You can sit in the Living room and see the Gulf of Mexico to the South and West and the Little Lagoon to the North. What a fabulous location for your get away. Amazing sunsets from the Living Room Dining Room and the wrap around deck. The Master Bedroom looks out onto the Gulf and the second and third bedrooms have wonderful views of the Little Lagoon. Come visit for a great beach experience. This property is directly on the sand of the Gulf of Mexico. The property also has and indoor/outdoor pool. Hot tub. Sauna. Exercise Room. Pool tables. Lots to do. Full sized Washer and Dryer in the unit. Fully stocked Kitchen. Kids love it here. The Master bedroom has it's own Large Bath and King bed. The second bedroom has it's own Bath and a Queen bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a large Bath shared with a hallway entrance. Pull out sofa in the Living Room.

I cannot say enough about this property! I loved the space, the location is excellent and there was plenty of everything! Enough blankets, wonderful cookware and easy access to the beach. The staff is also super helpful and kind. One of our favorite places we have ever stayed in Gulf Shores and we have been coming for 25 years!

Very nice layout, spacious. The views are breathtaking. The unit is on the 9th floor. The thought of being up that high sounded a bit scary, yet it was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Views/Awesome Condo

We had a wonderful time and the condo was exactly as described except the views were even better than described as you get views of the ocean and the bay at the same time! Steps away from the beach in the heart of the gulf shores. The perfect vacation spot and would definitely recommend and stay again!!

Fantastic stay

Our fantastic stay started with this amazing condo and working with the owners. Looking for a wonderful location and a very clean condoā€¦then you have found the one. Must give a shout out to the security at this facility. Not only they nice and very helpful, but they were out doing their job every night keeping the families, cars and etc. safe. An overall A all around!!

This condo was great for our party of 6 adults. Very clean, and had everything we needed to have a great vacation. The only thing to mention is both elevators were not always functioning and had long waits to go up and down.

Highly recommend

We had an awesome vacation and a big part of that was because of the condo. It was clean, conveniently located, spacious and decorated so cute!! Being there with my 2 grown daughters, having their own bathrooms was a plus!! And OMG THE VIEWSā€¦ they were amazing!! Not only did we have an awesome beach view but we had a gorgeous bay view as well!! I would highly recommend!!

Awesome stay!

We had a great time! This condo was clean and just as listed. Very pretty inside with lots of space. The property pool could use some maintenance, but over all our stay was amazing. I love how the condo literally sits right on the beach. I was worried because every review said the elevators were the only complaint, but both worked the whole week we were there with the exception of about 30 mins. One did break down, but was fixed very quickly. We will definitely be staying here again!

INCREDIBLE

The view was wonderful !!! The balcony was perfect as it gave view to both the beautiful ocean and the lagoon on the other side. Plenty of seating was provided on the balcony and from the balcony my family and I enjoyed seeing dolphins and manta rays. Absolutely stunning views!! The area was great and we loved being a 3 minute walk away from Ikeā€™s for parasailing and rentals. Inside was clean and spacious and enjoyed all the windows that provided wonderful views. Will definitely book again. =)

Corner Unit was Amazing!

The views from this unit were awesome! The photos do not show the updates or accurately depict the roomy size of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Our family was very pleasantly surprised! The owner was very responsive to our questions and the kitchen was well-stocked. We will now always stay in a corner unit because of the space, views, and privacy. It was a perfect retreat!

Not what I expected

Icemaker not working ,found floor in kitchen with lots water in floor it came from bowl sitting under dripping pipe beneath sink ,since someone put the bowl there to catch leak,why didnā€™t they report it,Found chips and candy wrappers under twin beds and open safety pin in bathroom rug ,just felt it wasnā€™t as clean as I would have liked,

Holiday family time

The views from the condo were beautiful, particularly this being a corner unit. My sister enjoyed her coffee outside on the balcony most mornings. It was a delightful way to start the day. We were there with our adult children and a sister. The condo was clean and nicely laid out. The living room couch, chairs and television have been updated, (the old furniture was pictured on the site). The furnishing were quite comfortable. The kitchen is nicely stocked with pots, pans, glassware, etc. to prepare meals. We found that all very useful. The amenities in the community area were quite functional and a nice benefit. Pete, the unit manager, was quick to respond to our questions, and that was greatly appreciated. We did find the elevator waits a bit long on the days when only one was working. The location was convenient to our daily activities and the beach was exceptional. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

The property was fantastic! Wish the pool was actually like most and located where you could sit and sun while looking at the beach! It's a smaller pool but nice! My husband said he enjoyed it and we will be back! The one security guard we seen while there was so nice! He even turned on the sprinkler in the pool for the kids our last night! He picked up trash that blew around and really was trying to take great care of the property outside! This is my negative part: (not the owners fault) The people who clean the property need to do a better job! I brought a 1 1/2 year old with me and my nerves were shot trying to keep him from eating things he found, the bathroom rug looked like it hadnt been washed in a long time and there was still noodles and sunflower seeds from the last guest. Also, under the couch was filthy! I usually take clorox wipes anywhere we go. So I wiped down a lot of things! Next time im taking a my mop. It just needs a good deep cleaning by the cleaning company!

We only had a few cleanliness concerns. We felt it smelled like cigarette smoke when we got there.

The cigarette smoke smell faded some, but it seemed like it was the carpets that smelled. There was also no hot water in the kitchen. We let the sink run for a while and it never got hot. This was concerning because did that mean the dishwasher didn't run hit either. We all ended up with covid 2 days after we got home :( The condo itself was very pretty, the balcony view was beautiful. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic View, Best stocked kitchen, wonderful king matress

The pool was OK (small), the elevator was just OK (slow & humid). Plenty of luggage carts and parking. The condo was absolutely fantastic.

The Balcony is Fantastic

It was perfect for a family getaway. We are from Louisiana and love to cook and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed except an air fryer (which we brought). The balcony had fabulous views as promised. We spent a lot of time out there. The only complaint is the beds are very firm which a lot of people love. I usually bring a memory foam topper because I like my bed cushy but my daughter brought me an air mattress. Overall I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this condo. We travel to Gulf Shores often and this is in the top two of our favorite places. šŸ˜

Family vacation

Enjoyed a wonderful week with our adult children, the condo was exactly as described. The views are spectacular with lots of marine life to see, easy access to the ocean along with a pool and hot tub to relax in. The area has great food and plenty of shopping. We will be back!
