobe with storage space and complimentary hotel-quality linens that are at your disposal.

The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up such as a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The 4th arrondissement is full of culture, architecture, and history. The district is also connected with the Beaubourg, Ile St-Louis and the fashionable Marais, known for its hip boutiques, galleries, and eclectic bars. Once the city's Jewish quarter, a number of kosher restaurants remain. The district also houses some of the city's most important and beloved historical sites, including Notre Dame Cathedral (dominates tiny tree-lined Île de la Cité) and the elegant Place des Vosges which is a small haven of tranquility. Tourists head to Centre Pompidou, a modern art museum with an eye-catching facade.

For shopping enthusiasts, go through Rue des Francs-Bourgeois (between Paris III and IV) where you'll find various boutiques and clothing stores. There are many trendy restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance especially in the Marais, on the Saint-Louis Island, and in the vicinity of the Center Pompidou.

My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train!

The nearest train station is Hôtel de Ville (Lines 1, 11) - just 2 mins away on foot. There's also Châtelet Station (Lines 1, 4, 7, 11, 14) just 7 mins away. From these stations, you can go to various places in or on the outskirts of Paris!

Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is 37 mins drive from the flat.

this is a self check-in property, you will have to go to a store located 4 minutes away by foot from the apartment to pick the key up. More information on how this works out will be provided before your stay.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
