Location, Location, Location!! This 'Vintage' model has the best location in the whole resort. It is located on the 14th Fairway with the view of the water in front of the green. Enjoy the view as golfers try to shoot over the water. Take 35 steps out the front door and enjoy the pool and spa.
Palm Desert Resort Country Club is a beautiful oasis in Palm Desert. It is a gated community that offers an outstanding golf course, full driving range and practice area at reasonable rates. It also has 16 Tennis courts with many that have lights. In season it also offers an excellent restaurant, bar and social activities.

Our unit is beautifully and tastefully decorated. We have a king size bed in the MBR with very nice Dark Cherry furniture. The other bedroom has two Queen size beds with Mission type furniture.
There are TV's in Living Room and both bedrooms.
The Kitchen is fully furnished (better than most homes) with everything you need to cook your own meals. The back area is all windows and sliding glass doors. Giving you good light and beautiful views. Also good window coverings when you want them.

This is a location and unit where you can come relax and enjoy yourself. If you are not familiar with this area, it has everything. It is one of the great golf and tennis meccas in the country. It has high end shopping at El Paseo as well as one of the largest outlet shopping areas in the country. It offers lots of night life as well as Las Vegas type Casinos. Enjoy the quiet of the resort or venture out to all the area has to offer.

Tennis vacation

This property met every need for us! Location to the Tennis Garden was excellent, a 20 min bike ride, longer by car thanks to the traffic! The unit is clean, well outfitted, comfortable and quiet. Thanks, Gary!

Wonderful spot

The property was exactly as advertised. Gary was great to deal with and easy to get ahold of. There were lots of things to do in the complex or close by. We quite enjoyed our stay and would certainly rent this property again.

Great spring break

My family had another great visit to Palm Desert. We love the location of this condo, and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We spent a lot of time hiking this trip, but the condo was a nice place to come back to at night to relax. The proximity to the pool for a huge plus for us. The condo owner was easy to communicate with both before and durning our stay. Overall we had a great trip!

Amazing Location!

We had stayed her as we had a work trip at coachella. Everything about this house and experience was great! We had great communication with the property owner from day 1. They were very accommodating to our needs. The location was so close to where we were working (Coachella) so that was a huge plus! The house was very nice, clean, came with everything we needed and we will definitely stay here again!

Home Away from Home

Great Location in Palm Desert close to restaurants, food stores and entertainment. The condo unit had all the amenities we required to enjoy our stay. The pool & sauna was easily accessible just across the street. Enjoyed the Palm Desert Resort Golf Course. Gary, the owner, was approachable and answered all our questions before we arrived. Hope to come again!

Great Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a great place for our family of 4 (parents and college kids). We've stayed in several units in this neighborhood-- this unit is in a great location across from the pool with a great view of the water and golf course. The pictures are accurate. The unit is not as updated as some, but it was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the host was perfect. We would stay here again.

Basic needs met

Well equipped condo with comfy beds. Location was very convenient and felt very secured. It was well equipped with whatever you would require. It could use an upgrade, especially in the shower area. Otherwise, it fit our needs.

Great Stay at Gary’s!

The spot was perfect for our friend group on a long weekend out in Palm Desert. Place was clean, full of all needed kitchen supplies, great views out back, and the pool is right across the street out front. The neighbors were also super friendly throughout our stay. The only heads up I would give folks is the shower heads in the bathrooms are pretty low if you’re taller. Didn’t impact us though. Would definitely stay again!

Great place as long as you know what you are getting

This is a clean condo in a gated safe community. Furniture was dated bit again, clean, so that didn't bother us. We did have an issue with the showers. I am 5'7" and my husband is 5'10". The showerhead was so low I had to bend over to wash my hair like using a sink. An easy solution would be to change it to a handheld shower head. I recently had surgery on my neck and this made showering almost impossible for me. The toilets are very low to the ground as well. This was our only issue so overall it worked out..

The pics on this unit must be 10 years old. We had to clean and work with owner to get items repaired and functioning,. In need of a deep clean. Lineens and appliances were clean. Owner worked to get things repaired. But description and the reality of this unit do not match.

Nothing Fancy, but a great place

Great basic unit in a gated golf community. Pool is across the street, with multiple other pools a short walk away. House is in good shape, very comfortable and fairly priced. If you are looking for an ultra chi-chi place on a Tour level golf course, this is not your place.

Palm Desert Vacation

Gary's condo was okay. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need.The only disappointing issue was that the view we had was of an empty "Lake" on the golf course. Apparently, there is a law suit proceeding with regard to who is responsible for the repair of a leak. As a result there is no water in the lake. At times, there was a subtle smell coming from it. Also, there are no chaise lounge chairs and the one upright chair had holes in it. The lanai area is not kept up and has dead plants and dry grass. The living room furniture is soft and dated and needs to be replaced.A positive note was that the pool is only steps away. Gary was great to deal with and responded quickly when the fuse blew.

Great location for golfing

Condo was nice and roomy with fully equipped kitchen and lots of storage. Pool and hot tub right across the street, was great. We really loved golfing at the resort and enjoyed an occasional meal and entertainment at the Clubhouse on a Friday night. Gary the owner was excellent to deal with and gave us lots of information.

Comfortable Roomy Condo and Owner Great to Deal With!

The four of us enjoyed our recent stay in your clean condo. Nice decor and very comfortable beds. Watching the golfers attempt to make shots over the pond was entertaining while we ate breakfast and lingered over coffee on the patio; or relaxed with refreshments after a round of golf. Our grand daughter loved the pool. The close proximity to the pool was enjoyed by all of us. Relaxing in the hot spa after a day of golf was very soothing. The mountain views from the patio and the pool are so serene and the warm California sun is calling us back. We look forward to returning.
