Beautiful spacious fully air-conditioned 5 bed villa with private pool

Casa Bah is a beautiful modern villa, with a very stylish dƩcor and has every ingredient for a fantastic family holiday. It is just 7 - 10 minutes drive to Carvoeiro and Ferragudo. The villa is on three floors. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms and a shower room, with patio door access to a balcony and roof terrace with excellent views. The ground floor has 2 large en-suite colour-coded bedrooms, the spacious lounge and dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, and guests WC. In the games room there's an extra kitchen, nearby the pool. Stairs from the hallway lead down to a further 5th bedroom served by a separate shower room. This bedroom has direct access through patio doors onto the pool terrace. One of the huge attractions of this villa is the large games room with an entertainment area and extra dining and seating facilities - also including pool table and table tennis top. The pool terrace has tables and chairs for al fresco dining, a BBQ and sun loungers. The 10 x 5 m pool has safe Roman step entrance at the shallow end, 30cm in depth, rising gradually.

Great entertainment house

Great location, quiet neighborhood, 5-10 minutes from a beach, restaurants near by. Host is very accommodating. You will need a car for grocery shopping (5 minutes drive) and visit the Algarve.

This was our second visit to the villa as a family of eight. The location is excellent for local restaurants and the beaches in the area.The games room provided many evenings of entertainment and the pool is wonderful.The accommodation is spacious and tastefully decorated and furnished. Many thanks to Brian and the cleaners Carla and Carla for another fabulous holiday. We will hopefully be returning next year.

The Christmas Family Holiday

The villa is outstanding very clean,modern and spacious. The swimming pool and pool table are the centre of the entertainment during the day and evening. We have rebooked for 2025.

Wonderful stay in a gorgeous villa

We had a lovely week in the villa with our 3 adult daughters, their partners and their 3 children ranging from 6 months to 5. The whole booking process was so easy and Brian and Debbie were so helpful from the outset. The villa was beautifully clean, very well equipped and met all of our needs. The pool table and table tennis were an added bonus. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area which is only a short car ride into the seaside town of Carvoeiro where we enjoyed some great evening meals. It was a truly enjoyable stay!

Family Holiday

An amazing villa that caters for everyoneā€™s needs. We were a party of 9 with 3 children under the age of 12, the villa was so spacious and well laid out that we never felt in each otherā€™s space, plenty of private space while getting ready and an excellent family area and so much seating. The pool was perfect and lovely and warm and the communication with the villa owner was excellent. He was more than helpful and contacted us to make sure everything was ok during our stay and gave us recommendations for eating out and transport. All in all a fabulous holiday and sad to leave but we will be back!!!!!!

Lovely villa

We had a great time at the villa. It was clean and spacious. There was enough room to spend time together or apart as desired! The pool and outside area is great. We went in the last week of august when it was still 25Ā°+ every day and didnā€™t have the pool heated and it was fine. All bedrooms and main living room had air con which was perfect for the heat of the middle of the day. There are lovely beaches and a few waterparks nearby as well as some nice Portuguese towns to visit. We would recommend hiring a car.

Perfect Holidays in a Great House

Its difficult to make comments when everything was exceptional! Before going to the house the communication with Brian was very easy. He answered quickly to our questions and if there was something missing in the house he made all efforts to meet our "wishes". The house was very cleaned and ready for our arrival. The house was just perfect four needs. I would like point out a great area, separate from the sleeping rooms, where we could relax and play games with our kids and friends. The top of the house was the heated swimming pool. A perfect water temperature that allowed us to stay for several hours in the swimming pool even when the weather conditions were not very good. I highly recommend this house and I'm planning to return next year again! Pedro

wonderful stay at Casa Bah

The villa is exceptional both in size and what it offers to large groups. Each bedroom is large and the standard of cleanliness throughout is of a very high standard thanks to Carla who visits regularly to keep things that way. There is plenty of inside and outside space if you need to be alone but we spent most of our time in the basement and sitting by the pool. The basement is a great space and we had lots of fun playing pool and mixing cocktails at the bar. With a TV and comfortable seating and eating area what more could you ask. We declined pool heating so the pool was chilly but very refreshing so I would recommend you ask for it from September anyway. We all thought the efficiency of the showers was great and never had a problem with hot water. We hired a taxi for 8 people to take us down into Carvoeiro which cost around 8 euro each way. You can also rely on UBER if you have the app. We hired a car which was great for getting out to do big food and drink shops and for taking the recycling which we did a lot of. All in all a wonderful stay we will definitely be back.

