Welcome to Greeley Station! This centrally located, recently remodeled home, has been converted into a three-unit complex of vacation rentals with completely private residences and a shared backyard. The carriage house is 2 bed/1 bath, detached dwelling that features all new modern furnishings, plush beds, and a stylish interior. The communal backyard includes an outdoor fire pit, BBQ grill with picnic area, string lights and shade trees. Grab a complimentary cruiser bike and hit the town from this perfectly located Greeley apartment!

Are you looking for a relaxing retreat within walking distance to UNC? You found it! This carriage house is in a great central location and includes complimentary cruiser bikes so that you can easily explore Historic Downtown, UNC and the surrounding area. During your stay, youā€™ll love that you can grab coffee or lunch at Margieā€™s Java Joint, bike to the Farmers Market, and visit some of the amazing local breweries. Then spark up the grill for a delicious home-cooked meal and sink into bed after a long day of exploring the area. This unique setting provides three vacation rentals in one quaint location near UNC. So, grab your friends and family to reserve all three spaces or choose one and meet new friends during your travels!

INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV with free Netflix, bar height table with seating for 3 (no kitchen table), board games, laptop-friendly workspace and room darkening shades

KITCHEN: Kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOM: We include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay

GENERAL: Free WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, central heating and air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.

PARKING: Dedicated off-street parking

PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.

NOTE: You will have private access and your own entrance to the Carriage House. There is also a main house with an upper-level apartment and a basement apartment, each with a separate entrance. All three residences are short term vacation rentals that can be rented together or separately.

The place was small but had everything. I guess you call it cozy. The beds were very comfortable And Everything needed for cooking. The location was very good since we could walk to local eateries and wasnā€™t far from the UNC campus. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Would definitely stay again

Great place. Perfect for us. Close to Northern Colorado Medical Center. Can get dogs out easily. Is an easy 5 stars, except for the dip in the driveway that needs attention. Both shorter cars and longer sprinter vans drag into and out of that ditch.

Older nicely updated house on back of lot, with another larger house in front. Listing was a bit confusing due to both houses on same lot. Rental is entire house, small but cozy. Queen bed only accessible from one side due to room size. No local tv but streaming. We felt safe in the area. Would stay here again!

Great Greeley Location

Clean and comfortable and convenient, this unit was perfect for our small group. In the same block is a great coffee shop, craft gallery, French bakery and pub. We road the bikes along the Poudre River Trail, very scenic. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The property is the best it can be. It is small but was great for what we needed it for. Everything was clean and the property manager had open communication. We used the grill and there are chairs outside for hanging out. I would recommend if you are needing a place to stay!

Cozy little house

Clean and comfy. We enjoyed walking to multiple restaurants and antique shops. The host provided complimentary amenities such as coffee, ear plugs for the train and make-up remover towelettes. The fire pit was great to use at night. Very close to UNC for football games and festivities.

Great location

This carriage house was nice for my work trip to Greeley. There is parking available and the location can't be beat. I could walk everywhere, which was great. The space is small, but perfect for one person. My only complaint was the industrial light that came on at night right outside the bedroom window, and there weren't any blinds to darken the room. This made sleeping a bit challenging, and I ended up sleeping in the basement bedroom to escape a bit.

Perfect for a family with dogs!

Property is as described in the listing. All hard surfaces in the home, so easy to clean. There was ample parking off the Main Street by the house. Itā€™s an older home, so you can hear noise from the upstairs. Ear plugs were provided, or a noise machine drowns out the noise from upstairs. The washing machine was leaking out of the bottom of the unit and when I notified the property management company they promptly replied. I asked them to have a repair person come after our stay. Excellent communication via email, text and phone. Perfect property for what we needed.

So first of all we booked this place after looking over the reviews and pictures and felt 100% comfortable. The day of arrival the host sent an email with the code for the door and along with that was a picture of the outside of the home that was not in the recent pictures that we had previously looked at. The picture looked to be like an old shed and did not look welcoming at all. So moving forward I was still going to the property anyway to stay there I could get past that but as I walk up the stairs thereā€™s cockroachā€™s all along the railings and I seen roach feces. Then the inside of the home was nothing as pictured, Iā€™m not sure where the photos came from. I then contact the host and tell them I will not be staying at the property and would like a refund and they refuse to refund any I even told them I would settle for half of the money back but they said they would not be refunding any money back to us on a property that I did not stay at! I was out of town from North Carolina in Greeley for a funeral and had to return upon arrival because I had no where to go! This is absolutely ridiculous and could have been handled differently! DO NOT RENT from these people!

Quaint cottage close to downtown

First off, Stacy was awesome. She answered all my questions promptly and had an open line of communication through the entire process. Property was accurately represented online. Great location close to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. My only complaints are that the sheets on one of the beds were dirty upon arrival and the basement bedroom area had several live and dead bugs near and on the bed. It's a basement in an older home, so I don't expect perfect; but, I do expect some attention to cleanliness when the cleaning fee is higher than normal. Overall great stay. Had a blast and will be staying with the property management company next time I'm in town.

Not again....

This property was not ready to rent at all. AC did not work correctly. It took a full three days to actually get the temp below 75 degrees. On top of that the sewer backed up into the common area in the back yard. Actual raw sewage bubbling out of the ground. No window coverings on most of the windows so no privacy at all. Recommend renting elsewhere.
