THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 26 m² studio, divisible by a mobile partition, is located on the 2nd floor (with an elevator) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- A living room with a sleeping area featuring a convertible sofa and a dining area with a single bed and a trundle, as well as a TV.
- A kitchen area with a combined oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic hobs, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and raclette set.
- A bathroom with a washing machine.
- A separate toilet.

The balcony with a view of the surrounding fir trees faces south. The ski locker is in the residence.

Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with an additional fee of €40).

The residence :
The residence is connected with Les Pentes and La Traverse, ideally located in the resort center. Ski lockers. Underground carparks close to the residence, that you can book with our agency.

The area :
This is the central area of Les Coches, with all shops and services like the ski school ESF and the nursery. Many events are organized on the Carreau square. Residences are ski-in. Underground car park, can be booked through our agecy.
