The community offers a HEATED swimming pool surrounded by cactus and beautiful bougainvillea, where you can spend the day or evening simply relaxing. Next to the pool is a hot tub and private tennis and pickle ball courts. Our unit is steps away from the pool. And we have a brand new hot tub!

A great vacation that is minutes from all of the metro area's greatest attractions. Immediate neighborhood has many restaurants to choose from including: Pappadeaux Seafood, Olive Garden, Bobby-Q's (voted best in the US), Garciaš authentic Mexican, Red Lobster, Lone Star, OutBack Steakhouse, Black Angus, Desert Rose Steak House, Sizzler, Chili's, Hooters, Old Country Buffet, plus many more. Both Starbucks and Barnes / Nobles is a quick walk away! Easy access to highways - located 1 block from the I-17. Close to all the fantastic sporting events and Spring Training. And best of all.. .only 18 minutes to/from the airport (non-rush hour).

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.

Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
There is a limit of 4 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed the home's maximum guests count.
