**Dogs are welcome to stay in the cabin! Up to 2 dogs max are allowed to stay in the cabin. Other type of pets, including cats, are NOT permitted. If you choose to bring a pet(s), there will be a pet fee of $150. You must disclose if you are bringing a pet(s) as this fee is added on separately after booking. Pets MUST be house broken, crated if left unattended and must not shed excessively. All pets are solely the guests responsibility; guests are responsible for their pets at all times as well as for any damage the pet(s) may cause. Guests are also responsible to ensure that any litter is cleaned up. Potentially dangerous breeds such as German Shepherds or Pitt Bulls are not allowed.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. For security purposes, there are cameras that monitor the outside area of the property, they do not point towards the hot tub or any interior spaces. All linens, towels, and a starter pack of supplies are provided but please bring your own coffee, condiments, charcoal.

We highly recommend you check the weather before booking & bring a four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to storms/road conditions. We recommend you purchase travel insurance.

**Our 110v hot tub takes 24-36 hours to heat up & is drained and refilled after each guest. It may take until the evening after your arrival for the water to be fully heated

**The gas fireplace is only operational from Oct 1 - March 31 as are most cabins in the area

Perfect stay

My wife and I, and 2 of our friends stayed here for a short vacation and it was absolutely perfect. Communication with the host and Directions to the cabin provided by the host were very helpful and accurate. The property is very close to both pigeon forge and gatlinburg, also the cabin was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again in the near future!

It was a relaxing stay

We had a wonderful trip, and this cabin was just 16 minutes from Dollywood. It had all of the amenities we were looking for! Definitely recommend.

Smoky Mountain cabin

Cabin was exceptionally clean and very well located being between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. My family and I enjoyed our stay in this wonderful newly renovated cabin.

Nice location

Location of this cabin is great. Very clean which is very important. My son enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub. The only thing that could be updated and fixed is the lighting next to the hot tub. There are 3 solar lights, one was not working and the other two barely put off any light. Also the fireplace in the main living room we could never get lit even though in the welcome book it has a page for trouble shooting. We followed directions just couldn't get it to stay on. Those are small minor things. We had a great stay and very relaxing, fun trip.

Best VRBO experience yet, BY FAR!!

We stayed here in late August (me, my husband, our 17 yo and our pup) This place was a DREAM! The covered porch and hot tub was such an added bonus! The cabin itself is beautiful, and had everything we needed. The cabin was spotless when we arrived. There were extra blankets and pillows, board games, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool table! The directions were clear and exact, so we knew exactly what to expect getting there. Isi was very responsive before, during and after the trip, answering all of our questions clearly, and was very friendly. My husband and pup actually had an encounter with a bear when he took the dog out to use the bathroom before bed one night!! When I reached out to Isi after our stay to ask if the outside camera recorded any of their interaction, he sent me several videos, which I personally felt was above and beyond! We’ve stayed inany vacation rental properties, and this was BY FAR our favorite. We’re definitely planning another stay next year! The ONLY thing I can say that was a downside was that the upstairs bathroom shower had little water pressure, but we knew this before booking, and the main floor shower was all we needed anyway! The soaker tub had a mineral stain, but was clean and very relaxing! And the hot tub heated very quickly (we knew it would take some time since it’s drained and cleaned between guests) This place was amazing, and we will absolutely be back! Above and beyond service!!

Needs updates

The cabin was nice location between pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Out issues where as followed. I’ll start with outside of house , limited lighting outside, no lighting by hot tub or what is called the front porch weather it didn’t work or just not there. It was good, Hot tub was very rusty inside and missing a cover over return that’s not good , but yet it was very rusty. Inside the counter tops are very dirty looking and need updating. The pull out couch mattress is so old bring a blow up one ,you’ll need it. The room where the pool table is the ceiling was weird on all over and the room is small for it , it should be changed to where the bedroom is downstairs. And the fact there were lots of closet a bathroom should be down there . But to each their own. The layout just didn’t work. The mattress slop into the middle so you sink it’s horrible. They need to be updated. That goes for both bedrooms . And the tub in the upstairs bathroom could be cleaned between . We didn’t use it bc it just seems dirty. We spent a week there with a family 5 . Not enough garbage cans we had to leave garbage in the house bc can filled up after two bags. There was no food instructions on taking garbage out , but I did have to ask about what did they want me to do with it. I felt bad bc we left bags inside but needed to bc the f bears. That I took some home with me in the back of my truck. They cabin was nice and pet friendly, but did have lots of safety issues outside in the dark.

Cozy Cabin

This was a little older cabin. The beds and couches were very comfortable which is very important to us. Location was good between both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The roads and driveway were steep, but this was expected from a cabin in the mountains.

Great Cabin

Cabin was everything we hoped it would be and then some. Was clean, well furnished and in a great location. We could be in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg in mins. Neighborhood was quite and relaxing. Even had a couple bear cubs and a few turkeys make an appearance. We had great communication and the check in / check out process was smooth. A+ from arrival to departure. Highly recommend ! We look forward to staying here again.

Definitely a cabin with character.

I dont like to say negative things. I didnt really read between the lines. The fenced in yard was so small, the hot tub area definitely needs attention. Having young children wasnt the best decision.

Family vacation 2023

We loved the convenient location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The house was clean and well set up for us (3 adults and one child) It is in a beautiful location in the mountains. We appreciated the well appointed kitchen as we cooked most of our meals. The only things that need attention were: 1. Some Light fixtures need bulb replacement. These are wall or ceiling mounted fixtures 2 The microwave did not work properly 3. We had trouble with the stove. I finally got it to heat up

First cabin experience

The property was very nice. The only thing was we thought it was near Dollywood, which it wasn’t. Also the cabin could have used a toilet and sink in downstairs area. Besides that we enjoyed the cabin very much.

Great cabin

We were in town for my 18 year old dance competition and needed a cabin for the family and our fur babies. I’m all about staying somewhere clean! This cabin was very CLEAN!!!! We were very satisfied with the cabin. Beds slept very well. TVS on all 3 floors worked perfectly.

Nice getaway

It was perfect! We frequent cabins in that area and we have no complaints with this cabin. It’s perfectly placed between PF & Gatlinburg. Its exactly as shown in pictures. It was very clean and ready for us.
