Only a few minutes walk from the village of Saint Anne and its beaches, less than 10 minutes by car from the Salines beach - known as one of the most beautiful in the Antilles - the Ti'Kéol residence awaits you in its setting of vegetation !

In our endemic plants gardens, you can admire hummingbirds and perhaps come across a manicou on the go! Unless you're lounging by the pool ...

Housing
Welcome to your cocoon!
a large studio with double bed, equipped kitchen and bathroom, all renovated in late 2019. Upstairs, a mezzanine accommodates two single beds, ideal for children. If you would rather put two adults in it, note that the mezzanine is open to the studio (security barriers but no partitions).
Since Martinique is above all lived outdoors, your bay window opens onto a private terrace facing the residence's gardens. With its table and chairs, the terrace will be the perfect place to take your meals and breakfast while watching hummingbirds!

The apartment has air conditioning. It has wifi and a TV with TNT channels. You will also find everything you may need during your stay (kitchen utensils, coffee maker, microwave, toaster ...).

The storage space provided will allow you to settle in comfortably and to really feel at home.

A travel cot is available for the little ones (with a thick mattress). If you have the rest of the equipment, baby is obviously welcome with us!

End of stay cleaning is included in the booking price. It is carried out without chemical detergents, only based on ecological products.

To note :
With an open mezzanine, the apartment is more designed for a family (parents + children). However, 4 adults can stay there if the conditions suit you. We also have several apartments located side by side in the residence and can therefore accommodate groups by providing an apartment for each couple or family. Do not hesitate to contact us !
