Amazing villa and holiday

This property offers everything and more. To start with, after a late flight, Marcelo welcomed us when we arrived at 11:00 p.m, he gave us a tour of the property. There were gorgeous plants and trees that were located within the Villa grounds. The three bedrooms all had air conditioning, which was incredibly welcoming at night. The beds were very comfy. The pool area was spotless. Around the villa, there were areas with sun all day long, but there were also plenty of places with shade so that we could come and go as needed. The outdoor kitchen was fabulous, equipped with a BBQ. We spent most evenings eating in this part of the Villa, in addition playing cards and family games. The basement was fabulous with a large tv to watch the euros. The table tennis was a huge hit. On a morning, we also worked out in the basement. After a few runs around chayofa, the treadmill was extremely welcoming as running outside was quite challenging due to the hills. The kitchen had everything we wanted and there were many fridges around the villa. The pictures do not do this Villa any justice. It was beautiful. Car hire is a must to access all of the areas within tenerife. There is a good sized drive but be aware the entrance and exit requires someone to guide you out due to the location of the Villa being in between 2 bends on the road. Thank you Marcelo and your wife for being great hosts and to Pablo you own a beautiful villa. Angela and family. July 2024.

The view from the home is impressive as is the pool area. It should be noted that the pool area is in full sun all day with limited access to shade. This is a large home on three levels with many steps including 16 steps down from the entrance to the property to the front door. The home is located on a steep hill so walking in the area is a challenge, either uphill or downhill. For example there is a public walkway beside the property which consists of 176 stairs and just connects to the road the property is located on. As for the house itself it is somewhat tired and in need of updating. The couches are covered with sheets, the lighting in the kitchen and master bedroom is woefully inadequate and the linens, including towels have seen better days. We have stayed in many VRBO properties and normally find basic staples including salt and pepper in the kitchen. This kitchen had only sugar and lacked some basics such as oven mitts and a paring knife. The property manager Marcelo and his wife were helpful and responsive. Unfortunately they were required to respond too frequently.

Fabulous family holiday

The villa was amazing! Beautiful inside and out. Very well equipped and of course the amazing gaming basement floor with TV, table tennis and a great area for socialising. The beds were also comfortable with air conditioning in all the bedrooms. We would definitely recommend and hope to return next year.

A beautiful villa, everything you could need.

This villa is beautiful. It is equipped with everything you could need. There are several bars and restaurants nearby, and a small shop. The taxi into Los Christianos is between €10 - €15 and are easily arranged. The host is always available and responds uickly. Overall an amazing trip.

Fantastic villa, amazing views

The pictures definitely don’t do this villa justice. Marcelo and Sylvia were really nice and very helpful. They greeted us at 10pm and also came back in the week to change the beds, towels and clean the pool. The villa is large and well equipped and the entertainment area in the lower ground floor is fantastic. You can get to all the busy tourist places within 10-15 minutes and supermarket are close by too. We loved our time here.

The villa was very clean, and very well equipped. Although we had to ask for a cot and even with a 3 year old and loads of stairs we had to ask if they had any stair gates before we hired them. They were fitted the next day. The area and villa were very taxing for me as I’ve had 4 strokes . In fact I fell over one of the steps in the basement and ended up in hospital with a dislotacted shoulder.

Das Haus ist absolut traumhaft. Die Ausstattung die Sauberkeit der Pool die größe und vorallem der Ausblick einzigartig Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und haben uns mega wohl gefühlt es lief alles reibungslos. Nach 3 Tagen kam Marcello mit seiner Frau mit frischen Handtüchern Bettwäsche pool sauber gemacht und halt fragen ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen vorallem mit dieser Größe es ist gigantisch. Wir kommen definitiv wieder Liebe Grüße und weiter so

Excellent séjour

Villa spacieuse et confortable. Il ne manque rien pour passer de très bons moments: piscine, jacuzzi, ping-pong, barbecue… La vue est très sympa et l’emplacement au top (tout proche du jungle park, siam park, plages…). Louer une voiture est tout de même nécessaire si l’on souhaite pouvoir faire le tour de l’île. Nous remercions Marcello pour son accueil et sa disponibilité ainsi que sa femme Dana, fort sympathique!

Sehr schöne Villa für 4-6 Personen!

Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll im kanarischen Stil eingerichtet. Teilweise ist die Einrichtung/Ausstattung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhälnis stimmt! Trotz der engen Bebauung ist es relativ ruhig. Die Terasse ist nahezu uneinsehbar. Der Blick zum Meer ist unverbaut. Sonnenuntergang gibt es leider im Sommer nicht. Man hört natürlich die Straße und etwas die Autobahn. Und das Familienleben der Nachbarn. Entweder das begeisterte Kreischen der Kinder im Pool, oder die, auch mal sehr laute stundenlange Beschallung mit, zum Glück spanischer angenehmer Musik. Nachts ist es ruhig. Im Obergeschoß gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit französischem Bett, eigener Terasse und Bad en Suite. Dieses Bad ist sehr schön renoviert mit WC, Dusche und Badewanne. Es gibt im OG noch zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten aus je 2 Einzelbetten. Das 2. Bad befindet sich auf dem Flur, direkt neben den Zimmern. Es ist leider nicht renoviert. WC und Badewanne zum Duschen inkl. Duschvorhang. Klimaanlage in den SZ vorhanden, funktioniert sehr gut, ist allerdings nicht unbedingt nötig. Es gibt noch einen kleinen Balkon, welcher von Flur abgeht. Die Treppe führt ins große Wohnzimmer. Hier gibt es eine Sitzgarnitur mit 2 Sesseln und einem Dreisitzer. Außerdem einen großen Tisch für 6 Personen. Die Küche ist mit modernem Herd/Ofen und 2 großen Kühlschränken sehr gut eingerichtet. Spülmaschine und Ausstattung schon etwas älter. Hier gibt es eine weitere Sitzgelegenheit für 6 Personen mit Küchenbank. Ein schönes Gäste-WC ist im EG vorhanden. Alle Bäder mit Fenster. Die Terasse ist genau wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Nicht sehr groß, aber mit sehr schönem Pool, einem Tisch für 4 Personen und 4 Liegen. Leider gibt es keine Sonnenschirme, sodass wir den Schatten der Terasse suchen mußten. Es gibt noch einen großen Tisch für 6-8 Personen mit einem eingebautem Grill. Im Untergeschoß gibt es noch einen tollen Raum! Er ist sehr originell eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Tischtennisplatte, eine Fernsehecke, eine weitere kleine Küche mit Eßplatz für 6-8 Personen, einen Jaccuzi und eine weiteres WC. Dieser wird sicherlich im Winter viel genutzt. Der schöne Norden Teneriffas ist in ca. 1 Stunde zu erreichen. Es gibt mehrere gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war nett+problemlos. Obwohl wir nur 1 Woche dort waren, wurden Handtücher und Bettlaken gewechselt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt.

Brilliant stay

As has been mentioned before, this place is vast and some might say old fashioned, but we thought it lovely and the photos do not do it justice. The property is a typical Canarian home, with sandy coloured walls, wood furniture and doors. There is so much in the property it’s hard to list but here’s a few high lights. The games room holds, wait for it: a full size ping pong table and running machine. There is a fully equipped bar, enormous tv and literally 1,000’s of DVD and videos. Lots of settees, large table and chairs for at least 8-10, fitted kitchen and wine cellar, no wine alas. Almost forgot, the jacuzzi’s here as well. Outside there is lovely pool with fabulous views down over Los Christianos and Playas and another fully equipped outside kitchen, it even has a hot plate etc This is additional to the fully fitted kitchen in the villa. The shower in the en-suite is wonderful. There is also a lovely outside laundry room with every thing you could want. We were met by Marcelo who could not have been more helpful and his wife came half way through our stay to change the linen and towels, how’s that for service.. there was also provisions in the fridge which was a lovely touch. This is obviously a family holiday home and is furnished as such with lots of lovely touches and extras. You really need a car to stay here. Also La Finca restaurant is a must as is to carry on driving up the hill from the villa and go to the national El Teide forest which was amazing, nothing like you would imagine Tenerife to be. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it for those seeking a relaxing and comfortable holiday.

Ein Ort zum Erholen

Vom 07.06.22- 18.06.22 erlebten wir ein traumhaften Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Villa. In diesem Haus fehlt es an nichts. Am schönsten ist der überdachte Aussenessplatz. Diesen haben wir ganztägig genutzt. Am Abend wurde natürlich gegrillt. Der Pool hat eine ausreichende Größe und ist für eine Abkühlung immer gut. Natürlich ersetzt er nicht das Meer. Den Strand in Los Cristianos erreicht man in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Villa liegt hoch und sehr ruhig. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Hinter der Villa nur 3 Autominuten entfernt liegt der Jungle Park. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jedenfall. Früh am Morgen (ca. ab 08:00 Uhr)hört man die Rufe der Affen und anderer Tiere. Wir danken unserem Vermieter Pablo , sowie Marcello und seiner Frau. Bei Fragen waren sie sofort ansprechbar.👍 Auch nochmals vielen Dank für das Essen im Kühlschrank.
