This spacious Watercrest unit is a beautiful three bedroom, three bath beachfront condominium. It is perfect for a quick getaway or an extended vacation! With comfortable new furnishings, you'll find everything here to make your vacation enjoyable and relaxing.

There is no better place to enjoy all the offerings of Florida’s Emerald Coast. The décor is elegant yet comfortable. This great eighth floor unit has TWO large gulf front master suites and a large third bedroom. Additionally, this unit offers an open floor plan with an expansive living and dining area. The newly renovated kitchen, dining, living room, and both masters look out onto the massive gulf front balcony that overlooks the the world famous white sands. This is one of the best floor plans on the beach with breathtaking 180 degree views of the Gulf of Mexico for sunrise AND sunset on your balcony!

Watercrest is an elegant eighteen-story high-rise with only ten condos per floor. The building has four elevators so there is never a long wait for an elevator. Park in a private parking lot adjacent to the building. Parking for additional vehicles is also available. Conveniently located on the 'quiet' end of the beach near St. Andrews State Park. Many great restaurants, recreational activities, shopping and golf courses are located nearby.

Beach view was amazing. Condo was wonderful. Only complaints were having to drag all our beach stuff through the living room to the balcony. Last year we cold leave it outside the door. Also having to pay for parking, I just feel that should have been included with the room. Host was very attentive to everything we needed which was only bulbs for kitchen lol. Thank you for an amazing vacation.

This was a very well appointed condo. It was newly remodeled and in good order. Views from the balcony were great!The pool and hot tub were in good order.The beach was clean.Food, parks, boats were all easily accessible.Our family was very comfortable.

Spring break

Second year staying in this unit. We have enjoyed it both times. Had plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 children. Convenient to everything PCB.

Stayed here for my second time and have to say it was even better this time! Loved the updates to the whole condo & the new furniture added. Great view of the beach & easy access to the beach! Close to most of the restaurants and such in PCB! Would recommend to anyone visiting to stay at this condo! I will definitely be planning another trip here!

Great Condo

We loved this condo! It was spacious with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and had everything we needed for the week! The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly. The beds were very comfortable which is very important to me! The balcony was so nice and had fantastic views! The beach is very easy to access! I would definitely recommend this condo!

Great Location, Great Condo

We had 5 adults and 2 small kids here the week before Memorial Day and loved it. Spacious, well stocked kitchen and condo. Clean and functional. Balcony was amazing and had netting up which made us feel more comfortable with the little kids. Away from the traffic and busy beach spaces. Pool was great as well. We were so happy with our time here!!!

Lovely Week, Lovely Condo

My friends and I stayed 6 nights in this 3 bed/ 3 bath condo and the rooms were great. I am usually very picky about the bed and the beds were super comfortable. Really no complaints at all. Large selection of cups and silverware. We felt we had everything we needed. We have stayed in the complex several times before, but we added friends this time and we never felt crowded with 8 people.

Love PCB

The only problem we had was the elevators didn’t work for a couple of days with only one out of four elevators working it was tough, two of the elevators only go up to 6th floor and there’s 18 floors.

Nice roomy condo with beach view

Overall, our stay was very nice. The kitchen is well-stocked and has everything you need to cook meals. The decor is nice and beds are comfortable. The only downfall of this property is the elevator. For our entire 7 day stay, at least one of the elevators was broken and this really was an inconvenience at check out as it took 15 minutes to get an elevator. We enjoyed this part of the beach as it's not as busy as the other end of the beach. Property manager was very responsive to any questions we had.

Couple items needed fixing

This is a great condo in great location. Frige was dripping water from freezer to top tray in frige. and sink facet in kitchen was wobbly. TV 'S WERE Roku not a fan. But would consider staying again.

Fair, could had been cleaner. Elevators one or both are broken. You took my security dep several week out and I am told it will be two more week. This is bad.

Mark: We apologize if you had any issue, we would have been more than happy to send the cleaning service back to address any concerns had you informed at check in or any time during your stay. As for the security deposit, that is the time line provided to all guests when they inquire and book. We do not hold the deposits as they are held by VRBO and they provide the refunds.

July 4th week

The condo was very nice and clean! I would stay there again. Only a couple minor issues. The refrigerator had a leak in the back when the bowl that was placed to catch the leak got full it ran over and ran all out in the floor, the freezer had a leak too I guess because a solid sheet of frozen ice was on the top shelf. It needs a new Bigger fridge. The kitchen faucet needs to be tightened down it spins around and around. If you do any cooking in the room at all you need to take your sharp knives there is none in the kitchen. Other that those little things it was great

Nice Condo

I will start by saying the condo was really nice, clean and spacious for our family of 6. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was also good. We do have a couple of complaints. One being they allowed tents/umbrellas in front of the paid for beach chairs. Even though there were signs that CLEARLY stated this wasn't allowed. This has always been enforced at any condo we have ever stayed. Instead of having a view of the ocean/easy access to get into the water you had people in front of you and had to squeeze around them to just get to the water. The other complaint was the code on the door changed before our checkout time and we were locked out. Thankfully we still had someone in the room that could let us in. I saw another review mention this same thing so be careful when checking out.

Thank you for your review. We understand the issue with the beach chair, but as I mentioned this is not handled by us directly. The beach service company has been informed of the complaint and they will address it. We have also looked into the issue with the lock code and have corrected the system timing error.

Disappointing

First, let me say that the owner’s management company was extremely responsive and did try to help. When we arrived, all of the deck furniture was inside the condo. I realize that it was due to a potential hurricane hit but there was ample time for management to return this to the deck and clean all of the sand off of the floor. The condo was dirty! I took pictures of chips under the table and dirt/dust all over the floor, furniture, and kitchen. I ended up cleaning the entire place the first night. The tvs were not hooked up to internet, etc. When I contacted management, she stated that a new service was being installed and they were the ones that made the place dirty. My husband is IT and got the tvs working as much as he could. Internet was out at least 50-65% of the time we were there even with everything he did to diagnose the problem. Even the internet techs that came out agreed with my husband. AND the main TV was horrendous! The picture was mostly red and blue. After management saw a picture that I sent her, she said that a new one was ordered. It did not show up while we were there. The king beds were comfortable but the two full beds in the back bedroom need replaced. Lastly, do not leave the condo on the last morning without someone stating behind while you pack the car. The code did not work at 8:15 even though check-out is at 9. Luckily, my 84 year old mother was still in the condo and could let us in. We will definitely not rent this place again.

We responded immediately to resolve the cleaning issue and worked with you continuously during your stay on the internet access issue.
