This beautiful and sparkling clean 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo is located in the highly acclaimed Shores of Panama Resort in Panama City Beach. Overlooking the breathtaking resort pool and the Gulf of Mexico, this condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and has everything you need for a fantastic beach vacation!

Experience stunning views at the Seaside Retreat, situated directly on the sugar-white sands of Panama City Beach in the popular Thomas Drive area. Known as "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches" for its powder-soft sands and emerald-green waters, Panama City Beach, Florida, offers a mild climate year-round. At Shores of Panama, you can relax with a good book or enjoy a refreshing drink in the spectacular lagoon-style pool area. During the spring and summer months, a Tiki Bar serves cocktails, bar snacks, and snow cones.

You can easily take advantage of grocery delivery or pickup at Walmart, which is just across the street, making it convenient to cook for the entire family. Additionally, there is designated parking on the second floor, so you won’t have to navigate a winding parking garage.

The resort amenities include a modern gym, an indoor pool, and a hot tub—everything you need to relax without leaving the property!

With 3 separate bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa, this condo can easily accommodate your group. The master bedroom features a sliding glass door that opens to a spacious double balcony, where you can enjoy stunning sunsets every evening.
Condo 923 is located on the 9th floor at Shores of Panama. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25. $100 registration fee on-site.

This unit was clean. I loved the open layout and the view from the balcony. Everything was well taken care of with many kitchen appliances available. The location is a huge plus - close to restaurants, shops and right not far from Walmart.

We had a great time. The directions were clear and easy to follow. The unit stayed cool. Fits 8 comfortably. The view from the balcony is beautiful! We loved the pool, great for ALL ages. It was hard to find chairs so keep that in mind/ Good location in relation to elevators and beach/pool access. It was busy but still enjoyable. Walking distance to groceries, gas station and other stores. Parking is tight but not unmanageable. I suggest a luggage cart, unload in the morning or late in the evening. Pack some easy bags that are not heavy. Full transparency, the elevators were challenging during peak hours. The stairs are open BUT very hot with no air circulation. Regardless of the elevators, Highly recommend this host and condo! We will be back

Fantastic family vacay!

The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. We brought two adults and 5 kids and were able to prepare meals in the room when desired. We enjoyed every bit of our trip. *Pro tips* 1)Pre-order Walmart pickup for the day you arrive and save time getting groceries. We were in and out in 5 minutes; 2) unload luggage on floor 9 before going to park to avoid waiting for the elevator.

We loved it!

The floorplan was perfect for our us and our friends with the 2 private bathrooms! The kitchen is well equipped and the furnishings made us feel at home! We loved the communication before, during, and after our stay!

Great location

We stayed here while in town for the Ironman race and the condo was just what we needed. With a designated parking spot in the garage, beachfront access at the resort and the pool, the kids had a great time.

Excellent Location

The place was clean, spacious and incredible views of the ocean. If you don't like folks all around you this isn't the spot for you, but with a 16 yo daughter and her friend this was perfect. The place is well staffed and ran we had everything we needed. Perfect Spring Break getaway!!!

We came for our twins senior sbring break. We had a blast. The room waa very nice and clean. Plenty to keep us busy around town. Only wish there was a safe in the room. That would be my o ly complaint about the room.

Great place!

Had my family of 4 and grandparents start with plenty of room for us. The location couldn’t be any better with plenty of things nearby even including the grocery store for any needs. Would book again! Thanks for letting us stay at your place!

As advertised.

The fitness centre and the indoor pool are very basic. (But we hardly worked out anyway, and it was chilly even for indoor swimming--so even though the pool itself and the enclosure were very pleasantly warm, we didn't want to shiver upon exiting.) All in all, the accommodations are very comfortable, clean and visually pleasing. The staff is friendly and helpful. And the location is super convenient--close to all kinds of restos, groceries and services. We would stay again without hesitation.

Great off season stay

Overall this property was great. It has a gorgeous view, clean and was just as described. A few things that I would improve: 1) sheets were like sandpaper from overuse. Very uncomfortable. These need to be replaced immediately. 2) the AC would not cool the condo down all the way and we were there for thanksgiving when the high was 60. I can’t imagine during the heat of summer. 3) there were a total of 4 forks available. Plenty of spoons and knives but clearly forks are making an escape. 4) Even though the condo is listed for 8 people. We were only given 6 towels for the entire 5 night stay. 5) elevator was slow even with very few people there. Again, I can’t imagine during peak season. Worked well for us for what we needed

The condo itself was very nice. It was decorated nice and beachy. It was comfortable and was great for our vacation week at the beach. The actual property/main building needs some updating and painting. The corridors felt dirty and dated. The pool area was nice but many chairs need to be replaced. Staff removed towels from chairs while people were in the pool causing people to lose their chairs.

Wonderful property!

The condo was great very clean and a good amount of starter supplies. The resort itself was great the security is enforced so make sure u have ur arm band on at all times . We didn't have any issues that needed addressing but farrah was very responsive and made sure we felt welcome and knew we could contact her. We added on a night at beginning of our trip and it was a very easy process. We plan to come back asap! I was a little worried bc some of the reviews I seen on the resort itself weren't so great but we didn't have any issues it got a little loud one night but other than that it was quiet. The staff at the resort were helpful as well.

Beautiful condo on the Beach

We had a great week in Panama City Beach. This condo has amazing views and steps from the beach. The weather cooperated and we were able to relax by the pool. We were disappointed that the large pool is not heated. The condo had everything we needed and accommodations were great for our family of 4.

Property was a nice location, nice view, looked liked the pictures. However it was a little dirty when we walked in, trash behind the couch. Kept getting locked out but used the spare key so it was fine. Whoever I spoke with regarding the room was extremely nice and helped us anytime I reached out.

Exceeded Expectations

This is a very nice condo with an incredibly large balcony. The pictures are accurate, everything was clean and in good working order. It was stocked with everything you needed to get going, and Walmart was located just across the street. The only real downside was the speed of the elevators. It was not uncommon to wait 10 or more minutes before catching one, or having to split up the family and send one or two people on an elevator as space allowed. We just had to change our mindset and remember that we were on "island time" and weren't in a hurry. Even with the slow elevators, we would definitely stay here again in the future.
