The Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, will be undergoing exterior renovations starting on August 18, 2025, and which are expected to be completed by April 2026.
This project is a pre-planned renovation by the Home Owners’ Association and its management which includes repairs to balconies and building exteriors. Guests may experience disruptions, including noise associated with the renovation, limited access to some areas and pools, and temporary changes to entryways. Beach access and condo entry will remain available throughout the project.Beach Gate access is accessible from Tower 1 beach gate. Rates have been reduced for the renovation period.

This condo includes two beach chairs with an umbrella included in the rental March 01 through October 31, 2026. Instructions on how to access your beach chairs are posted on the refrigerator in the condo.

During the month of March, there is no alcohol allowed on the sandy beach; however, alcohol is allowed in all pool areas. The City of Panama City Beach restricts beach access during March from 10:00 p.m. through 6 a.m.


This 3-bedroom condo is located at the Long Beach Resort in Tower 4 on the 3rd Floor.

This condo has key-less entry. YOUR REQUESTED NUMBER OF CAR PASSES WILL BE IN THE CONDO ON THE DATE OF CHECK IN. YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION WITH YOUR DOOR CODE AND ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. The email with the door code is sent to the email provided when making reservation through VRBO.

Internet instructions, beach gate access code and contact information are posted in the condo.

This 3rd floor, 3 bedroom condo offers 1780 sq. feet of pure luxury. You will never want to leave. In the living/dining area new oversized furnishings provide plenty of seating for relaxing and dining. Floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors provide stunning panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. This is the perfect place to wake up to in the morning and relax after a great day on the beach. This condo includes one complimentary set of two beach chairs with an umbrella included in the rental Mar 01-Oct 31. There are 8 pool bands in the condo and the condo can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Of course you want to sample our great PCB restaurants but when you choose to dine in, the fully renovated and well equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze. After dinner gather around the large table for a game of cards or enjoy a movie on the 55 inch, wall mounted, flat screen.

The bedrooms of this condo are no less spectacular. All 3 have incredible gulf views and new drapes with black out lining so that you can sleep in just a little later. All 3 baths have double vanities with granite counters and real wood cabinets.

The primary bedroom has a grand king bed with crisp, clean, linens and door access to the main balcony. There is a 40 inch wall mounted flat screen and plenty of storage space for your things. The primary bath has a fully tiled walk in shower which was re-done in the fall of 2025..

Bedroom #2 has a king bed, door access to the main balcony, flat screen tv, a full bath with dual sinks and a tub/shower combination.

Bedroom #3 has 2 queen beds with ample space left to move around. It also has a flat screen and private balcony .

Inside and out Long Beach offers the best. Thirteen hundred feet of magnificent, white-sand beach means the beach never feels crowded. A beach rental service provides on-site rentals off wave runners, Para-sailing and beach chair rentals.

If a pool is more to your liking, the 6800-square-foot lagoon pool with waterfalls and a palm tree islands will be just what you are looking for. The 'Hang Out' snack bar and grill is located poolside at the Lagoon pool providing tropical drinks and delicious meal options to make your vacation easy and convenient. The Lagoon Pool is located between Tower 2 and 3. There are two heated Polynesian Pools. The Polynesian Pools are located between Tower 1 and 2 and 3 and 4. Both Polynesian Pools and the Lagoon Pool have hot tubs.

Charcoal grills are located at the east end of Tower 1 and the west end of Tower 4.

Long Beach Resort has gated entry and security patrol. The large parking lot is located right in front of the condo, with a covered portico and ample luggage carts. Parking is in front of the tower.

This is a Non smoking unit, pets are Not allowed, and renters must be 25 years of age or older. We accept a maximum of 8 guests with a maximum of 8 adults.
