Upon entering the property, you will be greeted with tall palms and a front courtyard with lush tropical flowers. Once inside this beach house, you will be in heaven with the brand new kitchen, appliances, home away from home amenities, all brand new furniture and furnishings including new TVs! All outdoor furniture is brand new as well.

Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting on the quiet and private front patio. Or head outside to the dock and watch the birds (there is a Bald Eagle that soars over the house at least once a day), dolphins, sting rays, and fish swimming through the canal. There are fishing rods in the garage and a bait caddy you can fill with live shrimp up the street at Tatum's bait shop.

After a fun filled day at the beach, come home to enjoy sunsets poolside under the lanai. Enjoy the spa which heats up every evening to help you unwind from a crazy day of sand play, shell collecting, and tons of sunshine. The private dock with Intracoastal waterway access also allows you to catch sunsets from a relaxing kayak ride. Use one or 2 of the owner provided kayaks to venture out of the canal and left towards Boca Ciega Bay where you are bound to see dolphins (sometimes they swim right up to the yellow kayak!) Use the poolside grill to cook fresh fish from your mornings catch. A Publix grocery market is conveniently 1 mile away where you can shop for your side dishes. The home's gourmet kitchen has a gas cook top and oven, wine fridge, and plenty of seasonings to help you prepare your meals at home should you opt to stay in! While there are plenty of amazing restaurants we can recommend, the house feels like such a luxurious retreat you likely will not want to leave! Pool loungers, rafts, floats are all provided as well as beach chairs, beach stroller wagon, sun umbrella, etc. Also available for families with children are pool toys, high chair, pack n play, Exersaucer, play mat gym, puzzles, books and games! Adult games are also provided as well! We are happy to share our piece of paradise with you and hope you love it as much as we do!
