Start your day sipping coffee while overlooking breathtaking views of the lake on one of the two fabulous decks. Take a short stroll down to the water of our quiet cove, cast a line to catch fish, or hop on your kayaks and paddleboards and explore the calm waters of the cove. This house comes with everything you need to feel at home. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a casual dinner to a fine dining, pull-out that Chinaware kind of night. Cook your heart out with all you need at your fingertips! Kiddos and adults alike can lounge and enjoy our three 55-inch Ruko TVs. We have a gas grill in the back for your convenience as well.

Our neighborhood has a ton of fun to offer, including a nine-hole golf course with exclusive discounts, a clubhouse with live music, bingo, poker nights, food trucks, fitness center, a private gated park with a boat ramp, playground, disc golf, and so much more.

Don’t feel like cooking? Go enjoy a meal and feed the fish at Captain Pete’s floating restaurant right around the corner at the Point Venture marina.

If you want to go boating and aren’t bringing your own boat Lago Vista and Point Venture have local watercraft rentals available. Captained and un-captained are both an option. We are a golf cart community as well and golf carts are available to rent. There are also kayaks and paddle boards in the area to rent.
