Overview:
Gorgeous newly renovated lake home that is the perfect location for your next getaway. This waterfront property and private dock has year-round views of the open lake and is away from all the crowds that are notorious on the southside of the lake. Come enjoy the beautiful sunset over the water from the multiple options inside the house, the private dock that’s a short easy walk, or in the in the spacious backyard that has lots of room to run and play, complete with firepit. The hardest decision every day will be, “Where to watch the sunset.” There are so many options that we cannot list them all here!
This spacious three story home is perfect for a family vacation or a quite getaway. This home is located less than 10 minutes from I-985 and is close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas, and shopping. Instacart and Uber Eats also deliver.
There are 3 bedrooms each with king size beds and each room has a view of the water. There is also a bunk room that can sleep an additional 6 comfortability. There are 3 full bathrooms and one half-bath, so there’s lots of space for everyone. Every bedroom has a Smart TV 43” or larger.
If you need to work during your stay, there is a full-size office and highspeed AT&T internet.
Northlake Paradise is fully licensed and inspected by Hall county.

Main Floor:
The main floor has a kitchen that any chef would approve of, Thermador double oven and 5-burner gas stovetop make preparing meals for a group easy. The dining room has plenty of seating and overlooks the water.
Do you feel like everyone always gathers in the kitchen? We do too, that’s why we included two different sitting areas that adjoin to the kitchen. Sit back and read a book while watching the sunset or entertain the kids by letting them unwind while watching the 55” Smart TV in the nook, both adjoin the kitchen.
Need a little space? Sit back and relax in the spacious living room that plenty of seating for a crowd, overlooks the water and has a 65” Smart TV.
There is also a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room on the main floor.
Main Floor Bedrooms:
There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor that have their own private walk-in closets, vanities and share a shower and toilet.
The first bedroom has a king size bed, 43” Smart TV and overlooks the water.
The second bedroom, the “bunk room” is complete with a 43” Smart TV. It has two sets of bunk beds that are long enough for adults. The first bunk bed is a Twin XL over a Queen and the second bunk bed is a Twin XL over Twin XL with a Twin XL trundle.

Third Floor:
The third floor is a picture-perfect escape.
Wake up every morning overlooking the water from the oversized master suite from your king size bed. The master suite has a 65” Smart TV, walk-in shower with double shower heads, jetted tub, and walk-in closet.
The office is perfect for work or school as it has full size built-in oak desk with plenty of room. Need to focus? The office has a door to keep the distractions away.

Basement:
The basement is a perfect “man cave” that has a bar, complete with full size side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, sink, and 60” TV. Enjoy everything the mancave has to offer from the oversized sectional couch.
The basement also offers a bedroom with a King bed and full bathroom for those guests that want a little peace and quiet.

Outdoors:
For outdoor living, there is a full deck off the main floor, complete with seating for 6 and 2 lounge chairs. If you want to escape the sun, there is a fully covered under porch with ceiling fans, hammock, and lounge seating. If you enjoy smores, the full size firepit will keep you coming back for more! There is also a 4-burner gas grill.
The dock has ample seating for your group with 2 swings, and several lounge chairs. If you bring or rent a boat, there is plenty of room to tie-off on the side of the dock while still having room to swim in the lake. There is a public boat ramp within walking distance.
There are 2 youth kayaks and 2 adult kayaks and lots of floats.
