Located in the secure, guard-gated Emerald Island Resort, this spacious home combines a lively atmosphere with a peaceful retreat. Relax in the private south-facing pool and spa, enjoy the Harry Potter-themed game room with air hockey, pool table, arcade game, and a Wii console, or unwind with a 65" Smart TV and a variety of entertainment options.

Accommodating up to 16 guests, the home features two primary suites with king beds, one additional king and two queen rooms, and Disney-themed twin rooms. Each bedroom has its own TV and ceiling fans for comfort. The fully equipped kitchen allows for home-cooked meals, or you can explore nearby restaurants. There’s also free WiFi and a dedicated work area for any business needs.

Emerald Island Resort is a 24-hour, secured, gated community located just a short drive from Disney and other major theme parks, restaurants, and shopping. The resort features a clubhouse with a heated outdoor pool and spa, an exercise room, Sundry Shop, and a Tiki Bar offering snacks and drinks. Guests can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, including nature walking trails, sand volleyball, basketball, tennis, pickleball, and mini-golf. There are also children’s play areas throughout the community, including one within walking distance of the home. This quiet, family-friendly resort is the perfect place to relax after a busy day of adventures, offering something for everyone whether you're young or just young at heart.

Inside Scoop
There is a Walmart close to the house and always busy but has everything you will need for your stay. The Super Target is a short drive away and a little quieter and less hectic. Publix, Aldi's and Walgreens are conveniently located to Mickey's Mansion. Door Dash, Uber Eats and Grub Hub are available for delivery from many different area restaurants. Amazon delivers right to the house if not coming via USPS.

Enhanced cleaning procedures are in place for guests protection. Contactless check-in. We work with each of our guests on an individual basis to be sure you have a safe and relaxing vacation no matter how you choose to spend it. We are a private home which is yours alone for you and your family to enjoy.

Note: Optional Pool & outdoor spa heating fee $35/day. Spa heat alone is $25 per day. A solar cover is available in the winter/spring months to help the pool maintain its heat overnight when the nights can get chilly. BBQ grill is $50 which includes gas and cleaning.

Resort charges $20 + tax per car, per stay for access cards and easy entry after check-in.

We accept up to 2 well-behaved, non-shedding dogs. Please contact the owners to discuss why your pup would be a great fit for your stay. Due to allergies, confirm with owners before bringing your pet. All dogs must be housebroken, and non-destructive. Pet fees: $100 for the first dog, $50 for the second. You must clean up after your dog, and they must remain on a leash outside. Damage caused by pets is the guest’s responsibility. Dogs should be confined to one area when left alone. Pet sitting/walking available for an extra charge. Not other pet is accepted.

Please note: early check-in or late check-out is not available when there are back to back bookings. An 8-bedroom home takes time to thoroughly clean and launder. We are proud that our cleaning team does not take short-cuts and pays close attention to detail.

Rental agreement needs to be reviewed, signed and returned to owners including the names of all guests staying on the property. The maximum amount of people is 16 including children and babies and is strictly enforced. No parties or events allowed. No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the house including the garage/game room.
