"Wow, What a view" is the first thing you will say when you step onto our large balcony. Our tastefully decorated condo is located in Windemere and overlooks one of the widest beaches on the Grand Strand. It is minutes away from many restaurants, shopping malls, and golf courses. You will enjoy the oceanfront Master Bedroom which opens onto the balcony. It has a King Size Bed with a connecting 2-room bath with a Jacuzzi Tub. The second bedroom has a Queen Size Bed and connects to the Hall Bath. The hall bath is shared by the third bedroom which has twin beds. Both baths are very roomy. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything the chef of the family could possibly want. Other amenities include a pantry, beach chairs and umbrellas, 3 HDTVs with 3 DVDs, and Wireless Internet. We also have a large deck by the pool with lounge chairs, charcoal grill and picnic table. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT; HOWEVER, SMOKING IS ALLOWED ON THE BALCONY.

Additional Rental Information: Our condo rents from Sunday to Sunday. We have a 3:00 PM check-in time and a 10:00 AM check-out time.

Pets:

Pets are allowed with additional deposit of $200 per pet.

Additional Entertainment & Shopping:

We are minutes from Barefoot Landing, Myrtle Beach Mall, Bass Pro Shop, Tanger Outlet, Restaurant Row, Dixie Stampede, Carolina Opry, House of Blues, Dock Holidays Marina, and Alligator Adventure. In addition, Myrtle Beach is only 15-20 minutes away and has a lot to offer.

Enjoy a 5-minute walk to Main Street, restaurants, and even a family-friendly dog park with a HUGE recreation area for kids, including a baseball field, tennis courts, and jungle gym. Convenient to everything needed for relaxation at the beach!

Mandatory Evacuation:

If a mandatory evacuation should occur during your stay, we will refund a portion of the rental based on the number of days the evacuation is in effect.

About Windemere:

Windemere is a beautiful, well kept, building containing 36 units. It is located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. One of the reasons that we bought this condo was the fact that it was in a small building with more privacy, and there was no problem finding an available lounge chair in the pool area. We love having the oceanfront master bedroom with access to the balcony. Also, the Ocean Drive section has one of the widest beaches in the area.
