BATHROOMS: Full bath with combination tub/shower. We also include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay

GENERAL: Free WiFi, linens/towels, keyless entry, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.

PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.

Community Quiet Hours 10 PM – 8 AM (strictly enforced)

NOTE: You will have private access and your own entrance to the lower-level of the home. There is also a main-level apartment that has its own separate entrance and a Carriage House at the back of the property. All three residences are short term vacation rentals that can be rented together or separately.
