This spacious 4 Bedroom and 3 Bath unit can accommodate your family of 10 with 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 Queen in bedroom 2, 1 Queen in bedroom 3, 2 Twins in bedroom 4 and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room.

This nicely decorated 2nd floor condo offers a large oceanfront balcony off of both the living room and master bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 Flat screen cable TV's (47" flat screen in living room and 32" in bedrooms), 3 DVD's, a washer/dryer and a jacuzzi tub and separate shower in master bathroom.

Beach Club II amenities include a oceanfront outdoor pool, a street side pool which is heated in April and October, a large sundeck, nice grill facilities, outside showers, elevators, plenty of overflow parking across the street and free Wi-Fi. This property is located in the Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach which is close to Alligator Adventure, Barefoot Landing and Tanger Outlets.

Large condo with plenty of space for 5 adults. Property is well-kept; pool deck cleaned and arranged every night; landscaping kept very nicely. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony; short walk to the beach. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Management responds quickly to maintenance requests (ours were very minor).

The property is next to the beach and a short drive from the fishing pier, jet ski rentals, and nice restaurants.The view was fantastic.The kitchen and bathrooms are dated, however, clean. It had only a minimal amount of cooking utensils, so if you plan to cook, plan to pack from home or buy locally. It had pots and pans, but the utensils weren’t the greatest. If you plan to make smoothies or Tex-Mex, bring your own blender. The blender wouldn’t purée anything. Each room had a flatscreen and the Wi-Fi worked great. The handle and latch for the sliding glass door to the small deck was broken and didn’t lock. Would I stay again, absolutely. A

There was only 1 roll of toilet paper in 2 of the bathrooms. The master had none. Luckily we brought our own. Owner, a new can opener is needed badly! The one there is rusted. The bathroom towel racks need replaced as they fell off whenever a towel was taken off. Also, there was a toilet plunger on the deck in a Walmart bag?? The place is beautifully decorated and we had plenty of room. We would definately rent this unit again. Just giving some ideas for updates. Thank you!

Amazing View & Spacious layout

This property is exactly what is stated. Spacious with enough beds to accommodate our stay. The balcony view to the ocean was amazing! We had a great stay. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Great Location but needs updating

Great location and property. The unit itself is outdated and lacks a deeper cleanliness than ones we have stayed in previously. It suited our needs and had a good layout but needs some attention on the interior.

One of bathroom faucets appears new but not secured to sink/vanity top, very loose. Numerous electrical/cable wall outlet wall plates missing. Unit satisfactorily furnished with basic furnishings.

Resting on the beach with side of family time.

Anyone looking for a great location to beach and spacious rental to spend family time should be absolutely fine with this rental. Five-minute walk to beach, 5-minute drive to grocery and numerous great places to eat.

Beach goers

A+ for spaciousness. A+ for balcony view of ocean, and pool. A+ for proximity to grocery, shopping, and restaurants. A+ for kitchen and laundry appliances. Upon our arrival the towel bar in the master bathroom was lying on the back of the jacuzzi tub. Everything was clean except the carpets which I reported upon departure. You may want to report anything like this to the rental company when you arrive. They charged me a $49 damage fee. Now, about the kitchen: the top bar in the fridge was missing, making it useless to store food there. There is a ton of cabinet space for storage and, everything is white including the counter tops. Coffee maker is a Mr. Coffee brand drip. If you plan to cook meals in this kitchen you may want to bring or buy the following: your chef’s knives, scissors, pots, pans, skillets, and a good can opener. The only things I found useful cooking was a drawer full of utensils, and a pizza pan I used to bake biscuits on. I didn’t plan to cook a lot on this trip but, a decent knife to slice a tomato would have been nice. The bedroom with the queen bed and private bath- there’s a trash bag covering the window facing the entrance. Thought my kids were going to have to draw straws for the other room. It’s hard to find an affordable oceanfront property suitable for our family of ten to stay together under one roof. Thank you for sharing your beach house with us. We did enjoy it.

It's right on the beach, the walk to the beach from the building is short and sweet and we appreciate that the facility provided a a good walking path out to the beach. The pool area was also nice. Overall, we were pleased w/ the facility. We were not as pleased w/ the individual condo we ended up with. I will say, the living room furniture is very nice and in great condition. The rest of the condo needs to be updated. Cabinets are starting to fall apart, the amenities are all very old, the beds are not very comfortable, almost all of the blinds were broken in one way or another, the patio furniture was cheap compared to other patio furniture we saw at other units. We also found it odd that there was no dish scrubber left, only one extra trash bag, and no hand soap anywhere. We had to shop for some of the basics that in my experience are typically provided.We would likely consider this facility again in the future, but not this particular unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself is outdated and in need of some major work. Not sure how anyone would be okay with renting a home out in the condition that one is in. The management company had to have an HVAC company come out to clean the vents/ducts that were visibly moldy. It was a huge inconvenience and could have been avoided with proper cleaning. Several of us have had stuffy noses since the second morning and have now turned into sinus infections. We were there 4 nights. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The view is great, beach access is great, the size of the unit is great but...not worth the hazards. Oh, also...for a 10-person unit you are given 3 rolls of toilet paper, one for each bathroom so...plan ahead if you dare to rent this condo. ALSO...not the owner or management offices fault at all but, the elevators are terrifying. 4 of us almost got stuck in one.

We were given the wrong keys to our unit so we couldn’t get in, but the office quickly sent someone over with the correct ones. The condo was very clean and had a nicely equipped kitchen. This is a spacious unit with a nice balcony. The only disappointment was that the pools were not heated after stating they would be for the month of October in the unit description. They were so cold there was no way we could get in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location and the condo set up suits our family to a T. The unit we stayed in this year need some attention and the carpet needs replacing. This year for the first time the unit was disgustingly dirty and after making a complaint to a maintenance worker nothing happened after he said he would report it. We will definitely stay in the area again but will consider other locatios.
