Spacious lakefront home with dock - perfect for a group getaway

***PLEASE READ FIRST: Please be advised that as of January 2025, Lake Travis is still experiencing very low water levels. While at this time the boat dock is still accessible, getting to the dock itself is not an easy one. The steps down to the dock have run out and there is a steep, rough trail to the dock walkway. Please be advised of this (hopefully very temporary) difficulty in accessing the dock. In addition, as of September 2024, all boat ramps to the lake are closed. We are monitoring the lake levels often, and we will advise any booked guests if access to the dock is no longer possible.*** Located on the north end of Lake Travis in Hatter Cove, this 4 bedroom 2 bath home is at just the right spot for your next trip to the lake. With two decks providing fantastic views of Lake Travis, as well as a large personal floating dock at your disposal, this home provides all that you need for a break from the ordinary.

ABOUT THE HOME

This two-story home easily accommodates 10 guests throughout four rooms. The master rests on the second floor and features a spacious king size bed with connecting covered patio. Also located on the second floor is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bedroom with two bunk beds (twin top, full bottom), which is perfect for the kiddos, as well as a fully remodeled bathroom.

A light and bright bedroom with queen size bed sits on the first floor, with access to the lower patio the second fully remodeled bathroom.

The living area provides a comfortable and relaxed space with a flat screen TV and leather sectional couch.

The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials for cooking a meal at the house, or venture over to Downtown to find some amazing food. There are also some great local restaurants just minutes down the road in Lago Vista.

The highlight of the house is the large private boat dock with two empty slips, just a short walk down the hill. Both slips measure 9'x22', and you can also tie off your boat on the side of the dock, which is 30' long. Whether you're having a blast on the lily pad or two kayaks at your disposal, enjoying some fishing, or just relaxing on the swing, you'll easily spend hours of fun on the water.

GETTING AROUND

Feel free to park on the driveway as well as a flat surface just above the house. We ask that you keep the number of vehicles in the driveway to 5, and the number of boat trailers to 2. If you have more boat trailers than this, we suggest parking it at one of the nearby lake access parks. There is a boat ramp close to our boat dock to use for loading and unloading.

PET POLICY

We welcome your furry family, but we do ask that you please limit the number of pets brought to the house to 2, and only dogs, please. We require a $50 pet fee per animal brought to the house. Any pets over this would require a $100 pet fee. Please do your best to help limit barking, as we do have neighbors close by.
