Welcome to The Villages, Florida's Friendliest Active Adult Retirement community. This beautiful Villa is located right on the tee box for the fifth hole of Pimlico Executive Golf Course. Minutes away from great restaurants and shopping. It is also less than an hour away from The Magic Kingdom and many other theme parks. There is so much to do in The villages though and you may not even have to leave the community.

*Due to liability coverage, we don’t offer a golf cart rental anymore.

Great property! Well appointed and very clean, it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Central location and the lenai was a perfect morning retreat. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place.

This villa was perfect. Clean and well appointed. Beautiful updated kitchen. We spent most of our time on the lanai watching the golfers!

Great Place

The property is located on golf course, quite community yet close to grocery stores, good restaurants and other stores. I enjoyed my stay very much. I had some internet issues and the owned went the extra mile to assist with resolving the matter.

Great stay

Due to unusual circumstances we had to book a rental with 24 hour notice, luckily this home was available. The property manager was extremely helpful. Beautiful home and loved sitting in lanai watching golfers. Comfortable and clean with everything you need.

First time at The Villages

The villa was immaculate and very comfortable. The location was good and the owner was very responsive to our needs. Be sure to ask for a guest pass to the rec centers and just know that your pass will not entitle you to play golf.

Outstanding Rental

When we first walked in my wife absolutely loved the place. She wanted to buy it. Everything that you need is stocked outside of your food. Location is great and is recommended to all. Would definitely go back.

Cleanest house ever!

This home was immaculate! The location was in the heart of the Villages, close to everything! The home is beautifully de orated and the closet is fabulous. With a golf course and a lake view from the patio, who would not love it? I’d love to buy it! It truly was the best rental ever!

Magnificent view and villa

This villa is the nicest one we have ever rented and we definitely plan on returning. The villa is stocked with anything you might have forgotten and is in pristine condition. The view of the tee box and pond from the patio and lanai is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the community and friendly neighbors. My husband loved the golfing and I enjoyed walking, using the pools, and relaxing on the lanai reading and watching the golfers. We also went to Fenney’s bar and grill and one of the club houses for dinner and enjoyed both greatly.

Really Enjoyable

We both had a wonderful and relaxing time here. The location is really excellent, with a golf hole out the back and a pool within a ten minute walk. If you fancy a trip into one of the village town centres then Sumter Landing is an 11 minute drive away. Live music from 5pm, a cinema, and few restaurants and shops thrown in. One thing that isn't mentioned on the description is that you need a temporary membership to use the pool, to book/play golf, and for a lot of everything else that the Villages have to offer, so if that's what you're coming for then make sure you get that sorted with Rich when you book it up. I hope to return in 2024!

Fabulous and Friendly

The property was very clean and up to date. The lanai was my favorite place for relaxation while watching golfers both morning and evening. The furnishings are of wonderful quality throughout. We found it to be a very safe and secure property with year round neighbors and all amenities. Close to shopping and restaurants as well. I will definitely book here again. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Everything and more!

If you are visiting The Villages in Fl, this villa has everything you could possibility want. It's just perfect!!! The decor is tastefully done, the beds are comfortable and it's so relaxing to sit in the screened in area and enjoy the quiet, the view and there are times when a golf cart would pass by. The kitchen is fully stocked and comfortable to work in. When visiting The Villages for the first time, it takes a little getting use to driving. I've never seen so many round-abouts. The villa is in a gated community and our GPS always seemed to take us the long way around but....once you get your bearings, the grocery store is easy to get to. We didn't spend too much time in the villa. We were only in The Villages for three nights. I wish we had more time. I would love to visit again sometime in the future. The weather was great and there was so much to do in the area. We just didn't have enough time to enjoy it all.
