“Mirador de Palm-Mar", with TOURIST LICENSE A-38/4. 1179, it has WIFI. The main floor has an exterior JACUZZI and unbeatable views of the ocean and natural spaces. On the upper terrace you can enjoy a mirador-solarium and wonderful sunsets and sunsets on the island of La Gomera that are magical, on clear days you can also see the islands of La Palma and El Iron. They will spend unique moments that will make your stay unforgettable.
The main floor, which is the JACUZZI exterior overlooking the ocean, is ideal to enjoy all the moments of the day and a perfect place to rest, and is equipped with sofas, sun loungers, awnings, has table and chairs for have breakfast, lunch and dinner, with an area for portable barbecue ..
On the inside, a living room fully furnished with TV-Sat, stereo, CD, DVD and games. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and a kettle. It has three rooms: the main room with extra large double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each. A full bathroom, a toilet and an outdoor shower.
From the house, and only five minutes walking, you can go to: the beach, the promenade, the Beach Club, the supermarkets, the bars and restaurants, the ATM / bank, the Pharmacy, the gym with physiotherapist, the Rasca Natural Reserve and the protected area Macizo de Guaza.

A little bit of paradise

We returned again to his little gem. A beautiful villa with the most welcoming hosts. The peaceful atmosphere of the small town with outstanding views and food. We will be back.

Nice Place

We have been staying there for a week and enjoyed our time. The rooftop is a beautiful place for sunsets and the lower terrace offers a nice bbq area, lounge and whirlpool area. Within walking distance to a few very nice restaurants and the beach club. There would also be bikes for the guests use. The contact with the owner family was always very nice and helpful.

Amazing place

Great stay, hosts were amazing and great communication. The villa has some beautiful features, plenty of games, a hot tub, a roof top terrace and also looks over an amazing view of palm mars sea. Would definitely come back, great for friends couples and families.

We had a fab weeks stay in this beautiful house. It was in a lovely neighbourhood. The property was immaculate and had everything we wanted and more the welcome and the introduction from the owners daughter was great and she cane to see us off too. I would highly recommend this house it was stunning

Georgeous property..lovely location

Second stay at this property and we will be back again. Spotless.. spacious and furnished to a high standard for comfort. It feels like a home and not a holiday let. Lovely attention to detail and thought into what we might need to enjoy the stay, not just provinding the bare minimum. Very generous welcome pack and owners very helpful and flexible in our arrival and departure times to match our flights. Stunning views from the rooftop and everything in short walking distance...restaurants, cafes, supermarket, beach and beach bars and yet property itself extremely private and peaceful. We have been staying in VRBO villas for over 10 years, and this still remains the best for quality accommodation , location and a very lovely holiday. Thank you to the hosts

Lovely Holiday Villa

A really lovely and comfortable Villa with great terraces with a wonderful view of the sea. Quiet surroundings ( not many buses ) but some good restaurants. The Family were very welcoming & thoughtful on our arrival , with Wine , Coffee , lots of goodies but all the lovely fruits were the best thing for me especially the Pineapple !! . It was all very much appreciated. Unfortunately we had 3/4 days of bad weather so the jacuzzi came in very useful. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this brilliant Villa. Well done Nico &. Family.

Great relaxing place

The villa is in an excellent location within a short walk of the bars, restaurants and beach. Everything you need is provided at the villa from towels and toiletries to a well equipped kitchen. Beautiful views from both terraces overlooking the sea. There are some great bars nearby and the beach club isn’t far away to walk to either. The villa is in a lovely quiet street so perfect for relaxing. The top terrace is amazing and a perfect spot to watch the sunset. The hosts are easy to get in touch with and very helpful. Our only negative was that the advert said there was air conditioning, however there were only fans which didn’t cool the villa down so we found it very warm especially at night to sleep.

Wonderful House and Host

We stayed 15 nights and loved the house. It's location is great. Less than a 5 minute walk to the promenade on a quiet street. We didn't need to use the garage since parking on the street was very easy. Also several restaurants were within walking distance. PalmMar is an excellent area to stay in. You can visit the busier resort areas in the South, but it was always nice to come back to a quieter environment. The outdoor space for the house was large with many seating options and ocean views. Our host, Elena, was one of the sweetest persons we have met on vacation. She spent a long time giving us a tour of the house and how everything worked. She gave us restaurant recommendations and showed us how to get to a nearby coastal hike. We had excellent communication from the hosts to any inquiries we had. I highly recommend the house. You are in good hands and I can't imagine anyone not loving to stay here. Thank you so much Elena.

