Lake Therapy-close to the beach and Mickey Rats

Hi, we are renting our three bedroom and one bath house.

The home is located right across the street from the beach, Mickey Rats, Turtle Joe's, Connors Hot Dog Stand, and the Town Park. Everything is in walking distance just minutes away. The house is located on a private road right behind the Evans Town Park. All you have to do to get to the beach and fun is walk into the park and the park goes right onto the beach. There is even an underground tunnel beneath the road so you don't have to cross traffic.

Rentals are weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Check in 4 p.m. Sunday, Check out 11 a.m. Sunday.

There is a king bed in one bedroom, and a queen bed in one bedroom and another queen bed in the other bedroom, along with couches in the two living rooms. There is a sleeper couch in the front living room and back living room too. The home sleeps 8 to 10 people. Pillows, sheets, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided and washed every Sunday. The house is fully furnished and includes 2 flat screen TV's, DVD player, IPOD/IPHONE radio, refrigerator, stove, microwave, Keurig, coffee pot, slow cooker, air fryer,!washer and dryer, pots and pans, cups, bowls, plates, silverware, blender, toaster, etc.

There is a front deck that has patio furniture and the backyard has a new concrete patio with a gas grill, patio furniture and a fire pit with chairs around it to sit and enjoy the beautiful nights.
