Nestled in the heart of the West End, this beautifully positioned retreat is the perfect place to begin your city adventures, with grand Georgian streets, hidden cafés, inspiring galleries and Edinburgh’s most famous landmarks waiting just beyond your door.

Spend your mornings discovering the city’s cultural treasures, afternoons wandering through independent shops and evenings enjoying some of Edinburgh’s finest restaurants before returning to your stylish urban sanctuary. Designed for travellers who want to feel connected to the city while enjoying the comfort of a beautiful home, The Skyline offers the perfect setting for unforgettable Edinburgh moments.

The Edinburgh Address Ltd manages bookings on behalf of the Property Owner. The property owner provides the accommodation.

One member of the booking party must be over 30 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking.
We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.
This property is protected by Truvi (previously known as SuperHog), the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space.
Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself and process a £350 deposit or £24.5 damage waiver. The damage deposit pre-authorisation will incur a £7 fee. This Truvi verification must be completed two weeks prior to check-in.

Tucked away in Edinburgh’s iconic West End, The Skyline places you perfectly between the city’s historic charm and its contemporary elegance. Step outside and you’ll find Princes Street, George Street and some of Edinburgh’s most treasured landmarks just moments away, alongside independent cafés, beautiful boutiques, galleries and restaurants waiting to be discovered. A refined city escape for those who want to experience Edinburgh at its most vibrant, while having a stylish sanctuary to return to.


Getting there

City centre from the airport...

By bus:
The Airlink 100 express and N22 night buses reach Waverley Bridge in about 25 minutes, depending on traffic. The Lothian Buses No 35 also runs into city centre but calls at local destinations en route, and continues to Leith.
By car:
The airport is about eight miles (12km) west of the city centre and the journey (via the A8 Glasgow Road) takes about 25 minutes in light traffic.
By tram:
Trams offer a frequent and reliable service linking the airport and the city centre. Interchange with rail services is available at Edinburgh Park and Haymarket stations. Other stops include Murrayfield Stadium and Princes Street.

You can also get a taxi from the airport to your accommodation too. This can be pre booked by yourself or you can get one once you have arrived.

The apartment is about a 15 minute walk from Haymarket Train Station and about a 20 minute walk from Waverly Train Station.


Accessibility

This property is not suitable for those with mobility issues due to the number of stairs up to the property on the third floor of the building.
