Enjoy all that the prestigious PGA West has to offer. You are close to all big events like Coachella, Stagecoach, Indian Wells Tennis, Old Town La Quinta and others. Awake to stunning mountain views and wind down in your own private heated pool and spa with amazing sunsets. The property overlooks the fairways of holes 6 & 7 of the public Nicklaus Tournament course where PGA pros play every year at the American Express Tournament. Built in BBQ island and a fire pit add to the amazing outdoor space.

House is one of the larger plans of the development with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms including a separate 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom casita perfect for additional guests looking for extra privacy.

There are plenty of dinning options available around the property:

Take a walk to Ernie's bar and grill where you will find an array of fine wines, hand-crafted beers, and spirits and watch the game indoors or cozy up by the fire pit.

Take a walk to Wallaby's- Take in panoramic desert vistas and soak up the spirit of Australia in the Greg Norman Clubhouse at PGA WEST. Enjoy fresh salads, sandwiches and light fare in the relaxed dining room ā€“ or out on the patio with the fire pit.

We encourage guests to be conscious of energy use but have a good time!

Pool/Spa/BBQ/Fire Table ā€“ A desert vacation is not complete without the availability of a pool and spa. For this reason the home is equipped with a pebble tech salt water pool and spa for guest use. We don't charge a spa heat fee like other listings but we do charge for pool heat. The spaā€™s max temp is 104 degrees for safety reasons. The pool heat is on-demand, meaning we do not heat it when it's not in use or when no guests are staying. It heats up about 3 degrees per hour and it can get down into the 60's during the winter so if you want it heated upon your arrival please keep that in mind and notify us. Due to the rising cost of natural gas we do charge a fee to heat the pool of $80/day. If you would like the pool heated to 83 degrees please let us know via text or phone call and we will initiate it remotely. In addition, PGA West Community pools are heated to 80 degrees and can be used by guests as well. Please note that our pool guy comes twice a week to clean so you may see him, however he should be fairly quick and shouldnā€™t disturb you.

Beautiful home with 3 bedrooms plus a casita. Beautiful pool and view of golf course. Had every appliance you could ever need. Owner was easy to communicate with. They do charge extra to heat the pool, so ask for that in advance.

Amazing Views

This house was perfect for our family vacation! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the golf course views. The kids couldnā€™t get enough of the pool, spending hours splashing and playing while we relaxed and took in the scenery.The home itself was spacious and clean. The layout was perfect for our family, providing plenty of space to spread out while still feeling cozy.

Wonderful relaxing vacation!

Ryan and Sloane are terrific hosts! Their home is bright, cheery, very clean, and well stocked with dishes and utensils. But the very best part is outdoors. The patio is beautiful and has a new sun setter awning. The pool is lovely and the spa is so much fun! Also, there is plenty of very comfortable furniture for dining or just lounging. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation and hope weā€™ll be back someday.

PGA West Review

A nice home in need of repair and maintenance. Outside Area was nice and perfect for families with young children. Good pool toys. Many things needed repairing indoors. We were here late in the season and the owners told us there were repairs being made upon our departure. Needed a better cleaning. We had to clean before doing any unpacking.

Great to work with through Covid-19 issues

We were not able to complete our trip and needed to rebook on short notice. Ryan was very understanding and accommodating, allowing us to rebook as cross-border travel was not being recommended through the Covid-19 pandemic. His communication was prompt and outstanding and we are looking forward to enjoying this property in the future. For anyone looking to enjoy the La Quinta area in the future, I would recommend this property (unseen) due to the diligence and care Ryan put into his communication and his ability to work through issues.

Comfortable desert getaway

Our group of six came to the desert from Chicago to watch professional tennis at Indian Wells. The house was well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as nearby hiking/sightseeing. Sloane was very responsive and helpful with any issues that arose.

Great getaway !

We had a great time staying at this property in La Quinta! Everything was well appointed (kitchen ; towels; toiletries etc..). Pool and hot tub were great! Some of the outdoor furniture (outdoor had some tears) but otherwise great property.

A True Oasis

Everything about this place is wonderful. Amazing view. Engaging hosts. Comfortable beds. Relaxing pool. Great amenities for the entire family. I wouldnā€™t change a thing about our stay. We soaked up the desert sun. Relaxed by the pool. And made fantastic new memories with our family. The house is spacious enough for a large group, but still intimate for just your immediate family. We will definitely be back for another visit. Thank you Sloane and Ryan for sharing your amazing home with our family.

This house is perfect for a weekend getaway. So reasonably priced for how nice it was. The view and pool are beyond amazing. Ryan and Sloane were so easy to work with and replied to all questions quickly. Highly recommend to anyone!