15,000+ km family reunion

Looking for somewhere to accommodate our party of 10 for a big family reunion (UK & Australia) we stumbled upon this gem & so glad we did. From our initial contact with Brian he was onboard with our plan and did everything he could to make our stay special. He was an amazing host & all our questions were answered almost immediately. Our party ranged from an 82 year old to a 12 year old & the villa suited our varying needs perfectly. Located on a quiet village road within walking distance of a small supermarket, 2 restaurants (special mention of Luisas) & cafe or a 5 min drive has you in Lagoa where you'll find Aldi, Pinge Doce or InterMarche for large shops. The villa itself is large, clean, spacious rooms, well equipped, modern, comfy beds & hot powerful showers even when 4 were in use at the same time. The 2 kitchens (both with large fridge freezers) was great & we easily prepared meals in for 10 people. The pool area enjoys sunshine most of the day with loungers (pool towels provided was a lovely touch), table/chairs & large umbrellas for shade. Lots of fun afternoons spent here. The games room was a fabulous addition keeping the younger ones entertained during the hot afternoons & plenty of competitive family pool/table tennis tournaments in the evening!! Special mention to Carla who looks after you during your stay & was full of information & help if needed. All in all we had so much fun we didn't want to leave. Would we return ... YES we would Would we recommend YES

Family vacation

Very pleasant stay. The house corresponds exactly to what is advertised on the site. Positive points: pool with temperate water; comfort of the rooms; good living/gaming area. Less positive points: refrigerator doesnā€™t seem to work properly; too many stairs considering that the kitchen is on the upper floor in relation to the preferred dining area, by the pool. In general, a very positive experience.

Excellent Holiday at Lovely Villa

We stayed at Casa Bah in August as three families but we never felt on top of one another as the villa is very spacious. It was also spotlessly clean. Carla who does an excellent job looking after the property changes the towels and cleans regularly. Pool towels are provided which saves space in the suitcases. Check-in process was simple. Parking accessed through electric gates was sufficient for several cars. It has recently been made a level area unlike the properties next door where it was too steep to park safely. The bathrooms all looked very recent and the showers were brilliant. We made great use of the pool table and table tennis as we did with the outdoor pool which was warm without heating and had an electric cover. The giant TV in the basement had every conceivable channel as did the one in the lounge. Very well equipped, there was never anything we couldn't find. There are two restaurants, two cafes and a small supermarket within easy walking distance and four supermarkets about ten to fifteen minutes by car as is Slide and Splash waterpark. All in all a superb holiday.

We eventually made it as Covid restrictions prevented us on two previous occassions and it was well worth the wait. We had a wonderful time at Brian's villa, with the large pool and games room being used extensively throughout our stay. The villa is very spacious and extremely well equipped. The villa is clean and well maintained. There were three generations of our family and the villa suited our needs completely. Would highly recommend.

Loved the villa and the area!

The villa itself has everything you might need and more! pool, tvs, pool table, aircon, bbq etc. Swimming pool and beautiful surrounding area was great with plenty of seating. The interior appeared to have been recently updated with modern kitchen, bathrooms living room and many balconies ( lovely views).The villa is located in a nice neighbourhood and very near local shops and gorgeous beaches. Itā€™s also near the A22 motorway so getting to the rest of the Algarve was easy. The host was also available for any queries. Canā€™t fault and would highly recommend it

Family Holiday at Casa Bah

We were a group of 9 from 2 families, 4 Adults and 5 teenagers. The space was great and the games room an added bonus (sold it to us in looking for a villa to stay) everyone enjoyed the pool space too. Very quiet area but with small local shop and restaurant nearby. We had hired cars which let us tour around the area. We did a mixture of days out and staying around the villa and Carvoeiro which was a meandering 45 minute walk away. Taxi was about 6-7 euros back from town to villa. Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, thank you.

Utterly Fantastic

Two families booked, and two families utterly delighted with where we chose, 5 bedrooms, and more bathrooms than I ever saw, games room, A/C throught out the villa, great outside pool area, fantastic large pool ( although shallow to deep, is quite rapid ) numerous sun beds, nothing to fault the accommodation at all, Highly recommend this villa to all !!

A beautiful property kept spotlessly clean by Carla.

We were a party of 8 & two generations. This lovely property gave us exactly what we were looking for. The younger generation were able to have their own space in the games room, whilst the older members of the party could sit upstairs in the lounge/ dining room if they wanted to. We all used the downstairs space a lot though as it went straight out to the pool area, & on evenings when it was too cool to eat outside we could all eat together inside but still look over the pool. Overall we had a wonderful holiday & this beautiful villa made it very special.

Great house, great location great holiday.

The house is perfect. It has a pool table and table tennis, sky tv, a PlayStation, Wi-Fi indoors so the kids have things to do that dont require constant supervision (not all of our kids can be in the pool alone yet). The pool is heated which is great for lazy evenings outside and big enoigh for all 9 of us at once during the day. Carla comes to clean during the stay and makes sure everything is ok for you. She knows whats good to do and will help in any way she can. Locally there are bars and a few shops but a little further out there are beaches, waterparks, restaurant's, golf courses and and the zoomarine is great. We (there are 2 families) planned on going to a different country every year bit this may have changed our minds. Couldnt reccommend this place enough.
