This beautiful property welcomes you with a pretty flower garden and will seduce you with this incredible view of the Caribbean Sea and its sunsets!
It offers a recent quality villa, both by its neat decoration and by its equipment.
The interior of the villa totals 123 m2 and the terraces 95 m2.
About 10 minutes on foot from Malendure beach, you will reach the famous Cousteau Reserve, (Guadeloupe National Park Reserve), where you can meet sea turtles and enjoy various aquatic activities.

Very well equipped and maintained, this villa has a contemporary kitchen open to the living room and the large terrace, which is a few steps from the salt pool.

You will be in the "front row" to contemplate the magnificent
sunsets!

Upstairs, with the living room, kitchen and terrace, you will find two beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms (160 beds in one and 2 90 beds in the other) to which we can assign a bathroom with a choice of a bathtub and a shower. You will also have a parental bedroom (bed 160) with its adjoining bathroom with wc as well as an independent wc
for the villa.

A room dedicated to laundry will allow you to wash and dry since it is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. An iron and ironing board will be at your disposal.

In the lower part, an air-conditioned studio with a 160 bed, a bathroom with wc as well as a kitchen and a terrace. Will allow two of you to be independent if you wish or to go up to find family and / or friends .. Indeed, it is fully equipped (deckchairs, barbecue, garden furniture, ...).

On request, we can provide you with an umbrella bed with mattress and a high chair.

The villa is equipped with an emergency water tank. As a result, you will not even realize that the city water has been cut off and you can continue to enjoy your stay in peace!

This villa will offer you all the equipment and comfort necessary for a pleasant stay.

An arrival pack awaits you on your arrival: tea, coffee, sugar, bottles of water, new sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bag, toilet soap to take a good shower on arrival and a good house planter Aperitif !
