Comfy & Quiet

It is a cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. We pretty much used the house for sleeping and doing laundry but it was the perfect place to come back to to relax!

Very nice accommodations

This villa is very nice and we enjoyed our stay. It is centrally located in The Villages. Annie, the Property Manager, was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely consider staying here again. The only improvements we would suggest to the owner would be to provide their guests with an iron; an ironing board; plus a broom.

There was a mixup with cleaning the crew, so we were 2 hours late getting in. The owner sent us a gift card for the inconvenience. The villa was very clean. It was in a great location. We enjoyed the lanai. There was limited cable service and we could not get the shower in the guest room to work. The host and rental company were quick to help with any issues.

We’re glad you enjoyed the great location, the clean villa, and the lanai, and we appreciate your kind words about the responsiveness of the host and team. We apologize for the inconveniences you experienced and have followed up with the homeowner, who wanted to share the following: -The delay at check-in was due to a scheduling mix-up with the cleaning team. The homeowner worked to have the home ready as quickly as possible and also made efforts to make things right for the inconvenience. -The home offers basic cable through Xfinity, along with smart TVs for streaming, and we’ll work to clarify these details in the listing so expectations are clear. -The guest bathroom shower is functioning properly, and clearer instructions will be provided. We also encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can quickly assist with any questions or concerns. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us refine the guest experience moving forward.

Good Stay

The house was clean. There were just a couple of issues. The extra blanket on the closet was not clean but I just washed it and it was fine. The toilet brush placed by the toilet was dirty and should have been replaced. There were some crumbs on the bed but the sheets were clean. Other than those things, the house was fine.

Perfect Relaxing Getaway

House is beautiful and well kept, provides all necessary amenities for cooking and just feeling at home especially when traveling with the family. Very quiet which is the best part - needed the peaceful surrounding. Would definitely recommend it for anyone who’s trying to get away.

Pontos positivos: Limpeza, comodidades e condições e instalações da propriedade
Every year my son and I come down for my mother's birthday. This year we decided to rent a villa instead of staying in a hotel. Glad we did! This villa is beautiful! Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. We were able to park our car in the garage. Great in Florida. Keeps the car cooler! The kitchen has a k-cup coffee maker and there were k-cups supplied. We were very comfortable staying in this villa. Unfortunately, we won't be able to stay here next year. The owner changed it to a minimum of a 4 night stay and we only need it for 2. Too bad. They just lost a repeat customer.

Cozy villa!

The villa was very cozy. We were able to park our car in the garage which I prefer. Keeps it cooler. When we arrived we were very hot and sticky form the Florida humidity. So, we decided to take showers. The shower in the first bathroom was so difficult to figure out how to change it from tub to shower. You need to pull and hold down the ring under the tub spout for the shower to work. Ridiculous. Other than that, the villa was a great place to stay. Highly recommend it!
