A licensed contractor will begin a major spalling repair and full exterior painting project starting the week of July 28th. This is a large-scale effort that will take approximately 1.5 to 2 years to complete.
Project Timeline for this unit: Apr 13, 2027 to Jul 20, 2027

Work Hours: Construction noise will be limited to 9 AM – 5 PM per house rules. However, in cases where weather delays cause schedule setbacks, contractors may start as early as 8 AM on certain weeks, as needed.

Lanai Use: Guests can use lanais after 5 PM once contractors finish for the day. For extensive repairs, red tape barriers will mark unsafe areas. Your rental agent will provide updates if your lanai requires closure for safety.

Privacy: For your privacy during work hours, we recommend keeping your curtains closed.

The floor-to-ceiling windows effortlessly frame the scene of your memorable Hawaiian vacation. Move through one of three sliding glass doors to reach the large, outdoor and private, semi-covered balcony where you can lounge or dine. The comfortable master suite with a full bath faces the ocean and leads to the balcony. The open living space separates the master from the two large bedrooms located on the opposite end of the unit. The front room of the two bedrooms looks out to the ocean with balcony access as well.
