Stunning!

Beautiful, peaceful Villa with amazing views! Just what was needed for a week’s chill out time. Property well looked after by owners Nigel and Deanne who were a great help with all their local knowledge. Definitely worth a return visit!

Fabulous villa with lovely hosts

We loved our stay at this villa. It is beautiful and has everything you need. Spectacular views. The town of Agia Efimia is great for eating out. It's a steep hill down so recommend a car or a taxi back. The hosts Deanne and Nigel are lovely and always happy to help with anything you need. Highly recommended this villa

Lovely stay and great views

Great villa with lovely views and nice pool area. A 5 minute drive to Agia Efimia which has plenty of restaurants and 3 supermarkets. Lots of little extras in the villa, including a bottle of wine, tea, coffee, sugar and orange juice. There are 3 resident cats that live in the grounds, so if you like cats, it's a bonus. Friendly owners and would go back.

Stunning Villa.

Great communication with the owners Nigel & Deanne, first Villa holiday for us after years of all inclusives. Fantastic easy to follow directions given, right from the Airport to the villa. The drive up to the villa is steep, But as you round the bend to arrive at the gate to the villa its all worth it. Stunning villa, stunning views. The Villa is well equiped, and the layout is superb. The pool area is a fantastic space, and the pool size and depth was just perfect. We honestly could not fault anything about this Villa. Fantastic Holiday and would highly recomend.

Beautiful Villa and superb views - will need a car

Beautiful property with amazing views , we were sad to leave . It had great seating areas all round house to sit in sun or cool shade . We had thought we would be able to walk to beach and restaurants but would def need a car and it’s very very steep so our little rental heaved us up! Very comfortable and well equipped and owners very friendly and visited most days to check all ok. There is a villa next door but luckily our neighbors were very quiet so didn’t feel overlooked. Area felt untouristy . The only thing I would say was that I think the air conditioning needs bit of service - when we went to a different villa the following week it was much much more efficient and cooled room immediately but it was especially hot & others might not be bothered . I would recommend this property.

Memories have been made!

It will be hard to top this holiday. Everything has been wonderful and it was very hard to leave- 10 days was not enough. The villa is so comfortable, was spotless with everything you could possibly need. The outside space, pool and terrace are superb and the views are absolutely breathtaking. The pool is spotless! The area is excellent, very short drive to the pretty harbour-fabulous choice of really good restaurants, supermarkets, butcher, bakeries, etc. really good vibe but not too crowded. We explored the island and visited some wonderful places - Antisamos beach ( Acron restaurant is fabulous) Myrtos beach, Assos, Fiskardo, Emplisi beach and Foki Beach to name a few. The villa is extremely attractive and in a very peaceful location and the views are something else! Nigel and Deanne are extremely communicative and helpful and were fabulous hosts. Kefalonia is such a beautiful island and we have loved every moment of our holiday. Thank you. etc

Stunning views

We had a lovely week’s stay. Nigel and Deanna were very helpful. The views are stunning but that means the property is high above the village and whilst it is only a 20 minute walk in, the last 10 minutes/800 metres are very steep indeed. We are keen walkers so did this every evening but many may need a car or taxi back. The villa is tasteful and had plenty of outdoor areas for sun or shade. We enjoyed the antics of Nigel and Deanna’s cats! In the afternoons we did have quite a lot of honey bees and wasps buzzing around. This part of the island is stunning and we enjoyed exploring the coast, mountains and villages. Agia Efimia is a great village for restaurants and shops for necessities. All in all a lovely stay.

AMAZING VIEWS

Absolute fantastic holiday. The Villa was fantastic, everything we had hoped for, having had to wait 2 years to go, due to covid. Nigel and Deanne couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely return and recommend to family and friends.

Villa Artemis in June

A lovely villa with astonishing views. Comfortable outside space creates an extra room. Nigel and Deanne very knowledgable and helpful when planning places to visit in Kefalonia. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Gorgeous in every way

From the stunning view and outside spaces to the modern, well-equipped and comfortable interior, this was a dream villa. Our hosts were gracious and friendly, and took time to share their experience in creating this lovely place. The location is perfect for exploring the north island as well as a day trip over to Ithaka. We would absolutely stay again.

8 nights in Kefalonia

Lovely Villa, really well equipped and finished. Great location for seeing the the island. Attractive little harbour and resort with some excellent restaurants and lots of friendly Greeks. Nigel and Dee were really helpful and great hosts.

Amazing view in a quiet location!

This is perfect! The villa is in a great location not far from the small town with lots of cafes and restaurants. It is up a steep hill which takes 14 minutes to walk up but it is easy by car. The sea is just at the bottom of the hill which is perfect for an early morning swim. The villa owners were very helpful and friendly and genuinely wanted us to have a good stay. We will be coming back!

Super villa with amazing views

This is a lovely villa on the outskirts of Agia Effimia. The village has lots of bars, restaurants and a number of small but well-stocked supermarkets. You can walk into the village quite easily but it is a reasonably steep climb back up. There are some great drives around the island from this location - Fiskardo, Argostoli and Poros/Scala all worth visiting (fabulous views on the way to all of them). Lots of beaches within easy reach, many of them pebbly rather than sandy but very attractive. Snorkelling at Antisamos beach (beyond Sami) was particularly good. Nigel & Deanne were very helpful hosts and made us feel very welcome.

Lovely Island

We had a lovely stay at this well equipped villa. The villa was very comfortable and the grounds and pool area were lovely. The welcome bits in the fridge were unexpected and very thoughtful and Nigel very kindly printed some papers we required for us without any hesitation. Nigel and Deann were very friendly and are always on hand to help, we saw them every day. The village had everything we needed from plenty of choices of bars and restaurants to supermarkets and shops. The views from the villa were spectacular and the surrounding countryside including the many turquoise secluded bays were fantastic.

Total relaxation

Thank you Nigel and Deanne for a fabulous week in your amazing Villa. The photos on the website look incredible but reality is even better. The views from the Villa are breathtaking from every different angle. You could get lost for hours watching the yachts come and go in the harbour from the gorgeous terrace. The inside of the Villa is comfortable and homely but kitted out to high spec with everything you could possibly need. We even had use of a telescope for looking at the stars and hundreds of books to peruse. Nigel and Deanne couldn’t have been better hosts. A really lovely couple who were on hand for everything we needed. The Villa is their obviously much loved home through the winter time and they clearly want guests to love it too through the summer months. They were unobtrusive and very respectful of the Villa being home for guests during their stay. I wish we had had more time to get to know them and listen to their experiences of an English couple moving to Kefalonia. Definitely my favourite Villa and town in Kefalonia and wouldn’t hesitate to return 😍

Heavenly villa

We had the most perfect stay in Villa Artemis. From its beautiful location and breathtaking views to its clean and stylish interior, catering for everything we needed and more. Nigel and Deanne are fantastic hosts and always on hand if you need any local advice. The pool and house were kept immaculate. We didn't want to leave and will, in fact, return again next year. My favourite ever holiday villa! Those views!

Fabulous!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Agia Efimia and in no small part because of the villa we had chosen! The views alone are worth the money, but everything about this place met with our expectations. Agia Efimia itself is a wonderful coastal village, and perfectly placed to explore the rest of Kefalonia, which you'll have no problem doing given the amount of information on hand at the villa. And if you can't find what you're looking for, then Nigel and Deanne are on hand and almost certainly able to help. They were the perfect hosts during our stay, and very eager to ensure we had everything we needed. In short, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Thank you, Nigel and Deanne for a fabulous holiday!
