We have been blessed to have a great occupancy rate, and after a rough year in 2020, we decided to provide a beach lounger set, which includes two cushioned loungers and umbrella service! This will save you $40 per day, or $200 per week!

We try to go above and beyond what others offer, and operate ethically, honestly and with integrity. Our reviews are a testament to the way we operate.

This two bedroom/two bathroom condominium is among the larger units available in the Tampa-St. Pete-Clearwater Beach area. 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport with Clearwater Beach to the north and St. Pete Beach to the south. Madeira Beach is famous for it’s sugar soft sand and year-round near perfect weather.

Las Brisas is a five-story, 40-unit condominium with private assigned parking, easy access, elevator service, a beachside heated swimming pool, Tiki Hut family area with outdoor BBQ, picnic tables, sundecks and of course, a fabulous beach. See the dolphins swim by right from your balcony. Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets... Minutes from John's Pass, one of the most popular destinations with seafood restaurants, fishing charters, parasailing, wave runner and kayak rentals and an old-fashioned boardwalk lined with interesting shops. The Gulf of Mexico is right at your feet with miles of open beaches and nearby restaurants, bars and beach shops.

Why stay “near” the beach when you can stay “on” the beach for a rate that competes with a single hotel room?

the unit was well stocked, the kitchen was excellent, throughout the unit there were things like kleenex, night lights in all rooms and hall, light switches all labeled, extra trash bags, beach toys. chairs, laundry supplies. Hosts were quick to reply and the pool was actually warm.

Very clean and nice accommodations. Convenient to have all of the household items upon check in including hand soap, cleaning supplies, basic cooking supplies and beach towels/chairs. Enjoyed the firework display put on by a large family in front of the condo.

In all my years of renting, I have never come across a condo so well stocked. The hosts thought of everything from binoculars to umbrellas (beach and rain) and everything in between. The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. It was great to have washer and dyer in the unit. The beach loungers were wonderful and appreciated perk of renting the unit. The host was quick to respond to my questions. The grounds/property itself was clean and well kept. The beach was clean and not crowded (2nd week of Sept). We will be back!

It was great to be back in Madeira Beach. The condo was well stocked with all kitchen supplies, pots/pans, and appliances. Very convenient to all the things that we wanted to do. It was sad to see all the surrounding condos still under construction from hurricane damage. Umbrella service was a very nice touch. Thank you for being a great vacation for us.

Spring Getaway

Plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets & of course the beach. We went to spring training baseball games, hired a fishing charter and still found plenty of time to relax in this beautiful unit.

Madeira Beach

Fantastic condo, great hosts, very clean & comfortable. We appreciated all the little things you included in the condo and the outdoor chair and umbrella were quite a bonus and the envy of other condo renters in the building! There is construction going on all around Madeira Beach including on the beachfront properties, but this has to be expected as they are all trying to get up and running as fast as they can. It was only during the day and during the working week so it didn’t bother us. The beach was beautiful.

Great Location

This is probably by far the best beach rental our family has ever stayed in. Location is amazing, right off the beach, walking distance to restaurants. The place was very clean with all of the necessities you need. Kitchen is very well stocked and beds were very comfortable. Absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Great property for a family beach stay. - stocked kitchen - shaded patio after a day in the sun - full size washer and dryer - beach lounger included (great home base) - walkable restaurants - no need for a rental car if you’re in for a short stay Would recommend and stay again!

Another wonderful time

Even before we arrived I received a call from the property owner's sister letting me know of a slight issue in the condo. It was really a nonissue but they compensated me regardless and were very accommodating. With that being said when we arrived the beach access from the property was closed with no indication as to how to get to the beach. I think a quick text letting us know about the construction and how to get to the beach would have been helpful. Also, upon arrival, texting the code to the stairwell along with the door code would be great. Otherwise, a perfect week in an amazing location. We will be back!

Excellent Condo and Location

Owners provided anything and everything you could need to have a stress free vacation. Beautifully decorated and maintained, directly on the beach with a pool that was always clean. Hope to return again and will be recommending to friends and family.

We provide caring hospitality that you will rarely find when renting a condo. We respond personally and quickly whenever you have a question, special request, or problem. We stock and maintain our condo ourselves, and include little essentials that mean a lot. You won’t be wasting time and money shopping for dish soap, trash bags, cleaning supplies, coffee filters or paper products. The small things we do, as well as being competitively priced, help us stand out in the crowd. Just bring your clothing, personal items, and sunscreen. Besides food, that is all you will need! We directly overlook the pool and the beach. No worries about slow elevator problems because our condo is just one flight up and near the stairway.
