Villa Mammamia is a modern, five-bedroom, multi-level villa perfect for family or friends looking to enjoy the fine weather, enchanting coastline and delicious cuisine.

On the ground floor, the spacious kitchen/dining room has a large oven and stove and a double sink, plus includes a dining table for eight, one of two dining options in the villa. A sofa at one end is surrounded by windows on all sides, allowing you to enjoy the view from every angle, without even stepping outside! A set of patio doors brings you to the large terrace outside, with a layered garden extending both up and down the exterior stairs.
Two of the elegant bedrooms are located on the same floor as the kitchen and lower terrace, while three more bedrooms are up a set of interior stairs, on the same floor as the spacious roof terrace. All five bedrooms are tastefully decorated in the same soothing tones as the main villa, with huge windows inviting in the sunshine. There are three full bathrooms, each with a spacious, walk-in shower, a WC, bidet, sink and two with a heated towel rail; there is also a guest WC on the ground floor.

The garden consists of a wonderful pool, outdoor dining area and vast patio, distributed across a series of terraces. Soft lighting ensures that the luxurious pool is elegant and inviting by day and night, with simply exquisite views over the town.

A set of chairs overlooking the pool provides the perfect spot for a morning coffee, while the large, partly shaded roof-terrace is ideal for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening, with several chairs around the central coffee table and the same sublime views of the bay.

A row of sun loungers gives you the opportunity to kick back and relax in the sun, while the large dining table alongside provides a luxurious spot for an alfresco meal, overlooking the scenic landscape below. A traditional BBQ and small sink complete the outdoor facilities.

Within just few minutes driving you can find yourself on the beach (very busy in August!), at a charming local restaurant terrace or exploring the historic centre of Sorrento and Positano . With private parking available directly in the villa, you can hop straight in the car and reach many areas of interest in just a few minutes.
