This unit is located in the upscale Beach Colony Resort on the quaint and beautiful town of Perdido Key. With its sugar-white sandy beaches, and crystal clear emerald waters, this is the perfect hideaway to relax and escape. This unit offers breath-taking panoramic views of the beach and the crystal blue gulf water from the oversized, circular balcony. Relax while enjoying your morning coffee, dolphin watching, reading and dining on the balcony. Enjoy an open and airy floor plan and a kitchen with a breakfast nook and breakfast bar with plenty of room for family and friends to gather.

Each bedroom is its own suite with a private bath and balcony. With leather furniture, granite countertops and windows with a view from every room, this unit is elegant, yet comfortable. The private Master Suite has its own balcony access, a beautiful King bed, glass shower and an oversized jacuzzi tub that offers its own private view of the soothing gulf waters. (Master-King, BR2-King, BR3-2 full)

This 11 acre upscale resort community has only 4 units per floor and offers coded elevators for added privacy and convenience. With 2 newly renovated synthetic grass tennis courts, a heated outdoor hot tub, 3 pools, outdoor grills and a workout facility with state of the art equipment, you may never want to leave the property! But just in case, Perdido Key offers an abundance of recreational activities, including fantastic restaurants, world-class golf courses, water sports and lovely shops and boutiques right across the street. There is also a new family owned bike rental shop across the street as well. Johnson state park is a short walk down the beach or you can drive around the corner to enjoy the pristine wildlife and beach. The Pensacola Naval Air Station is a short 15 minute drive from Perdido Key, and is a great place to take the family!

A 10 minute drive West will take you to Orange Beach, which hosts tons of restaurants and shopping, a Rave movie theater, putt-putt golf, and an outdoor amphitheater where some of the biggest names in music perform year-round. Also, watch for the Blue Angels practicing Tuesdays and Wednesdays during the summer! This unit offers comfort, convenience and gorgeous views of the beach, the ocean and surrounding area. Beautiful view from a lovely condo on the 14th floor. Condo was very clean and well stocked and we had everything needed for our family of 6. The host is very responsive to any questions you might have. Would definitely recommend!!

The only problem was the check in process. We did not have all the information we needed to get in our unit. The rest of our stay was wonderful. The unit was very beautiful.It was clean and we had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was fabulous. We will return to this area in the future.

Cassandra the host was easy to communicate with. If I emailed her with a question she was quick to respond. The condo was nice/comfortable. I would like to see more comfortable chairs in living though. Sofa/couch could be updated. Bedrooms fine and mattresses comfortable. Kitchen is well supplied. I think having more plastic ware/glasses for kids would nice. I was surprised we were asked to start a load of towels before we leave, I’ve never had a host ask us that before. On a side note security and maintenance crew were amazing!! We were staying when tropical storm Bertha hit!! Maintenance came through and closed our storm shutters. Security was always checking the parking and pool area. So thorough and professional while being nice! Bummer was outdoor was closed for 2 days!! There are not enough pools for three towers!! Add another pool. Also there should be walk way from one pool to another ocean side so guests don’t have to walk through the parking lot. Also I never once saw anyone clean the elevators. Dear Laura, We are glad you enjoyed your stay in spite of Bertha's intrusion. Thank you so much for taking the time to write a detailed review. Our #1 goal is to provide every guest a wonderful experience and your review helps us navigate our improvement strategy. Maintenance and security are top notch at Beach Colony. They are always helpful, considerate, and go above and beyond our highest expectations. I believe the elevators are cleaned every day or every other day. You would be shocked to see how dirty they get in a short period of time with kids coming in from the pool and beach, and carts going up and down. You are correct about the sofas. My husband has spent considerable time looking for new furniture that is as comfortable as what we have and has yet to find it. Although the couches aren't as attractive as they were when originally new, they are the most comfortable he has been able to find. This task remains on our to do list. I'm glad you found what you needed in the kitchen. There should be a set of at least 8 plastic cups for kids, but we can certainly add more. Walking on the beach is always nicer than walking in the parking lot, although the majority of guests in the West Building have an outdoor pool, an indoor pool and a hot tub right beside the building so they don't go to the Tower to use the pool. Great week in Perdido Key!

We stayed at Cassandra’s condo for a week and had a wonderful time.The place had a perfect view of the gulf, was clean with comfortable beds and had excellent choice of restaurants.Will visit again soon!

Great Stay!

Property was great. Check in was sooo easy. Place had everything we needed. Balcony had great view of the ocean. Only complaint we had wqs one of the beds had some sand on the comforter but no big deal! Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for your review. We agree. Perdido Key has preserved natural areas in close proximity to the resort so it is not as crowded as many other areas on the Gulf. Johnson Beach National Park is within walking distance of the condo and Big Lagoon State Park and Perdido Key State Park are within 4 miles of the resort. There is shopping across the street and lots of restaurant choices close by. And, we love when the Blue Angels surprise us with a flyby on the beach. It's a great place to vacation.

Spring Getaway

Our stay at this property was amazing!!! The unit and the complex was outstanding, clean, friendly. Couldn't have asked for more. The weather was great. We enjoyed everything about the place from the quietness, The full patio(seen dolphins swimming), the quick drive to all fun locations and the food. Definitely will stay there again.

Amazing Condo!!

We so enjoyed our stay here. The condo was one of the nicest and cleanest we’ve ever stayed in and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The location was perfect. So close to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores so there was plenty to do but far away enough the beach and pools weren’t crowded at all during the day! We would definitely stay here again!

Perdido getaway

It was wonderful to return to Perdido Key for vacation time! It was our first time staying at the Beach Colony and our host of the condo, Cassandra, was gracious and very engaged throughout our month’s stay. The beautiful balcony was our favorite spot!

We are a family of eight and love the beach! This picture was taken at one of our family favorite outdoor restaurants. The Gulf offers a fun open air bar and restaurant. Enjoy dinner and relaxing while watching the fishing boats come back in and a beautiful sunset.
