Located in the popular East Beach area of Gulf Shores this one bedroom one and a half bath suite offers you fantastic views from your gulf front balcony. Cool down in the swimming pool and walk onto the beach from the pool deck. This suite offers you a full size kitchen and separate living room. For your comfort, a king size bed is located in the private bedroom with connecting bath. Bunk beds for small children are located in the hallway next to an additional ½ bath.
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

It was perfect! My husband and I just needed a getaway and the location was perfect! Right on the beach and the Pink Pony is right there! It was clean and the office was very helpful when we had questions! Definitely will stay again if just the two of us!

Came into town for a funeral. Location was great next to the Pink Pony and the Hang Out. However rooms are dated needs to be remodeled. The view of the beach is amazing. Check in was easy 24 hour office open.

Disappointing

The room was nice and most people expect to walk to the beach from their beach front condo as we have for over 40 years, but on our third day, they closed the beach in front of our condo and literally built a barricade around us with no access to the beach and crews began erecting stages, tents , etc. for a festival for the following weekend. The hotel manager(Jennifer) said they had no control over the city plans for a festival, but the hotel knew about it well in advance and we were not informed prior to arriving. The host or hostess should have blackened out that week before the festival since they knew people would not be able to access the beach from the Phoenix Hotel, but no one was informed in advance and she said they sent notices out which was a lie or we would’ve picked a different hotel.I asked to be credited for one night or have a refund to my account for one night, but the manager said no and told me I should have checked in advance to see if there was a festival planned.(which made no sense) She was very rude and we will never stay at another Brett Robinson property. All they care about is keeping all the rooms full (knowing access to the beach would be closed). Most property owners, blacken out dates when there would be no access to the beach from their property. People work hard and plan months in advance for a fun week or weekend at the beach and should not have any surprises as we did.

Everything was perfect, nice friendly staff. The bed was probably my favorite in the condo, it was so comfortable! I walked to just about everywhere because everything is so close.

Staying on the Beach

Love the room, except for the couch and chair. They need replacing asap. Wasn’t able to sit on them. Walls are paper thin . Could hear guests on either side, talking and sometimes too loud.Had people banging on our door, late at night.Would probably stay again. Price wasn’t bad.

Perfect for quick getaway

Our stay at this 1-bedroom efficiency condo was absolutely perfect for a quick beach getaway! The view was stunning – nothing beats waking up to the sound of waves and an oceanfront view. The condo itself was comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed for a short trip.The location was unbeatable. We didn’t move our car once the entire trip – everything was walkable, from restaurants to shops and, of course, the beach right at our doorstep. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making the whole experience stress-free.If you’re looking for a relaxing, convenient place to unwind by the beach, this is it. We’ll definitely be back!

Great getaway

We booked our stay as a last-minute change of plans. We got a great rate. The property is close to everything! We walked to every restaurant and shop that we wanted to visit. The only drawback, if you are traveling with children, is that the pool is very small. However, we had no use for the pool as we spent our time on the beach, which was right outside the hotel. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. We had an issue with the dishwasher, but a quick text message took care of it. We plan to return in the future!

Our room was perfect, the view was perfect, and the location was perfect. Restaurants, groceries, the beach, and even a little park were all super walkable. We needed a little weekend getaway and this was exactly what we were looking for.

Pros- Great location near the beach and the Pink Pony. Easy check in process. Great view of the beach. Cons- The main bedroom bed was in horrible condition with it completely sagging in the middle making sleeping difficult. Constant beeping noise coming from the kitchen area with no idea what it was coming from. No WiFi and poor satellite dish reception in unit, hard to relax and catch up with family with poor service.
