● The property is on the third floor, and no lift is available.
● There are three flights of stairs to the property.

Sainsbury's and Scotmid are nearby, with a Waitrose supermarket just a ten-minute walk from Comley Bank. Inverleith Park, Edinburgh Botanical Gardens and the Water of Leith are nearby for relaxation and exercise.
