Directly opposite the house is a private "dog friendly" park, with tennis courts, swimming pool and hot tub.
This house is the larger 1488 floorplan on 2 levels. Due to the high ceilings and plentiful skylights, the house feels spacious, light and airy. In decorating the house we have tried to create an "uncluttered" contemporary, comfortable environment with every last thing you need to feel at home. The townhouse is in the Biltmore Courts II neighborhood part of the Arizona Biltmore Estates. Its a gated community of approximately 100 dwellings.

The house is provided with one garage parking space attached to the house and an additional parking space across the road. The Biltmore Courts II complex sits in the middle of the public Biltmore Links golf course, the back of the townhouse overlooks the 12th hole of the course. There are many hiking trails around the property and you can easily walk to several restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
