Location! Location! Location! Updated & Fabulous 2/2 in beautiful Monterey CC.

The living area has Cathedral ceilings, extremely comfortable sofa seating, and a flat-screen HDTV. The newly remodeled kitchen sports stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops open to the living room with a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools. There is dining for 4 in the spacious dining area.
The Beautiful large north-facing patio overlooks a green belt and is great for entertaining while cooking something up on the gas grill or just sipping wine and watching the sunset, or counting the millions of stars in the clear desert sky.

Off the front entrance and laundry area is the Guest bedroom with 2 full beds, a TV, and En suite bath with a walk-in shower and double vanity. In the Main Suite, the very comfortable King bed is a great place to end your day of fun. Lots of closet space and a TV. The beautifully remodeled En suite bath has dual sinks and a large walk-in shower to wash away the stresses of shopping, golfing, hiking, or sunning. Inside, there's a full-sized washer and dryer. For parking just pull into the garage or driveway.

There are many community pools/spas; the closest is just a few condos West of the back patio. The access to the Clubhouse, Golf, Fitness, and Tennis is NOT included with rental of the property. Please call the Club House for the current rates: 760-568-9311.

We enjoyed our stay at MCC. This home was super clean, had all the amenities. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio and watching the birds in the pond. Very relaxing.

Comfortable Palm Desert Home

The townhouse was pleasant, bright and airy. The photos reflect the house very well. The beds were comfortable and the outside space was quiet and private. Enjoyed sitting on the back patio listening to the fountain. Great location for access to all amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely quiet condo

Home was beautiful and they literally thought of everything. Books, games, coffee and a bottle of wine. Bed was comfy, even had Netflix and a Roku. We didn’t realize being in the gated community would mean we couldn’t really walk anywhere which we prefer when we stay right in Palm Springs, but most things were Just a short drive.

We are going to miss this place!

The condo was nicely upgraded and was very comfortable. It was stocked with everything that we needed for an extended stay. Even if it wasn't as nice as it was, the view toward the fairway and pond area are to die for. Just beautiful!! We would stay at this property again in a heartbeat! Thanks for the great time!

Desert Hideaway

The condo is nicely updated with comfortable furniture, spacious kitchen and private bedrooms. The location is quiet with a lovely view of a pond. We enjoyed watching water fowl on and near the pond as well as the golfers and their various abilities. Close to everything. Will return.

A little getaway

What a nice getaway for our 30th anniversary. The home is nicely updated and very comfortable. Everything we needed to prepare meals and just hang out, exactly what we were looking for. Spent most of our time outside watching the golfers, birds and friendly people walking by. Our first night, we had a Black crowned night heron just hang with us for over an hour, a duck family walked by too. One of 37 pools is just 4 condos away, takes 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this gem of a home, we plan on going back next year for our 31st!!.

Everything in the condo was great! The decor is beautiful, supplied were plenty except for a pitcher - a girl needs her mixed drinks on the patio after all 😜 The complex was struggling with wifi however when we called Nicole it was taken care of quickly. Not being a work we didn’t care. Would love to stay here again. I will miss the patio, the beautiful bathroom, kitchen, bed and couch.

Perfect stay

This was a perfect stay for us. We have stayed at other VRBO properties in other states and this is one of the best we have stayed. It was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed (and then some). In particular, we really appreciated the cleanliness of kitchen dinnerware, etc. at this condo as we have found others to be lacking in this area and had to do extra cleaning just to be able to use the kitchen goods. We also enjoyed the security and setting of this property as it was very quiet and neighbors were friendly. The instructions, with associated photos, were easy to understand and extremely helpful. We will definitely be returning to this condo!

Great stay!

The condo was lovely. We were very comfortable and it was just the right amount of square footage for us. The kitchen was beautiful and a great selection of appliances and other amenities. We loved the view and used the gas grill many times. The fire pit table could not be used because there was no gas in the tank. We would have loved to use during our cool desert nights. The second bedroom has great closet space, but a chest of drawers would have been nice; TV, too. We have several friends who live in MCC, so the location suited us beautifully. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your well appointed home.

Monterey CC condo

We enjoyed our stay in the condo, which has been very nicely updated. Location is nice, on the golf course with a nearby pool and hot tub. The major problem with this unit is the awful beds and linens. After putting a lot of money into a big remodel, it would seem the owners only need to add new (supportive) beds, pillows and linens (that fit properly and aren't torn, dirty or improperly sized) to make this a great unit. Also, the kitchen is a great work space but has limited supplies. We bought some platters and asked for (and promptly received) some new dishes since we were mainly using plastic. Pots and pans are old, knives are dull etc. A few updates would make this an ideal place to spend a month or more. We enjoyed our stay at Monterey CC with its central location and lovely surroundings.

Last year, we booked through VRBO a 20-night stay at the Monterey CC condo (232 Castellana S). Per schedule, we arrived on Sunday, March 15 and everything was great. We loved the condo. Everything was clean and ready for our use. But then the bad news started coming in with closures of restaurants and other things. Then that escalated to “Shelter in Place” for Palm Springs residents and it became evident that this would expand to the entire valley. After much deliberation, we decided on Thursday, 3/19, that we had no choice but to drive back home to Seattle as quickly as possible. We informed the Palm Desert itrip representative about our decision and left early Friday (3/20) morning. On our way back we were informed through the emergency system that the entire state of California was put on lock-down. We then knew we had made the right decision. A few days ago, VRBO sent out an e-mail about the issue of people not being able to use their prepaid condos because of the virus. You stated that you would refund the VRBO fee and that many owners had found ways to compensate their customers. I don’t know if we fall into the same category since we did stay at the condo, but I just want to point out that we paid for twenty night and only stayed there for 5 nights. We are safely home now, and I would appreciate if you would let me know if any compensation is possible.
