Time to get cozy in Kozy Lodge!! This rustic cabin features an open concept living area with a stone gas fireplace! Fire up the park-style charcoal grill to prepare your favorite grilled goodies. After a day full of adventures, soak in the private hot tub or enjoy a game of pool in the game room! We do have a seasonal resort swimming pool available to guests (closes 10/7/2024)! Dog friendly, up to 2 dogs! $75 per pet! There is a wood burning fire pit near the community pool (wood not provided)!

Wonderful place to stay!

Everything was truly wonderful. It was very clean and we loved the pool table area and hot tub! It was exactly what we were expecting from the listing. We would love to stay there again in the future. So glad it was pet friendly too.

Great spot

This is in a neighborhood style setting and on a corner lot. Not a huge yard but beautiful property. We were in town for a Ripken baseball tournament and it was a great spot to stay.

We loved the location of this cabin and the overall experience of staying here, BUT we had a few issues as soon as we walked in the door. There were Springtail bugs in the jacuzzi tub, the toilet in the MB was clogged, and the air return was COVERED in dog hair and dust. Maintenance came out while we were away and fixed the toilet but it was still not completely trustworthy, so we used the half bathroom instead. Maintenance also cleaned away the springtails, but they were in the tub again the next day so we didn't get to use the jacuzzi. The next day my son found the same bugs in his bed, so he moved out of that room and slept in the loft area instead. Maintenance came and gave us new sheets but my son wasn't about to go back in that bed! We heard animals pecking/scratching in the rafters just outside our bedroom window which kept us up for a few nights... not the owner's fault but it was just annoying to deal with after being exhausted from the day's activities. We also couldn't get the remote for the TV in the loft to work. I sent 2 messages about it but got no response with a solution. The dishwasher needs to be replaced badly. And the MB shower is tiny. So, I would definitely not stay here again. If it were updated and clean from bugs it would have gotten more stars and a better review.

Sweet Memories

My kids are growing up, and every trip seems so much more special. This cabin was the perfect landing spot for us between mountain adventures. We relaxed, grilled, watched movies, read, and just enjoyed being together. Bringing our pups with us was a must since learning our precious Boston Terrier, Uncle Pokey, doesn’t have much time left. We were nervous that booking a place that allows pets meant we would be sacrificing cleanliness or that there would be a lingering pet smell, This place was so clean and nice! You’d never know pets had stayed there. Our hostess was so kind and helpful. Checking in was easy breezy, and the location was perfect. What a nice getaway!

Communication with the company was good until a refund on the cleaning fee was requested. The company offered to send out their person to clean the neglected areas, but we declined - we didn't want someone in the home without us being there and we didn't want to be stuck in the home waiting for someone to come and wait for them to finish. The home should have been cleaned prior to arrival. The home was not clean - initially it looked good when you look at the sinks, fridge, toilets, tub, shower- but there was dust every where, especially on the ceiling fans. Furniture legs had hair and dust, knickknacks/blinds/window sills not dusted. The wrap-around porch and furniture were dirty/dusty. A partial cleaning refund was given with nearby construction as the reason (doesn't explain the inside uncleanliness) We had to wash all kitchenware before using. The hot tub was clean and nice to use. Homes are close to each other and the master bedroom could use a curtain or covering at night as you can see the neighbors. Both fireplaces worked great. Location was good to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We did not use any resort amenities. The company does provide a few basic supplies but we did need to purchase additional toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher detergent (we were 3 people and there for 5 nights) I would not rent this cabin or stay in that community again.

Fall Break

We enjoyed our stay with family for a quick fall trip. We enjoyed our stay and found the location to be very nice. The cabin was clean and met our needs. Some things that could be improved are additional info in the listing like the fee for our dog( I had to ask because it wasn’t listed,) a pic of the hot tub and washer/dryer would have been nice and cleared up confusion about whether those were in the cabin or just in the neighborhood. Our credit card was charged a separate charge after the rental and dog fee. It was confusing and needs to be streamlined. The king bed needs a fitted sheet that fits.We struggled to keep it on as it didn’t fit properly. Other than the above mentioned , we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful place to stay with our large family. Pool table was a great addition and wonderful views of the tree tops off of the loft/2nd floor.

The cabin was wonderful. Location was great. We did have to have to wait on a maintenance person to come reset hot water heater two different days during our stay. Not having hot water for showers at night and in the morning wasn't the best, especially when the house was not filled to capacity. Lawn needed mowing. Other than that the stay was enjoyable.
