This 1600 sq foot updated condo is New to VRBO Rental Program! It has New Furniture which includes King Bed in the Master Bedroom, Two Queen size beds in the Guest Bedroom, and a memory foam Sofa bed are super comfy! The large master bath has a-large jetted spa tub, a 72"×40" large newly updatedshower and toilet in their own private space. The spacious guest bathroom has it's own private entry to guest bedroom. The fully equipped Kiitchen is sure to please. This condo has a Large Balcony where you can walk right out from the Living Room or the Master Bedroom. Both the living room and master bedroom have wall to wall windows looking over the ocean.. The sunsets will take your breath away! There are 4 SMART TV’s including a 65” in the living room. This unit also comes with your own set of Complimentary Beach Chairs with an umbrella. The condo has LVT floors throughout. Owner has added all new bedding, decor & furniture! We are 5 minutes away from St. Andrews Park, 5 minutes away from the popular Sea Screamer, and 10 minutes from Signal Hill Golf. Book this condo which is sure to impress!!! 😎👍

We throughly enjoyed this beautiful condo. The owners have it decorated nicely. The kitchen has many kitchen utensils and small appliances. The views are breathtaking. The owners were easy to contact and responded quickly. Will definitely stay here again.

Love this place

This is the second time we have stayed here and we still love it. The location is great and not very busy and the check-in is super fast and easy. And this time we found out how fast building maintenance responds when we had a beeping smoke alarm (battery was dead) - it was very fast. The owner is also very quick to respond to any messages. Would love to stay here again.

My family and I had the best time here! Everything was very clean and organized. The kitchen was stocked with the utensils and cookware needed to cook in the room. The view was breathtaking. We had perfect weather! The elevators were quick. I like how the property is gated so we felt very safe here. The walk to the beach was very short. The room comes with two sets of beach chairs for your stay. We definitely enjoyed these. The guy who you speak to about them was very nice and checked on us multiple times throughout the week. We had one issue with the guest bathroom toilet. From the time I texted David until it was fixed was less than an hour! We would definitely stay here again! We come to PCB every year, sometimes multiple times a year, and the Princess has truly exceeded our expectations

Perfect stay at the beach

This condo was the perfect place for me and my wife to stay. Right on the beach and not crowded. The condo itself had plenty of room and primary bedroom and bathroom where very nice. We bought groceries and cooked our meals and the kitchen was more than sufficient for the two of us. Owner was easy to reach and talk to as well as the rental office being in the same building. Would stay here again.

Great location!

We had a great time! The condo was perfect for our 5 adults and 2 kids! Lots of extra bedding/pillows, bunch of kitchen dishes, even games for the kids. The balcony was amazing…plenty of seating. The owner was prompt in responding to anything you needed. Great location!

Beautiful condo

This was a wonderful stay in Panama City! Check in was super easy, as was the communication with the owner. The elevators were quick, and the property was not over crowded. Two lounge chairs, and an umbrella were provided on the beach, which was very nice! The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything you needed. Even some beach toys, and boogie boards for the kids. I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Condo

This condo was awesome! Very clean, and well equipped. We loved having the beach chairs right outside the door. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond. Plenty of parking, and NO wait for elevators. We had one small issue with the Master shower drain, called maintenance. They came up in five minutes to fix it!!! Would stay again!!

Very nice condo!

This condo was the best appointed condo that my wife and I have stayed in since we started coming in 1985. Everything you may need to get your vacation started was available upon arrival. The condo was exceptionally clean. 4 TV's with a 65 inch HDTV in the living room, kitchen tv, and a TV in each of the 2 bedrooms. Unit was tastefully decorated and has a beautiful view of the gulf. We have stayed at multiple condos in this complex and this is our new favorite. David, our host was very prompt to answer any questions we had and was a genuinely nice person. We hope to come back and stay here on our next visit to PCB! Thank you David for allowing us to stay at your Condo!

The condo was as presented online. Very nice furnishings, comfortable beds, very large balcony overlooking the beach. Lots of beach toys for kids. Very nice having the beach chair service included. Very fast elevators. Amenities of Princess condo were all as stated. Nice pools, gas grills, etc. The owner, David, was very nice before, during and after our stay. Great communication. It was on the quieter end of PCB which we really liked. Have stayed on the west end of PCB and it's VERY crowed all of the time ans it was this time. East end more relaxing which was our goal. Will definitely stay here again if going to PCB.

Exceeded my expectations

We have never been to Panama City before, so I didn't really know much about the area. This unit was perfect and ended up being exactly what we were looking for. I was traveling with my husband and two teenaged girls (17 and 18). The location was perfect. Not right in the busy area around Pier Park, but close enough so my teenagers could drive up in the evenings. Lots of convenient stores and restaurants nearby. This condo was gorgeous. Oceanfront with great views. Very spacious and clean. We stayed in for breakfast and lunch and went out for dinner. The condo had everything you might need for cooking and eating in. The security was great so people outside of owners or guests could not wander in and out. This unit was an end unit, so it was very private with no one walking by or around our entrance. Th elevators were fast and readily available. The beach chairs and umbrellas being included was a real bonus that we enjoyed each day. That master jetted tub was big enough to swim in!! I used the gym to workout several times. We had a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I highly recommend this unit. The owner was quick to respond to my questions. The restaurants we really enjoyed most were Wicked Wheel, Diego's, and Angelo's steak pit. (We are not big seafood eaters). I did have good shrimp at Hammerhead Fred's and my daughter liked the crab legs at Dirty Dick's. We hope to return many times!!

You actually get what you see!!!

We stayed at the end of July 2020. We've been coming to PCB for 5yrs now and we really enjoyed this condo. We have gotten a few where the pics look great and then when you get there its just run down. Like broken chairs or handles falling off or paint scatches all over the place and just overall run down. NOT this place, it was clean and gorgeous from top to bottom, exactly how it looks in the photos!! Decor is beautiful and updated, beds were comfy, getting in and out was super easy! We love to cook and this place had everything we needed. It even had corn on the cob holders ha! The condo owner David was awesome. Super available and attentive and seems like a really nice guy too! The resort was great, its on the smaller end compared to many places, so not a ton of people. Parking was good for the most part, even when the main lot was full, there is parking across the street that is not a huge walk. I did feel like the maintenance on the building could be a bit better, I saw gloves and a few things on the ground, the indoor pool had some ceiling work to be done and made it look a little run down, but still a beautiful place, just needs a little maintenance. The grills worked great though, the actual distance to get down on the beach was nothing, its like get off the elevator and you're there! The pools were nice and warm even at night. Location for us was perfect, we love St Andrews and shell island and make 2 day trips there, so it was perfect to be like 5min away from the entrance. We stayed on the west end last yr and it takes like 45 min to get over to St Andrews. It's also just far enough away from the congestion of downtown, but everything is still close enough. Overall, this was a great place to have a family vacation and we will be back again!!!

Amazing!

The condo was immaculate and cozy! You will find large bedrooms with comfortable beds, a spacious master jetted tub, nicely decorated rooms, new furniture, a fully stocked kitchen, and complimentary beach chairs with an umbrella, which was a significant convenience. We particularly enjoyed sitting out on the large balcony (The balcony with its breathtaking view is a stellar addition!). Our vacation was too short, and we hated to leave. We are already planning a return visit, and the location was what we had hoped. We have been to this area several times over the last ten years, and the location of this condo was convenient for restaurants, shopping, and shell island. We especially like the security of the complex, including required access codes to the parking lot, elevator, and condo. David was a great host, easy to communicate with, made himself available to answer inquiries, and provided all the necessary check-in information. We would highly recommend this property!
