Adding to the natural beauty, Florencia is bordered by Perdido Key State Park and is a short stroll (300 feet) to the less-crowded state park beaches. Florencia is a newer luxury building that offers world-class amenities that include an indoor and out door pool, sauna, fitness center and tennis courts along with boat docks. Condo is 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, and will sleep a total of 8.

Beautiful and relaxing property

The condo and the property are beautiful and quiet. Exactly what we were hoping for. Communication with the property manager was very easy. We can highly recommend this property and will be coming back.

Everything was perfect

Our stay could not have been any better! The location was amazing with views of both the gulf and the bay. The condo was gorgeous! Everything in this unit and the complex itself was clean and beautifully maintained. This was home, but at the beach! We cannot wait to stay here again!

Great Condo and Property!

The condo was exactly as advertised, which was comfortable and well appointed. Lovely views from the balcony, two pools and gym in the building. Wendy was a very attentive and gracious host. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Beyond the beach

We enjoyed this property for the additional recreation beyond the beach: hunting hermit crabs along the bayside shoreline, swimming in both the indoor and outdoor pools, viewing sunsets from the balcony. The condo unit was updated and well-appointed. Wonderful family memories were made!

Excellent Property

We very much enjoyed our stay at Perdido Key. The property is well maintained and Wendy is terrific with communication and addressing any questions/requests. Location is great as it is close to the beach but not crowded due to be next to the state park. Condo had everything we needed and appreciated the space and decor. We hope to be able to visit again.

Best beach condo yet

We have made countless trips to the Perdido Key area over the years. This was the cleanest and most comfortable condo we have ever stayed in. Wendy and Scott are wonderful hosts who made us feel so welcome. They were always available and checked to see if we needed anything. The master bedroom bed was the best I have ever slept in and we even asked them what kind of mattress they had for that room. It’s a short walk to the beach and the view of the bay is just beautiful.

Perdido Keys Life

The condo building is impressive when you drive up to it. It has alot of curb appeal for sure. I love where it is situated, on one side is the intracoastal and the other is the Gulf. Me and my 3, college-aged children really loved the place. The condo was clean, spacious, and contained everything you need for a great vacation. We spent quite a bit of time on the balcony/deck, which was comfortable and has plenty of space. Wendy could not have been more accomodating!!!! The trip was a great time! Making memories for the fam. I absolutely recommend this condo unit and the host(ess)!

Great Stay In Perdido

We loved this condo! We were a traveling party of 3 so the condo was a bit large for us, but we wanted a location with an indoor pool and boy did we need it. Our first day was 59 degrees with a strong 15mph north wind so sitting on the beach was completely out. We took advantage of the indoor pool and enjoyed our time. We also got creative and visited the Gulf Breeze Zoo which I highly recommend. Wendy was great to check in on us. She made sure we were able to access everything on check in day, followed up on us a few days in, and wished us well after we left. Whenever we visit this area again, this will be the first condo I look for openings.

The Florencia is a hidden gym! Wendy was amazing to work with and her condo was beautiful and clean. All six of us were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy and the sheets were soft. We slept great.We could see the bay and the ocean from where we were. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and had a starter of several items like toilet paper, dish soap, laundry pods, paper towels, etc. We cooked in all but two meals so having a fully stocked kitchen was very important to me. We ate out at the Salty Pearl Raw Bar and Steamer and the Jellyfish Bar and Grill. We recommend both. Everything that we had at the Jellyfish Bar was really good! The beach is right across the street, and it felt like it was all ours. Use the flashing lights button to make your walk across the street safe. Most cars are aware, but some aren't. The beach is beside a park so there are no buildings on one side. We walked down about 50 yards and no one was around us. AMAZING! My husband loved this because he loves to fish and we like to keep the hooks away from swimmers. It was very family friendly, which is important to me. I love to walk and run on the beach, but I did utilize the onsite workout room everyday. It was clean and very nice. We enjoyed walking out to the bay on the dock and there was a nice place to sit outside while grilling dinner. The kids enjoyed the pool as well. The facilities were well maintained and I highly recommend this rental.

Highly recommend

Rental process was easy, condo was beautiful and spacious, indoor and outdoor pool were great, and just a short walk to beach. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a fridge with automatic ice maker, that was especially nice. There was also 2 beach chairs, and a beach wagon provided. Also, amazing washer and dryer and comfy furniture. Overall, good location, comfortable condo, easy process.

Beautifully Decorated Condo / Excellent Management

This is the best condo unit in Florencia. Decor is incredibly well done. The hospitality and oversight by the property management is the best we have ever dealt with. A personal touch that is hard to find today. My highest recommendation.

Great

We have been staying at the Florencio for 12 years, multiple times a year, and I can say this is one of the better units we have stayed at in recent years. Most units are now owned and used as rental properties and are not “loved” this unit is managed by the owners and is “loved” and well kept. Owners were a pleasure to deal with and we can’t wait to go back when it warms up some and they have another opening!

The Flo 2021

We have been staying at Florencia since 2010! We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was superb! The owners were very nice and friendly and wanted to make sure everything was wonderful for us while we were there! I really like the way the new landscaping at and around the pool looks! We will definitely be back to the “Flo” again for more fun with the family!!

My husband is a retired Navy Pilot, and currently works for a worldwide defense company. I am an independent sales rep in the oil and gas industry. We both enjoy the beach and love to paddle board, but more than anything we love spending time with our family.
