Our terraced house is located a few meters from the Golf de Biarritz. Ideal for families. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, with nearby shops within walking distance (bakery, pharmacy, convenience store), as is the promenade overlooking the ocean and its panoramic view of the sunset. The VVF beach is a 15-minute walk away. Private parking spaces.
We are a family with 2 children (10 and 6 years old) and live in the accommodation and the adjoining garden. Ongi etorri!

We are also a few minutes from the esplanade of the Promenade des sources and its viewpoint over the English beaches.

Non-smoking. No party or evening.
No noise in the evening, because quiet and residential area.
We expect our travelers to respect the place and leave it clean as on their arrival.
Minimum reservation 5 nights. Cleaning fees: 60 euros
Rental available from July to August.
