Oceanfront North Myrtle Beach Condominium on Shore Drive!

This first floor, two bedroom, two bath unit is beautifully decorated and completely furnished. The fully-equipped kitchen contains a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender.

The private balcony, accessible from both the main living area and the master bedroom, directly faces the pool and ocean. Enjoy the beautiful ocean views and convenient access to the pool and ocean. Lounge chairs are provided at the pool for your use.

The location on Shore Drive provides easy quick access to many restaurants, shops and attractions, as well as a grocery store just minutes away. A fishing pier is within close walking distance. The Grand Strand area is only a ten minute drive.

A cleaning service will ensure that the condominium is clean upon your arrival, and will clean the unit at the end of your rental week. A complimentary pass is provided for on site parking.

I have owned and managed this rental unit for over twenty-five years. It is well cared for and meticulously maintained. I look forward to the opportunity to share my second home with you, your family, and guests. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Quaint condo in great location

This is a great condo with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Located on Shore Drive, this spot is close to some of Myrtle Beach's iconic attractions, such as Apache Pier and Ocean Annie's. Within a short drive away from many great restaurants, Barefoot Landing, the outlet center, Pirates Voyage, and several golf courses. A great investment for a family vacation, golf trip, or weekend getaway.

Perfect Beach Location!

Nice oceanfront location, just a few yards to the beach access points. There was plenty of private grass space for our dog. Condo was well supplied with soaps and paper products. We made some nice memories there!

Myrtle beach 1st floor

Beach front, first floor, 2 bathrooms. Convenient to all local attractions. Parking on site. Pets welcome. All things added up to a good vacation condo for the price.

Great location

Steve is a good, communicative host. Couple ommissions from the listing that may make a difference to some, 1) washer/dryer are coin-operated and in a public space, not in the unit; 2) linens are not provided. Pet-friendly works for us and made up for those things. Will go back for sure.

Great condo at Myrtle!

The pictures do not do this place justice! Very nice condo right by the pool that’s steps from the ocean. Steve was so great to work with. I was a bit worried being so close to the pool with kids but it was actually a bonus- it was never noisy or too busy and we didn’t have to drag our beach stuff too far to get the perfect spot. The condo does have many chairs and beach toys. Remember your quarters because the washer and dryer down the hall run off quarters. Right next to all the attractions like pirates voyage and broadway at the beach. Savanah’s playground is about a 30 minute drive but well worth it if you come with kids. Thanks for a great experience, Steve!

Great, cozy oceanfront condo!

This condo is a little treasure by the shore! It may not be the most modern, but I think it has charm. The bed in the master bedroom is a dream to sleep on, and the showers are nice and updated. The fridge and dishwasher seemed new, too, and we had no issues on our stay. Very comfortable and convenient location, and we love that it allows us to bring our pet. For us, that is the perfect vacation. The owner was in touch with us the whole time to make sure we were taken care of, too. Will rent again!! Great amenities, quiet location, pet and family friendly. Thrilled with our week at the beach!

Long overdue vacations

Very pleased with the location to the beach and water. Located perfectly for walking to most things to do. For a long overdue vacation for us, it was perfect for us.

Place was as advertised. Location is perfect. Will be back for sure.

Having a condo on beachfront, and can accommodate my dog, this is perfect spot. Just steps from the beach. Place is clean and comfortable; plenty of parking space. I was there when the beach is quite deserted, which is really nice! Most of all, Steve was great, prompt response and excellent communication since beginning.

great location....condo horrible

very bad...roaches...furniture was filthy....smell from no cleaning for some time horrible....stove was so dirty, it couldn't be used....rust in refrigerator....the cabinets in kitchen...were beyond filthy....no decor at all....really nothing positive to say...except the location.....nothing to wash dishes with...we went store to get dish towels....dish clothes....put sheets on furniture to be able to sit....if it weren't for plans made in advance...I would have left....we did leave early...left day early...my brother and his wife couldn't wait to pack and leave....had to bring our own linens.....didn't except a dish towel and dish cloth wouldn't be furnished....it was a lot cleaner when we left than we we came....my brother cleaned microwave so he could heat up leftovers....wasn't about to cook anything with what was provided.....will not ever be renting A107 again......glad this trip is behind me

Very good location, enjoyed being so close to the ocean. Condo was clean and comfortable .

me and my wife and our little poodle had a great time. Looking forward to next years vacation already. Manager was excellent and quick response to any questions I had. Condo was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed oceanfront views. I don't have anything negative to say about our experience.

A Place at the Beach V

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a 1st floor, on the beach right next to Public Access. Very convenient. Pool was great. Home a little dated but that didn’t bother me. Has small store and a bar and grill across the street. We’ll rent again.

Older condo in a great location

Overall we enjoyed staying here and will consider staying here in future years. It's right on the beach just behind a sand dune, lots of stores and restaurants within a short driving distance. Although I don't drink, there is a liquor store and bar across the street that would have been convenient. The owner was responsive and let us bring our medium-sized dog which was a large selling point. Lots of condos nearby have weight limits on dogs that our K9 child exceeds. The appliances and kitchenware are older but that didn't detract from the stay. A few things that could have been better. The condo looked like it was cleaned before we arrived but we noticed a few grease spots in the fridge and some dust bunnies on the wall of the bedroom. In regards to maintenance, the shower in the bedroom could use some caulking and the door adjusted. The freezer doesn't seem to get very cold and we weren't able to freeze all of our kid's ice-pops. The window blinds seem brittle and could be replaced. In general, these things were a minor inconvenience that was forgotten by the second day. We were happy to have found this place and would recommend it to anyone that doesn't mind staying somewhere that looks older.

As advertised

The property is older, as the pictures and description reflects, but it is clean and comfortable. Steve (owner) is fantastic to deal with. I chose this property because he allows pets and it is right on the beach. Aside from the fireworks every night on the beach (Myrtle Beach thing, I guess) we had a great stay.

Great stay

Great place to stay, super quick walk to pool and beach. Location is great, close to barefoot landing for shops and dining. We have been staying in this area for years and this place was our favorite. Can’t wait to get back!

Good value and great location

The condo was very clean with all needed amenities. We could view the ocean and sunrise from our bedroom. The pool was just steps away. Most importantly our beloved pet could stay with us that made our stay here truly memorable. Steve the owner was very easy to reach and made sure our stay was comfortable.
