This beautifully decorated 3 Bedroom/3 Bathroom unit will accommodate a family of 10 comfortably with 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 Queen in bedroom 2, 2 Doubles in bedroom 3 and 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room.

Newly updated, this 8th floor unit offers an amazing view from the oceanfront balcony off of both the living room and master bedroom. You have a fully equipped kitchen, large living and dining room, 4 TV's, 4 DVD's, a jacuzzi tub and separate stand up shower in the master bath and a washer/dryer. It's all you can need more to make your family vacation complete.

Located in the Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach makes it convenient to any of your favorite Restaurants or Attractions! The onsite amenities include a outdoor oceanfront pool (heated in April), children's pool, lazy river, hot tub, out door showers, grill facilities, exercise room, glass elevators, covered parking with enclosed access bridge, and surveillance cameras. This is a Smoke Free Property (including balconies).

Listing said "Recently updated oceanfront unit" which was untrue. The unit needs to be updated. Kitchen was well stocked but main TV had distracting vertical lines in it. One bedroom had no closet available and no place to put personal effects/suitcase.

We have stayed in this unit before. The cleaning staff needs to do a better job. The floors were not clean. There was a dead bug by the curtains in the front room. The shower curtain definitely needs changed in the front double bedroom.We were also disappointed that the property shut off the water to the outside two days so you could not clean off the sand from from the beach. They also tied up the pool chairs on Friday so they could not be used,

The grounds leading to the beach access were top notch. The only item I would change is the use of physical keys to enter. I would prefer a pin pad for easy entry.

This property was excellent for our family of 7, very clean and convenient location to restaurants, beach and activities.Only downside was tiny parking garage making getting in and out of parking spaces difficult.

It’s a rental. I’m sure it’s constant use it gets worn. It was fine for a couple adults and teens. Especially since we spent most of our time outside. The pull out couch was the only negative it is thin and springy so if you can’t deal with that I would suggest bringing another option. We brought an air mattress instead. The view was perfect. Kitchen appliances and everything you need to cook was there. They had green eggs down on main pool area for cooking. Bring or add to your Instacart order all natural wood lump charcoal for cooking no lighter fluid. There’s chair and umbrella rentals out on beach as they don’t provide them. Get up early and rent for the amount of days in advance you are there. It’s easier and they put your name on and set up and ready to go each day. Would def rent here again.

Good condo, housekeeping service lacking

Nice condo, great location. Only issue was it wasn’t cleaned very well. We swept and vacuumed throughout on arrival. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

Two week stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was as expected. However, we experience a 24 hour issue with water not being available due to a building water valve explosion. The floor was dirty, main bathroom toilet has a leak from the tank into the bowl. Light bulbs needed changed. Master Bedroom curtains need fixed. This was barebones rental. No hair dryers or clothes hangers in the unit. Minable washcloths and towels.

Relaxing stay in North Myrtle

Very beautiful condo. My children enjoyed the puzzles and games. The balcony view was gorgeous during the sunrises. Only issues we found were the refrigerator was missing a shelf and the balcony door lock didn’t work. There was a bar to keep it locked. Other than that it was a great trip and a great place to stay.

Girls Vacation

This Windy Hill condo was very nicely decorated and had a nice layout for three ladies. The kitchen is well equipped and has both a Keurig and a Carafe style coffee pot, plenty of dishes and a nice variety of cooking pots and utensils. The view from the balcony is pretty. The parking garage is a little tight but in early May there were adequate spaces available. The bridge from the parking garage to the building provides a sheltered walkway in extremely hot or rainy weather. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Oceanfront Condo

2 points - plumbing was subpar at the unit. Varying issues but both sinks in the master barely drained. Also, the property manager was gracious to let me check in early, but in a digital world, most places allow direct access to the condo via digital keys. Had to drive 2-3 miles to pick up keys and drop them off.

Property Owner Ripped Off by Their Cleaning Staff

This is a lovely condo. The location is excellent to get anywhere you want to go, quickly. The decor is (was) higher end with a lot of custom/decorator touches. The furnishings are starting to show their age and the couch and love seat are too soft and spongy. The biggest reason I'm giving this 3 stars is how dirty the condo was. There was dog hair on the floor and popcorn under the sofa. The counters were spot cleaned, but nothing was scrubbed. At first glance the condo looked spotless, until you settled in and noticed all of the dust on the glass tops, stains on the washcloths, streaks on the mirror etc. Invest in a Better cleaning service and upgrade the sofa and love soft (though the star fish pattern was adorable).

Clean and comfortable

Spacious, clean, comfortable. We had 4 adults, 2 teens, and 2 kids and had plenty of room. Beautiful view. Building manager was very helpful and kind. Parking garage is tight but not terrible. Having to check in at a different location wasn’t the best but wouldn’t keep me from coming back.

Beautiful condo on the beach

My friends and I really enjoyed this condo. It was very spacious. The kitchen had mostly everything we needed. Beautiful views of the ocean. Beach access very convenient. Near many restaurants, shopping, etc. The only 2 complaints would be the cleanliness could be better (dusty in some places) and check-in and check-out is at a different location, which could become very inconvenient if the condo was far away. Luckily the rental office was pretty close. All in all its a great condo...we would definitely stay there again!

The Magic of North Myrtle

This was our sixth or seventh time going to North Myrtle Beach, and every time has been amazing. This particular condo was beautiful and accommodated my family and my brother’s family perfectly. It was an excellent spot on the beach and the ocean was spectacular this year. We can’t say enough good things and we will be back!
