Nice renovated apartment with sea views and great location in the town of Morro Jable. Located a step away from the beach and all kinds of services. Staying in this apartment you will not need a car to move around the town, although it is advisable if you want to explore the island.

Accommodation
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and kitchen. The kitchen has a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. It also has a small patio with washing machine. It has a very nice balcony overlooking the sea and the town of Morro Jable. The apartment has been recently redecorated with great taste and the kitchen has been renovated to include a larger ceramic hob, dishwasher and a new sink.

The apartment is equipped with everything you may need during your stay, also sheets and towels.

Services
- The initial and final cleaning is included for stays of at least 7 nights. If you want extra cleaning during your stay, it would cost € 12 per hour
- We welcome guests personally. We can be reached by e-mail or telephone during your stay if you need us.

Surroundings
The apartment is located in the center of the village of Morro Jable. The location is fantastic since at 250 m (less than 5 minutes walk) there is the beach. Also, being in the center of the population has all kinds of services (pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.) less than 10 minutes walk. You can park easily in the streets near the apartment.

In the vicinity and on the nearby Solana Matorral beach you can enjoy many guided activities, including Windsurfing, Surfing, Diving, Mountain Biking, etc.

How to move
Staying in this apartment you will not need to have a car since you can comfortably reach everywhere.

However, if you want to know the island and get lost in its coves and corners, it is advisable to have a car.

House's rules
- The Check-in Time is at 4:00 pm and the Check-Out Time is at 12:00. However, we can be flexible with the schedules, as long as there are no entries or exits from other clients. Consult us in this regard with your expected arrival and departure times. We charge a supplement of € 20 for arrivals after 20:00 and € 50 for arrivals after midnight.
-The house is rented to smokers, but smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
-We're sorry, but pets are not allowed.

Minimum stay
The minimum stay is usually 7 nights, but at certain times it is possible to stay less nights paying a supplement of € 50 for the final cleaning. Consult us in this regard, indicating your planned entry and exit dates.