Great villa & view at Palm Mar

The villa is of the highest standard, the photos are lovely but the reality and the views are even better. It’s maintained at a very high standard and any small issues we had were resolved very quickly. The view from the top floor of the property is amazing, and spending time cooling off in the jacuzzi on the hot Tenerife days was bliss. The owners couldn’t be more helpful and friendly, from showing us round the villa, sending us messages with lots of recommendations to cleaning the villa half way through our stay. The only improvement to the villa would be air conditioning, even if was just available in the bedroom to help cool the room down before bedtime, and when getting ready to go out in an evening. Palm Mar is a quiet resort, but there are some nice bars and restaurants in the area, and getting a taxi to Los Cristianos or Playa de Las Americas is easy (thanks to the owners for proving details), plus there are many taxis in those resorts to get a return journey. We would definitely consider revisiting the area and villa again.

We spent 10 days in this lovely accomodation in the small, cute and silent village of Palm Mar. For us as couple it was the perfect place to be and start our several trips to beaches, los Gigantes or Teide.We also skipped a day at the beach and just enjoyed our accomodation as it's very spacious. We loved being in the Whirlpool, the outdoor shower or laying on the roof top. There is a table tennis which we also enjoyed for a match. Washing machine or laundry dryer and even washing powder for your laundry or tabs for the dish washer is there. We arrived almost over equipped .We couldn't have a better stay on Tenerife.The kitchen was Well equipped,though a bit older and smaller then expected but even with herbs, sugar, oil or coffee. You can also use the "Bar" as there are some drinks to have a good one like Tequila, Rum or Vodka.There was also two bottles of complimentary local wine. We loved the white one, so tasty.Paula was always available for us and super supportive providing recommendations for supermarkets, restaurants or what to do on the island. Thank you once again for your support and kindness.Within 15-25 minutes you can reach a lot of nice beaches in the southern and western coast and other places like Siam Mall, waterparks. There's also a nice hiking trail starting right from Palm Mar beach to Los Cristianos with nice panoramic views. We definitely recommend this place and do have no complaints at all.Muchas gracias

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und bei Anfragen während des Aufenthalts wurde sehr schnell auf die Anliegen reagiert. Die Ferienwohnung präsentierte sich wie abgebildet und die Einrichtung war in sehr gutem Zustand, vollständig und sauber. Die Aussicht haben wir genossen.

Happy Biking

Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren auf die Kanaren zum Radfahren. Palm Mar ist ein ruhiger Ort mit tollen Restaurants und dem schönsten Beach Club, den ich auf den Kanaren gesehen habe. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet mit tollem Aussen- und Innenbereich. In der Garage stehen Fahrräderzur Verfügung um die nahe Umgebung auszukundschaften. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war immer top. Sehr zu empfehlen und gerne wieder.

Zweiwöchiger Aufenthalt über Weihnachten und Silvester

Wir waren als Familie über Weihnachten und Silvester in der Unterkunft von Elena und Eduardo zu Gast. Die ganze Unterkunft war mit viel Liebe weihnachtlich geschmückt und mit verschiedensten, lokalen Köstlichkeiten als Willkommensgeschenk versehen. Noch nie wurden wir so herzlich und zuvorkommend in einer Unterkunft empfangen und betreut!!! Die Unterkunft bietet wirklich alles was das Herz begehrt. Alleine die verschiedenen Terrassen bieten einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer, die Insel La Gomera und auf Los Cristianos. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und die Infrastruktur im Ort Palm-Mar bietet alles was man für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub benötigt.

Kann mich den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Wenn wieder Teneriffa, dann unbedingt in dieser grandiosen Unterkunft. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Großartig , sehr empfehlenswert

Alles hat wunderbar funktioniert, das Haus ist sehr schön, geschmackvoll, sauber. Sehr gut ausgestattet . Paula hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben und war sehr hilfsbereit und besonders nett. Die Lage des Hauses perfekt, ruhig sehr nah am Meer und umgeben von vielen sehr guten Restaurants.
